As was suggested in an earlier post today , Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis has postponed the start of the trial in the case of the U.S. v. Raniere Et Al by one week rather than the two weeks that the government had requested.

Prospective jurors in the case against Keith Raniere, Clare Bronfman and Kathy Russell were asked to fill out a jurors’ questionnaire – calculated to weed out biased jurors.

Citing all the pre-trial matters that are still unresolved, the prosecution in the case of the U.S. v. Raniere Et Al has requested a 2-week delay in the start of the trial.
