I had an interview with a woman who claimed to be Allison Mack’s slave. She gave me her name. I looked it up online. I required her to submit several photographs in succession to confirm she was the person she said she was. She did.

Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis has now ordered a schedule for the upcoming trial of Keith Raniere, Clare Bronfman, Nancy Salzman, Allison Mack, Lauren Salzman, and Kathy Russell.

To pose it as a NXIVM question: What does it mean if two of Keith Raniere’s lawyers had their security clearance revoked – meaning they are no longer approved to visit the Vanguard at his jail?

The judge has approved the request to Modify Conditions of Release as to Allison Mack . She may now leave her parents home in Los Alamitos, California, for up to three hours per week for “errand time.”

Marc Agnifilo has a potential conflict with scheduling: He has two clients – Keith Raniere and Dilber Kukic – both facing serious charges and both expected to go on trial in the first half of 2019. Their cases are unrelated.

I think it is not merely because she is one of the best known NXIVM members, but because, unlike many others, her position and role in NXIVM is vague and unclear.
