Two sheets of handwritten notes of a DOS slave were leaked to Frank Report . It appears authentic. I know who the DOS slave is, but cannot name her for it may out my source. The notes are disjointed and I could not decipher all the words. I possess the original documents.

It always struck me as odd that not one father of any of the DOS women are doing anything to publicly stand up to Keith Raniere.

Since about 2010, India Oxenberg has been a member of NXIVM . For a time, she commuted from LA to NXIVM headquarters in Albany, NY to attend their endless curriculum of expensive classes.

Dr. Park E. Dietz was retained by NXIVM to conduct a psychiatric evaluation of India Oxenberg in order to determine her competency to take more of Executive Success Programs’ (ESP) classes but not to determine her competency to be a member of DOS .
