Just days before the New York Times came out with their bombshell story about the branding of women – about four months after I first broke the story on Frank Report and Artvoice – I published a story of how a desperate Keith Raniere was trying to silence victims with Mexican attorney, Ruiz Duran.

There has been some debate on Frank Report about Monday’s Times Union event “Nxivm Exposed’ and whether Barbara Bouchey unfairly dominated the conversation, ignoring the desire of the audience to listen to the other panelists – Catherine Oxenberg and attorney Mike Grygiel.

Just one day after they found out that all three of three co-defendants are currently engaged in plea deal negotiations, Keith Raniere and Clare Bronfman are scrambling to avoid going to prison for long periods of time.

Clare Bronfman confirms she is comfortable with Mark Geragos being her attorney despite his daughter, Teny Geragos, representing her Vanguard – and co-defendant, Keith Alan Raniere.

Raniere Et Al case will have seen one another since learning that their former co-defendant, Nancy Salzman, has pleaded guilty to one count of Racketeering Conspiracy and two predicate acts: i.e., conspiracy

With the second superseding indictment now the operative charging instrument, Keith Vanguard AKA The Master AKA The Grandmaster AKA Federal Prisoner 57005-177 is now facing eleven felony counts in the case of the U.S. v. Raniere Et Al.

This past week was filled with several major developments regarding the case of the U.S. v. Raniere – and set the stage for the ultimate demise of Keith Raniere and his remaining co-defendants in that case.

In a coming series of posts, Frank Report will try to unveil the strategy we think the Nxivm defense team will use to suppress evidence, impeach witnesses, attack attackers and try to win their case.
