HBO announced today that it will offer its subscribers a second season of “The Vow” – the NXIVM-themed docuseries.

These are trying times for the Vanguard, Keith Alan Raniere. He is scheduled to be sentenced on October 27, eleven days from now.

I have met, via Zoom, four of the people I call the Nxivm-5. These are five people who feel Keith Raniere should not have been convicted.

Two developments on the legal front occurred today – one in the case of Keith Raniere and the other in Clare Bronfman’s case.

One of the considerations in the sentencing of Clare Bronfman to 81 months in prison was her history of vexatious litigation. Her attorney, Ronald Sullivan argued that every lawsuit was meritorious and that she won most of her lawsuits.

This is the next in a series on the sentencing of Clare Webb Bronfman on September 30, 2020. It is important because Clare is now appealing her sentence and her codefendant, Keith Raniere, is about to be sentenced. Raniere is set to be sentenced on October 27th.
