According to sources close to him, Keith Raniere is expected to file a federal Rule 33 motion, seeking a new trial based on evidence that the FBI tampered with the hard drive found in his library which contained 22 nude photos of a Mexican girl, Camila when she was 15.

In an amended complaint in a federal civil lawsuit prosecuted against 12 former NXIVM members, it is now being alleged that NXIVM founder, Keith Raniere, forcibly raped Camila, a Mexican woman, who was a part of his inner circle of women.

The last of the NXIVM defendants has just been scheduled for sentencing.

Nancy Salzman, 66, was sentenced to 42 months in federal prison, fined $150,000, and given 3 years of post-release probation with no contact with any known NXIVM members. She was not remanded and must surrender to her assigned prison on January 19, 2022.
