Today marks the 10th month that Keith Alan Raniere, 58, has been in federal custody. All those months, Keith has been in one jail or another. Or in handcuffs traveling to and from court. And in court.

The story of Kathy Russell is rather pathetic. And it does seem like her first attorney, William Fanciullo, represented her right into an indictment that could have easily been avoided.

The flurry of motions continues. But which ones should the public be allowed to see?

Roger Stone was released on $250,000 signature bond. He doesn’t have to put any money up for the bond so long as he appears before the court when required.
