PART 2: The Flynn Doctrine

Keith Raniere, 65, the founder of NXIVM, serving a 120-year federal sentence for sex trafficking and racketeering, has been moved again. He is now housed at FCI Butner Medium I, part of the Butner federal prison complex in North Carolina.

OAKLAND, Calif. — On Jan. 17, 2025, federal prosecutors unsealed their indictment. The indictment charged the former mayor, Sheng Thao, her boyfriend, Andre Jones and recycling executives David and Andy Duong. There were eight counts. They included conspiracy, bribery, and fraud.

According to the Bureau of Prison s inmate locator, NXIVM founder Keith Alan Raniere has been transferred from the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City to the Federal Correctional Institution in Atlanta.
He spent five years at USP Tucson, a prison that houses sex offenders and other inmates deemed unsafe for general population.

A recent Reddit post circulating among NXIVM obsessives claims that Keith Raniere may be getting a presidential pardon. The Reddit user is “deeply concerned (if not panicked out of our skulls)” that Raniere will be pardoned by President Donald Trump.
