Keith Raniere’s attorney moved the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit to stay his appeal. The motion, if granted, suspends the appeal and clears the way for Raniere to request a new trial from Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis.

The commenters are out in force. Eager to discredit Dr. J. Richard Kiper, nine have made comments. They claim Kiper has a strong anti-FBI bias. So, he is worthless for testimony that sheds unfavorable light on the FBI. Kiper is the expert Keith Raniere retained to present evidence of FBI tampering.

A couple of comments perplexed me. They were comments on the story How Selfish Father Isolated Three Children Using CT Family Court.

We will soon examine allegations that the FBI tampered with Camila’s photos. Before doing so, telling Camila’s story is appropriate.

After Isolating Them Through CT Family Court

Keith Raniere’s alleged tampering extends beyond Camila.

Keith Raniere will submit a motion for a new trial on Wednesday, April 20, his power of attorney, Suneel Chakravorty, told Frank Report.

The Tiberi divorce and custody case in CT Family Court is now in its third year. The husband is an affluent dentist, Dr. Frank Tiberi. The wife, Joriz Tiberi, was a stay-at-home mother. They have one child, Leo. He is seven years old. The husband controlled the marital assets, around $2 million.

She testified in the trial of Keith Raniere, identified only as Sylvie. She was the first witness to testify.

In a filing earlier this week in the civil case, Sarah Edmondson et al., versus Keith Raniere et al., defendant Danielle Roberts makes a new claim about lead plaintiff, Sarah Edmondson.

Some 70 plaintiffs, all former members of NXIVM, are suing 11 defendants and four corporations in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
