On Friday, November 7, US District Court Judge Diane Gujarati conducted a pretrial hearing at the federal courthouse in Brooklyn.

The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York intends to use journal entries as evidence to prosecute Nicole Daedone and Rachel Cherwitz. The women face charges of conspiracy to engage in forced labor.

I can only assume that the four decent and honest prosecutors in the OneTaste case, Assistant US Attorneys Gillian Kassner, Sean Fern, Kayla Bensing and Devon Lash, are simply unaware of what FBI Special Agent Elliot McGinnis is doing in conspiracy with sisters Ayries and Autymn Blanck.
