I actually think Agnifilo has a good case. I may not like it but these women have the right to do what they choose. If DOS were men no body would think anything of it. If a defendant says for example, “Mr. X said he'd hurt my sister unless I robbed a bank”, a jury MIGHT show sympathy. One sticking point with the “blackmail” materials; it was offered and given voluntarily. As far as I know none of it was ever released or used against anyone. Might it even have been returned to some that demanded it?

Don’t go sideways I’m trying to suggest how a jury might view the practice. Given how the group functioned from beginning, meaning initial courses to the invitation to dos. Financial and immigration type charges I would bet will be convictions. We will have to wait and see though if it’s a slam dunk or if the jury splits on judgement of what they find a quirky group of people that had some bad apples or if they believe the victims. One question will be how many people will come forward against and how many are still all in.
