Ayahuasca Kingpin Indicted for Fraud in Hawaii May Have Ties to Jeffrey Bronfman

Ed. Note: Sherri Kane and Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz alleged they were swindled out of valuable real estate by a conniving and ayahuasca peddling lawyer named Paul J Sulla, Jr. For months, they worked to expose the prominent lawyer, who they allege actually forged deeds to obtain the property. Through a series of internet exposes – not unlike what we do here at the Frank Report, Kane and Horowitz wound up leading the crusade that led to Sulla’s indictment. What has yet to be revealed, though Kane and Horowitz make a start in this article below, is Sulla’s role in peddling ayahuasca, a plant-based psychedelic tea. It reportedly creates a near-death experience and seems to put regular users into a permanent and mindless stupor.

My hearty congratulations to Sherri Kane and Leonard Horowitz for getting the first step accomplished in bringing into their lives their own justice, through the power of the pen.

By Sherri Kane and Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz

(Honolulu HI (12-10-19)

Prosecutors on the Big Island Hawaii indicted alleged Ayahuasca trafficking attorney Paul J. Sulla, Jr. on Dec. 4, 2019, for theft in the first degree and forgery in the second degree.

They also indicted his Halai Heights LLC – an alleged shell entity – used to launder stolen property which was legally-owned by the authors – celebrity doctor Leonard Horowitz and investigative journalist, Sherri Kane.

Sulla allegedly forged deeds to steal Dr. Horowitz’s properties – two parcels, totaling 17 acres, including a 5,000 sq. ft. home and spa. [The property is among Hawaii’s most unique properties. It features the ‘Rainbow State’s only lava-heated steam saunas and adjacent therapeutic bathing pools.]

The alleged theft by forgery was completed in 2016, according to the indictment, advanced by prosecutor Rick Damerville, in Hilo.

After Sulla got away with allegedly stealing the 17-acre property, he swapped out the land description of one of the parcels, with another parcel from a different deed which was granted to Horowitz by the county.

In the process of committing one of several alleged forgeries, Sulla evidently made two typos. Kane discovered these in the public record. Sulla apparently made the mistakes when copying the land description from a county deed to fake a warranty deed takeover of an important access road to the estate he allegedly stole from Dr. Horowitz.

It is believed Sulla’s motive for committing this forgery was to swap the land descriptions in order to gain control of another 27 acres of Jurassic Park-like sacred land, valued at more than $1M.

These alleged forgeries were actually confirmed by County of Hawaii tax officials. They contacted Sulla and told him he could not keep the converted parcel(s). Sulla reportedly responded with anger and refused to accept that he was not entitled to it.

Photo: Jason Hester and recently indicted attorney, Paul J. Sulla, Jr.

We notified the police, and when they contacted Sulla, he reportedly contradicted what he told the county tax department investigator.

Sulla first claimed it was an error. Then he blamed his “strawman,” a one Jason Hester, who is known to be a drifter with a criminal record. (Allegedly, Sulla used Hester’s signature on the paperwork to steal the parcels, and transfer them into his Halai Heights, LLC.}

But later, after blaming the “error” on Hester didn’t work, Sulla blamed Dr. Horowitz. He spread word in the community that Horowitz failed to pay the mortgage. He told a local news reporter that the charge against him was “ridiculous,” and that Horowitz contrived the crime to bolster the civil case he had against Sulla.

A grand jury disagreed and found probable cause to indict Sulla, however.

Jason Hester, an accomplice of Sulla or just his buffoon?

When the heat began to come down, due in part to the authors’ investigative series on the internet, Sulla tried to flip the property, and sell the allegedly stolen parcels for $975,000. The real estate listing is shown here.

You can read the full indictment of Paul J. Sulla, Jr. by clicking HERE.

This past summer, Sulla’s son, Jasun, was indicted for child pornography.

Jasun Sulla [left] is represented by his father, indicted attorney Paul J. Sulla, Jr., in the Third Circuit Court of Hawaii on charges of soliciting sex with minors and possession of child pornography.
Jasun Sulla is charged with soliciting sex with minors and child pornography.

On top of his alleged forgery theft of Dr. Horowitz’s property, attorney Sulla also runs an “Ayahuasca Church” on 67 acres on the Big Island.

According to the DEA, and the State’s top narcotics agent, Jared Redulla, Sulla has no license to manufacture the DMT-containing ‘tea.’

Google Earth image of Paul J. Sulla Jr’s property. The circular structure is his “Ayahuasca Church.”

Marc Shackman, ayahuasca church leader

We believe because of our lawsuits, Sulla positioned a UK native, Marc Shackman, to manage the allegedly stolen spa and neighboring inn.

Immediately prior to Shackman moving in, [2016], Shackman was enjoined on a property in Washington State by the DEA for running a similarly-illegal ayahuasca church.

Based on our research of the 50 plus properties Sulla allegedly owns  – and the 78 [mostly] shell entities (many of them with ayahuasca tag names) that he owns or once owned – it appears he may have used or uses these entities to launder money or move stolen real estate, as he did in our case.

This equates to racketeering.

Interestingly, Sulla’s ayahuasca church shares a similar name THE ECLECTIC CENTER OF UNIVERSAL FLOWING LIGHT-PAULO ROBERTOSILVA E SOUZA (CEFLUPARSS) to Jeffrey Bronfman’s ayahuasca church in Montreal. Bronfman also runs an ayahuasca church in New Mexico in the same, exact area as Jeffrey Epstein’s Zorro ranch.

Sulla’s most recent entity for his ayahuasca enterprise is Institute of Daime Eterno Aloha.

Jeffrey Bronfman, a cousin to Sara and Clare Bronfman of NXIVM, operates ayahuasca churches in Montreal and New Mexico.

Paul Sulla’s ayahuasca cult members are shown in the photo below. Sulla conceals himself sitting on the far right between rows 1& 2. He is othe nly one wearing dark sunglasses.

The young “Temple Maidens” in Sulla’s ayahuasca church cult

From our research into the medical, neurological, and pharmacological effects of the ayahuasca ‘tea’ that we review in our Ayahuasca Death Cult, Dr. Horowitz explains that the supposed ‘benefits’ of ayahuasca come from an actual ‘near-death’ or ‘real-death’ experience resulting from the intoxication reaction associated with the simple poisoning.

(A chapter by chapter summary of the book is available for reading HERE; and a more thorough overview of this topic is published on JudicialCorruptionNews.com)

Silicon Valley’s Peter Thiel is among the many fans of hallucinogenic drugs being advanced by the financial elite.

In 2018, Thiel’s Compass Pathways bio-engineered 20,000 tablets of psilocybin to position Thiel on the ground floor of the hallucinogenic drug “therapy” industry. Thiel is an IT mogul who gains billions in government intelligence industry contracts,

The business of ‘consciousness’ trumps ethical and moral values in an industry that competes directly against the world’s traditional religions.

The propaganda agents for the “Ayahusaca Death Cult” are numerous and powerful. We examine and report on their fake science, fake news, and fake public safety assurances, in our book.

We also examine the law, and the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Gonzales. This case begs for reconsideration with new proof of damaging and deadly ‘diversion’ occurring, largely from Hawaii, internationally.

The U.S. Government agencies, neglecting the real science in favor of pseudoscience and media hype, has been ‘captured’ by the global elite. Big money has infiltrated and influenced the officials and agencies protecting citizens’ health and safety, our research shows.

The end result is arguably demonic.

We dedicated two chapters to this devil-doing in our book. We analyze research, developments, and policies dimming ‘consciousness’ rather than enlightening people. We examine these facts in detail, and corroborate investigators who coined the descriptive “Dark Enlightenment.” Sulla’s indictment evidences this darkness.

Of interest and timeliness, Sulla’s agents and agencies maintained multiple ties to Jeffrey Bronfman and Jeffrey Epstein through their ‘Daime Church’ religion and its backers. These agents and entrepreneurs feature leading pharmacologists and neuroscientists at Johns Hopkins, NYU, and the Heffter Institute in New Mexico at the heart of the international ayahuasca movement and religious world subversion.

The Heffter Institute is near Jeffrey Bronfman’s main church, Jeffrey Epstein’s ranch, and a major ‘consciousness’ research and artificial intelligence think tank—the Santa Fe Institute (SFI).

Add to these neighbors, all hallucinogenic drug advocates, the sophisticated genetic engineering and DARPA providers at Los Alamos Labs, and the context of our book’s subtitle comes into greater focus: “Drug ‘Therapy’ for Depression, or Mind-Control for Profitable Transhumanism.”

These organizations and their agents collaborate with federal drug agents and agencies. The Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (aka “MAPS”), and Yale, MIT and Harvard, are joined in the advancing cult enterprise. Among them, Jeffrey Epstein’s beneficiaries researching “neuroscience and spirituality,” a la Timothy Leary and Aldous Huxley, justify their actions, donations, (arguably treason) by fear, fame and fortune.

Peeling back these layers of covert military neuroscience and social engineering pseudo-science, fueling and featuring “fake ayahuasca news,” we realized one of their primary objectives. Their diversions drew attention away from the ‘Future of Religions’ financed by Krippner’s and the Sullas’ backers.

These devil-doers included western intelligence agencies intertwined with the Deep State entrepreneurs. Their personalities including the Bronfmans, Peter Thiel, the Maxwells, Wexner, the Mega Group moguls, and Epstein’s Black Book contacts.

Overtaking the religious ‘market’ was a key objective, like Gates did with computers and Huxley predicted for religions.

Huxley’s “Soma” was Sulla’s “Ayahuasca.”

Soros became a co-investor in this movement that finances the liberal media, Democrats, the Clintons, and the PizzaGate crowd. We cover this too in our book.

We don’t ignore or exonerate The Mega Group, like most of the media does. That group contributes to Trump and heavily influences Hollywood to serve MK-ULTRA and the ongoing Mind War.

The Bronfmans and Sullas’ intertwined businesses, and Peter Thiel’s undertakings in hallucinogenic drug neuroscience and AI developments for simulating and computerizing ‘consciousness,’ evidences sophisticated religious-world undermining and population subversion.

It is not serendipity that this information is outpouring at the present time. The religious world intrusion foreshadows transhumanism. Biotechnology is converting humans into something else, and advanced robotics is central to globalization’s ‘End Game’ in these “End Times.”

Dr. Leonard Horowitz and Sherri Kane have just finished a book called The Ayahuasca Death Cult.

Congratulations on the Nxivm 5 (SPECIAL) deal. I was wondering what was up. You deserve it. Mums the word.

I hope my little bird did not feed me bad information. Apologize if my comment is out of nowhere.

I’ve read that ayahuasca should only be taken under the supervision of a shaman from the culture that uses it for ceremonial purposes. And it should be a real shaman, not the instant shamans that have sprung up to service the ayahuasca tourism.

Many mind-altering substances are benign when used for real ceremonial religious purposes, but can be harmful when misused and overused. That includes alcohol for Jews and Catholics, and tobacco for Native Americans.

I don’t like to put approved drugs in my body when a doctor prescribes them unless I’m convinced they are necessary. I’m not going to read about some unknown “shaman” prescribing mind-altering drugs and take that for good advice.

I don’t get the connection between alcohol/tobacco and Jews/Catholics/Native Americans, as these substances are used in excess by many other groups of people as well, some more than others.

“Various of the Bronfmans are in to strange things – it’s not just the NXIVM sisters.” AnonyMaker

Old Grandpa Sam Bronfman sold skull popping rotgut back during Prohibition and had ties to American gangsters.
And in the Bronfman family the rotten fruits don’t fall far from the tree.

What a coincidence!
Jeff Bronfman was engaged in New Age Voo Doo close to Jeffrey Epstein’s human trafficking Zorro Ranch.

It is any wonder that the Bronmfman crime gang is still all in for NXIVM?

The authors of this piece seem a bit trippy themselves, though. And what’s not adequately explained, is how someone takes your property from you without your noticing and stopping it before it goes too far – were they just not paying attention?

They say they were swindled by an “”ayahuasca peddling” lawyer. From everything I’ve read about ayahuasca, it’s not a drug that is sold like a street drug. This drug is consumed by blending into a tea and is taken as part of a ceremony that spans a few days.

I’m not sure why these authors are convinced that this drug is somehow evil and the work of the devil, though I suppose it’s a premise that they can use to base their other conspiracy theories around.

Demons are apparently the big new thing in conspiracy theories – or so I’ve read – though such a trend may not necessarily be related to this (though Horowitz is apparently quite the eclectic consummate conspiracy theory aficionado – see the links I provided in another comment).

Interestingly, aliens and UFOs are on the wane in popularity, and that is attributed in part to cell phones – it used to be that a convincing-sounding description and maybe a dubious grainy photo would convince people, but now people expect high-resolution photos and video of sightings and encounters.

TROLL ALERT!

AnonyMaker’s pattern and practice of character-assassinating the messenger rather than attending the message evidences standard ‘red herring’ malicious mischief targeting social media users by counter-intelligence agents.

All the ‘PharmaTrolls’ attempt to frame me in a box of ‘conspiracy theorist’ disparagment, The all neglect, as AnonyMaker does here, the actual legal definition of conspiracy central to law enforcement opposing rackets. (See the federal statute for example: 18 U.S. Code § 371) Without gathering facts upon which to base ‘conspiracy theories’ where would law enforcement and society be?

AnonyMaker et. al.’s “skepticism” tellingly diverts from a 12-member grand jury that indicted Sulla for forgery and fraud after 5-minutes of deliberation.

AnonyMaker has spent far more time on The Frank Report writing to get the Court of Public Opinion to condemn Horowitz for being a victim, witness and whistleblower for public protection, enabling the justice system to work and get it right ‘for a change’.

AnonyMaker and Troll Co. vicariously disparage the competence and tenacity of the soon to be retiring state of Hawaii prosecutor Rick Damerville in this instance. How ethically sick is that?

If AnonyMaker has his/her way, Sulla will go free and people across the “Free World” will continue to be at risk not simply from Sulla’s criminal actions of stealing properties by forgeries, but from Sulla’s ‘higher-ups’ in The Ayahuasca Death Cult. These higher-ups finance the PharmaTrolls like AnonyMaker. (Watch my multi-award winning film, UN-VAXXED–A Docu-commentary for Robert De Niro to awaken to this part of the criminal syndicate.)

Ignorance is not ‘bliss’ under these circumstances. Ignorance if DEADLY!

It’s a ‘free country’ (supposedly) enslaved by white collar criminals enriched by street criminals requiring more spending in arms and law enforcement. AnonyMaker surely can locate an ayahuasca ‘church’ in his area to freely practice and enjoy the company of fellow ‘hoasca parishioners,’ ritualistically consuming DMT (and THC also as most groups do) as Krippner and the McKenna’s prescribed, AnonyMaker, and all PharmaTrolls, can exercise their freedom by following in the footsteps of Terrance, who died of a brain tumor that he claimed was caused by his drugged lifestyle.

Mind you: on his death-bed, McKenna revealed that his hoasca promotions were done to satisfy a plea-bargain he struck with the FBI. Sulla vicariously inherited McKenna’s hoasca manufacturing and promotions operation across Hawaii Island. Sulla maintains several links, including Krippner, to the CIA’s MKULTRA, project StarGate program.

These are facts. Not biased speculation. Only an idiot or PharmaTroll would defend ignorance.

How do you not get some sort of notice, if your property is being transferred to someone else?

At least you’d know before long, when you stopped getting tax bills – and probably started getting mail for other people.

I did a quick check, and apparently it’s not as clear as Horowitz is making out – not surprisingly, similar to the way Raniere obfuscated about how the Bronfmans’ tens of millions were lost – plus he’s a notorious conspiracy theorist who among other things shares some of Raniere’s beliefs about the Illuminati (see https://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Leonard_Horowitz and http://skepdic.com/horowitz.html*)

I can’t find any independent media articles about the case – most links seem to go to websites Horowitz runs or is involved in – but this legal case record indicates that it started out with Horowitz making a private financing deal, and then trying to transfer ownership to a non-profit or church of his own:

https://www.casemine.com/judgement/us/5c155ab0342cca4874ed8c5e

* at the latter:

‘In addition to promoting the idea of a U.S. government conspiracy to deliberately cause AIDS and Ebola epidemics, Horowitz also believes that in 1939 the illuminati conspired to cause death and destruction throughout the world by establishing the frequency of 440 cycles per second as the tuning frequency for the A above middle C on the chromatic (12-note) scale. This tuning has led us into wars, sickness, and other disharmonies to the benefit of bankers, the petrochemical industry, governments, and, of course, Big Pharma. Horowitz describes it all in a classical composition of paranoid delusion called “Musical Cult Control: The Rockefeller Foundation’s War on Consciousness Through the Imposition of A=440hz Standard Tuning.” ‘

As a followup, looking the piece over again I realized that I should check on the claim about Sulla’s indictment. I did find a news article for that, though it appears it relates to just one small, narrow parcel of land – and it’s not at all clear what it really means in the bigger picture of the complex property dispute, including the dubious non-profit or “church” shell corporations on both sides:

“The two-count indictment states on or about Sept. 6, 2016, Sulla “with intent to defraud, falsely made, completed, endorsed or altered … a deed … .” It also states Sulla and Halai Heights LLC “as part of one scheme and/or a continuing course of conduct, intentionally obtained or exerted control over … a parcel of real estate … belonging to Leonard G. Horowitz and/or the Royal Bloodline of David, by deception,” with intent to deprive them of the property.
….
According to the county Real Property Tax Office website, the 0.83-acre parcel of land referred to as “Remnant ‘A’” in the indictment is unimproved other than the easement road. It’s zoned agricultural and has both a total market value and an assessed land value of $27,100”

I don’t know if I would get a notice of property transfer, it’s never happened to me before. I have purchased a couple of homes and sold another, and don’t recall getting any notices.

I don’t know how much time lapsed between the illegal transfer and when the tax bill was sent out. I have no idea why you would get mail for other people if your property deed was stolen from you.

The fact that Horowitz may be a nutcase of his own doesn’t mean he deserves to have his property stolen from him. In fact, it makes it more likely that he was familiar with the type of person who stole from him.

Scott, my point is that if there was just a fraudulent transfer, normally you’d find out about it one way or another within a couple of months – and regardless of when you found out about it, get it overturned within a couple of months. It doesn’t quite make sense, which indicates that more is going on here than Horowitz’ account is letting on – and my quick fact check of the legal records shows that is indeed the case.

I’ve dealt with, or observed, this type before. Horowitz, like Raniere, seems to be someone who has his own alternative narrative and “facts,” and blames everything that’s gone wrong on nefarious conspiracies arrayed against him.

Why would you find out about it within a couple of months? Horowitz is certainly not a “normal” guy, but that doesn’t mean someone would automatically be notified of a deed ownership change within a couple of months.

You call things conspiracy theories if you live in a box called ignorance, or because you are a Troll, or you are too dim or lazy to do the research before you spurt foolish comments.

You are getting off track and trying to divert from a criminal indictment. Paul J Sulla, Jr. has ruined the lives of many.

Paul J. Sulla, Jr., as a lawyer has also mastered stealing homes and/or land by forgery and/or fraud, for over 40 years, which has made him very wealthy. He also had help from judges, who received payoffs. Even if you find out he is stealing your home, with the paid off judges, you have a slim chance of stopping it immediately.

On top of that, Sulla has 72 shell entities on record:

And more under other names:

Stay tuned. This is just the tip of the iceberg on the criminal offenses committed by Paul J. Sulla, Jr.

Regardless of your opinion of Dr. Horowitz, he never hurt or stole from anyone, has exposed corruption and injustice better and more steadily than anyone I know, and has done far more than you have to help people in very practical ways.

Bottom line: Sulla was protected and aided-and-abetted by the willfully-blind judges. You can read much of this unconscionable case here:

If you own a house, paid the mortgage, and a corrupt lawyer comes along to steal it, you would not know the following scheme:

(1) transfer the paid off mortgage and note into a sham church;
(2) put a fake church official at a fake address and PO Box to receive mail to administer your fraud;
(3) go to court, claim you defaulted on the mortgage, bribe the judge to deny your standing to defend, and get a ‘summary judgment’ and writ of ejectment.

You lose your house.

In our case, Sulla’s aforementioned scheme was compounded by several corrupt or incompetent lawyers we hired that further damaged us.
In total, our actual damages over 15 years of dealing with Sulla and his “client” (the seller) exceeds $12M including compensation for our lost professional productivity.

There is even subscription deed protection service now, similar to credit monitoring, where any movement on a deed immediately notifies the property owner, to combat this type of criminality. Sovereign citizens have been making these kinds of moves for some time. It sounds like this guy is so deranged and deluded from frying his brain with toxic drugs that he simply helped himself to your property and felt fully entitled and justified in committing massive theft to help others fry their brains as well. Proponents of these drugs are so creepy and sometimes despicable (McKenna, Pinchbeck) thankfully the appeal is limited. The deaths in South America where ayahuasca tourism is big money would also be enough to dissuade budding psychonauts, but there will always be some sucker willing to take the risk. Sadly, in the cases of depression and PTSD, especially in veterans, those people may simply be desperate. Making them easily exploitable by sinister agendas. Of course, this is nothing new is it; 60s redux on steroids. I look forward to reading your work.

AnonyMaker. My apologies for seeming “a bit trippy”. The clerical errors and layout that Sherri rushed to get Frank makes me feel the same way, although that is a misapprehension, as you can see if you read this better edited version of this article at:

http://judicialcorruptionnews.com/ayahuasca-kingpin-indicted-for-fraud-in-hawaii-may-have-ties-to-jeffrey-bronfman/

Alternatively, a more lengthy and detailed article is here:

http://judicialcorruptionnews.com/ayahuasca-kingpin/

And a chapter-by-chapter summary of the book is here:

https://www.waronwethepeople.com/ayahuasca-death-cult-book/

To answer your good question, “How can someone take your property from you without your noticing and stopping it before it goes too far?”, you can read this incredible crime saga administered by the judges in favor of Sulla as detailed by Sherri here:

http://judicialcorruptionnews.com/attorney-paul-j-sulla-involved-in-real-property-theft/

Bottom line: Sulla was protected and aided-and-abetted by the willfully-blind judges. You can read much of this unconscionable case here:

http://judicialcorruptionnews.com/lisa-m-ginoza/

If you own a house, paid the mortgage, and a corrupt lawyer comes along to steal it, you would not know the following scheme:

(1) transfer the paid off mortgage and note into a sham church;
(2) put a fake church official at a fake address and PO Box to receive mail to administer your fraud;
(3) go to court, claim you defaulted on the mortgage, bribe the judge to deny your standing to defend, and get a ‘summary judgment’ and writ of ejectment.

You lose your house.

Horowitz, do you have any independent media articles on your case that you can cite? The websites you link to seem to be set up to promote your books and products.

Anonymaker,

In Florida in the 80s and 90s, there was almost an epidemic of real estate fraud as described in this article. People would steal title to vacation home properties. The vacationers would show up and find someone new living in there home. This type of real estate crime seems almost incredulous – except that it works. Below are two article links to explanations on how the crime works. I still can’t believe this kind of crime exists.

NiceGuy, thanks for the information about that.

I’m not entirely surprised to hear that’s been a problem in a place like Florida – and that the authorities are aware of this type of fraud. It also sounds, like I suspected, that it’s more likely to happen with properties that people don’t actually reside in.

It was also possible to resolve a case like the one in the story, by going to court and, presumably, getting the fraudulent transfer reversed when it could be shown it was done without proper consent of the actual property owner. Documents that a clerk might have accepted for filing, won’t hold up when challenged in court.

Horowitz’ case is more complicated, and the court record I found indicates it started with his not complying with the terms of a private mortgage and being foreclosed on, and only later was there a questionable transfer of a small parcel. It looks like a tangled mess for which there is no objective account available, but from the case summary it appears to me that Horowitz may have started by trying to pull off something dubious himself, dealing with shady characters, and is now trying to conflate a number of things in order to portray himself as the victim of a conspiracy.

AnonyMaker,

You are one sick concealed identity for aiming to disparage me and Kane—the messengers performing our public duty to alert society to serious risks to ayahuasca users’ health and safety that is advancing under governmental nonfeasance and malfeasance.

You play these troll games, standard COINTELPRO tactics, repeatedly on this thread. Rather than address the messages and debate the risks, you maliciously attack the credibility of the messengers. Who does that? Only a troll and/or a very sick person.

I read here that you even try to play the standard counter-intelligence game of “infiltrate to divide and conquer” soliciting Frank to view Sherri’s “investigative journalist” identity as somehow threatening to Frank!

You are sick, and you have no face. That’s why you conceal your identity behind the ‘sock’ “AnonyMaker.”

Who would take the time to research and review our court cases? Only someone in law enforcement, OR a troll in counter-intelligence paid to take the time to attack bonafide whistleblowers.

If you are going to review our court filings and court decisions, make sure you read the latest ones that address the judicial racket (featuring Judge Ronald Ibarra) that permitted the Seller, Mr. Lee, a convicted drug trafficker himself (i.e., Sulla’s ‘client’ and predecessor-in-interest) to get away with forgery, and vacate with Sulla the jury’s $200,000 award to us for damages caused by Lee fraudulently misrepresenting the spa property as a commercial property that could not be legally used commercially.

Why omit the details of fraud, you faceless troll? Your rants are fraudulent.

Folks reading this, this story is not about Horowitz and Kane, per se. It is about Sulla, ayahuasca, and the government. The fact that Sulla aids-and-abets Bronfman, linked to the NXIVM cult, is icing on the cake.

Jeffrey bronfman and others meet once a year in New Mexico to take the ayahuasca. He is protected under the freedom of religious act.

Freedom of Religion does not permit you to take mind altering drugs like LSD.

It’s not a drug that is sold on the street, Shadow
Google it and see how it’s used, and has been used for hundreds of years. I can’t understand why these authors are so concerned about it.

Interesting how libs insist the baby isn’t a person while in the womb yet charge murder, but it keeps the lawyers employed!

It’s not reasonable to expect to “understand why these authors are so concerned about it” without reading their book, or at least reading their chapter-by-chapter free detailed summary.

Btw, doc, I did read their detailed summary of each chapter….which made the extent of their bizarre conspiracy theories even more clear.

Sure….

I don’t nornally consider a response to be trolling, but I thought that the person who was posting under this name was the same person who trolled this forum under various aliases. I didnt think it was the actual author, (since they wrote their name without spaces, which seemed odd….), but I could be wrong. If so, I apologize to the actual Dr. Horowitz.

Blah blah blah

Nonsense nonsense nonsense.

Ayahuasca and its component DMT used correctly can help people achieve altered states of consciousness. You have the God-given right to commune with higher spirit in the way you see fit.

What does this have to do with NXIVM? Nothing.

LSD gives you a “higher state of consciousness.”
Do you have a God given right to drop Acid to commune with God?

AnonyMouse:

Your “Blah blah blah” is a ‘red herring’ argument. Like I told a ‘burn-out’ the other day who said she had tripped 11 times on ayahuasca; that she might try an even dozen to regain her sanity.

Free will exercised under lacking intelligence and deceptive propaganda (i.e., informed consent) is dangerous and often damaging.

You endorse the “correct” use to “help people achieve altered states of consciousness.”

People are free to practice other spiritual and religious practices that expand consciousness. Using certain forms of yoga and breathing exercises often puts people into an ‘altered state’ that often includes colorful visualizations. That is done freely and without risk.

Best of all, there is no secret drug cartel being unjustly enriched by the practice.

About the Author

Frank Parlato is an investigative journalist.

His work has been cited in hundreds of news outlets, like The New York Times, The Daily Mail, VICE News, CBS News, Fox News, New York Post, New York Daily News, Oxygen, Rolling Stone, People Magazine, The Sun, The Times of London, CBS Inside Edition, among many others in all five continents.

His work to expose and take down NXIVM is featured in books like “Captive” by Catherine Oxenberg, “Scarred” by Sarah Edmonson, “The Program” by Toni Natalie, and “NXIVM. La Secta Que Sedujo al Poder en México” by Juan Alberto Vasquez.

Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” Parlato was also credited in the Starz docuseries "Seduced" for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.

Additionally, Parlato’s coverage of the group OneTaste, starting in 2018, helped spark an FBI investigation, which led to indictments of two of its leaders in 2023.

Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.

Parlato is a consulting producer and appears in TNT's The Heiress and the Sex Cult, which premiered on May 22, 2022. Most recently, he consulted and appeared on Tubi's "Branded and Brainwashed: Inside NXIVM," which aired January, 2023.
