Dr. Danielle Roberts, one of the defendants in the Edmondson et al vs. Raniere et al civil lawsuit, has asked – like the other two pro-se defendants, Brandon Porter and Nicki Clyne – to be excused from appearing in person in court on Thursday, February 17th, for a status conference.

Dr. Brandon Porter, like his co-defendant, Nicki Clyne , has filed a letter with the court of Judge Eric Komitee seeking to be excused from a personal appearance on Thursday.

US District Judge Eric Komitee, the presiding judge in the civil lawsuit, Sarah Edmondson, et al., against Keith Raniere, et al., issued an order yesterday forbidding the defendants from disclosing the names of anonymous plaintiffs – in court or out of court – at least for now.

Frank Report reached out to Michele Hatchette, the DOSsier Project member who is threatening to reveal the names of the anonymous plaintiffs in the Neil Glazer lawsuit, to ask her if her motives in doing this are purely social justice-driven.
