In the middle of the trial of the USA v Rachel Cherwitz and Nicole Daedone, the BBC made an editorial decision to “suspend access” to Episode 9 of its podcast Orgasm Inc. – a 10-episode series deeply slanted against the defendants.

The issue is freedom of choice.

In an ongoing federal trial in Brooklyn, prosecutors allege a conspiracy at the company known as OneTaste.

The Daily Mail obtained a letter from a Member of Congress to FBI Director Kash Patel, which accuses New York-based FBI special agent Elliot McGinnis of misconduct in the OneTaste investigation, citing a “long and extremely troubling list of alleged investigative abuses.”

The trial of OneTaste executives Nicole Daedone and Rachel Cherwitz is set to begin with jury selection on Monday.
