Based on reports, there was no mention of NXIVM in the U.S. Senate candidates debate between Chele Farley (R, C, Reform), and incumbent Kirsten Gillibrand .

According to informed sources – none of whom work for the DOJ, Eastern District of NY – there is a “100 percent” chance there is going to be a superseding indictment – largely dealing with expanded charges of racketeering in the US v Raniere et al case.

On Tuesday, Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis approved Nancy Salzman’s request to be allowed out of her home for a limited period of time three times per week “…for exercise, and shopping for food and other necessities” : i.e., twice for 90 minutes each – and once for 120 minutes. The office of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York has filed a Bill of Particulars for Forfeiture of Property – with the US District Court – seeking to keep $515,577 in US currency that was seized at the home of Nancy Salzman.

One of Nancy Salzman’s attorneys, Robert Soloway , has requested.that Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis grant modifications to her present bail conditions. Salzman is currently subject to home detention.

Last week, Keith Raniere’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo , made a request of Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis that he be permitted to schedule a trial for another client on May 6, 2019.

A debate has been ongoing on this website as to what role Kristin Kreuk had in NIXVM . Whether it was just, as she says, a minimal role or an aggressive one – is one of interest to readers.

It may have been a little premature to report that incumbent Democrat US Senator Kirsten Gillibrand shed her chicken suit – in agreeing to debate her dark horse Republican opponent Chele Farley .
