After more than 30-months of total silence – except for portions of some of his recorded prison phone calls that were released by his supporters – Keith Raniere has granted his first public interview.

In a terse decision that was less than 8-pages long, U.S. District Court Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis denied the “Motion For A New Trial” that was filed by Keith’s attorneys earlier this week.

Keith Raniere’s attorneys filed 56 letters of support for him and the Court which originally sealed them from the public has now unsealed them.

In a last minute motion for a new trial, just a week before sentencing, Keith Raniere’s attorney, Marc Aginfilo included two affidavits, one by Nicki Clyne and the other by Michelle Hatchette, to try to persuade Judge Nicholas Garaufis that the prosecution intimidated these two potential Raniere wit

Most people who know about Nxivm know about Susan Dones. She is one of the whistleblowers and great fighters against Keith Raniere. She was part of the Nxivm-9, the nine women who left Keith Raniere (Susan experienced a great deal of retaliation in response to her leaving).

As predicted by the Frank Report, Keith Alan Raniere is requesting a new trial based on what his lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has described as “…threats and intimidation by the prosecution, including the abuse or threatened abuse of legal process…” against Michele Hatchette and Nicole Clyne.

HBO announced today that it will offer its subscribers a second season of “The Vow” – the NXIVM-themed docuseries.
