Maja Miljkovic is a plaintiff in a civil lawsuit where she claims NXIVM forced her to seduce a member and then marry him so she could remain in the country and work for them.

The lawsuit, Sarah Edmondson et al., v. Keith Raniere e t al, pits 70 plaintiffs against 15 defendants, four of whom are in prison. The lawsuit targets two deep-pocketed defendants, Sara and Clare Bronfman, the latter is in prison.

I am touched and flattered.

Frank Report has obtained a copy of Sara Bronfman’s motion to dismiss the civil lawsuit filed by plaintiffs in the Sarah Edmondson et al. against Keith Raniere et al case. The plaintiffs are represented by the Philadelphia law firm of Kohn Swift and Graf. The lead attorney is Neil Glazer.

Marc Elliot is suing the producers of Seduced: Inside the NXIVM Cult, Lionsgate Films Inc., Lionsgate Entertainment Inc ., and Starz Entertainment LLC, [Lionsgate].

For some time I have been meaning to publish a number of pictures, but for one reason or another I never got around to doing it. In some instances I did not have the right story, in other instances I recently rediscovered the pictures in a file, or on my phone.

US District Court Judge Eric Ross Komitee, the presiding judge in the matter of Edmondson, et al, against Raniere, et al,, has experience with wealthy people, whether sophisticated, or the type who have more money than brains, such as perhaps two of the defendants, Clare and Sara Bronfman.
