It is fairly common for me to get emails from perfect strangers who want my advice, help or seek to meet me. Most of them have tales of interest. Some involve Nxivm; others involve other cults. Some are in trouble with the law and are victims of injustice.

It may be unusual for a defendant to advertise to find victims of prosecutorial misconduct, but that is what I did. I placed ads in my own newspapers seeking people who had been wrongly targeted by Assistant US Attorney Anthony Bruce – the man who indicted me.

The story was originally broken worldwide by Frank Report – the November 4th massacre of three women and six children, members of the LeBaron clan that farms land in Sonora in the northern Mexico.

At the secret Nxivm retreat on Necker Island in 2010, a select group of well-known individuals was in attendance.
