It was not very well known – until I reported it – except to those who were at V-Week-2016 – but hundreds of NXIVM students – followers of the Vanguard – got sick at that event.

It might be fair to say that Allison Mack needed help.

Philip David Levens, 50, was one of the top writers for the hit TV show Smallville which, as readers know, starred former Nxivm members Kristin Kreuk and the recently convicted Allison Mack.

Dr. Brandon Porter is awaiting word on his medical license revocation. The New York State Department of Health, which still has officials who took Nxivm classes, will soon decide his fate.

Now that Allison Mack is awaiting sentencing, and a lot of people think the judge should throw the book at her, I want readers to consider the possibility that she was mentally deranged and that Keith Alan Raniere helped her get there.

For those who think I should stop writing about Nxivm, consider the story of Rhiannon. It occurred several years before Nxivm was created. But it was something the monster did and there is evidence that he was doing it again and again after he became the Vanguard of Nxivm.

A lot of people think the Nxivm story is dead. And maybe that is a good thing. For it will take some of the culprits unawares when I tell the rest of the story.
