I am not alone in questioning the unbridled power of the family court, a part of the judiciary with no checks and balances, primarily because there is no jury.
I never set foot in family court, and I would advise anyone that once they do, they give up control of their family, their children, and their lives—with no recourse—to a single judge who, in many, if not most, instances, enjoys a cozy relationship with attorneys who practice before the court. Instead of a court, they have a business. Children are the commodities sold.
Stay away from it.
Just ask Stephen Chabak of Middletown, CT. He lost his kids three years ago, but by all accounts he did nothing wrong. The business enterprise of family court just found it more profitable to remove him from his kids.

Cousineau, the Fox
In his story about guardian ad litem, Sue Cousineau does NOTHING for your children. All she does is “catch and kill”!, he writes, “Sue Cousineau will do nothing to help your children. She doesn’t even know what her job is. What she will do is take your money, bury things, and ruin any relationship with your child.”
Curiously, Cousineau admits in a legal proceeding in front of Judge Albis, that as a guardian ad litem, she says, “My role isn’t to protect the children. My role is to investigate, report to the court and make recommendations.”
Glad she made that clear.

They are called child welfare attorneys. Not child well-being attorney. This is all typed to the welfare reform act. The economic growth and development of the country not the people. It way more. It the health and human services funding. The child support office and related matters absolutely play in. It’s a multi system problem. They are cherry picking self reporting for funding.

Unfortunately, Connecticut government office employees can’t or won’t say what happened to the children since 2019 and how much the state earned from the case and how much money private vendors took from how many families and how “evaluations” explain evaluators’ bogus reports to the court etc. Probably because they can’t or won’t say why so many of the same judges, lawyers and associates aren’t investigated and prosecuted for crimes committed against children and families for the past several decades.

Looks like an Attorney from Massachusetts has brought civil litigation to Chris Ambrose. There is likely a gag order on the Ambrose case. Anyone know about the Boyne case. After what looks like 10 years he was dragged back to family court and charged with contempt. Supposedly threatened his own attorney in a hearing. I can not defend his actions but I am curious because like everyone else. If you could read past the racist antisemitic and threats it was a birds eye view into the court room. Many people followed.
Three types of Warfare that Family Courts Engage in.
It’s all about control.
The finely crafted financially lucrative Attorney teach their clients, the gals and psychologists.
Psychological Warfare. Successful Attorney Encouraged dispute techniques. Attempts to make you question your sanity. A straightforward case with evidence or no evidence is turned into a cash cow. Leaving many litigants bewildered and enraged. A powerful way to keep control and the upper hand over a person. Holding their children hostage.
Emotional Warfare. To gain advancing in family court especially with children. Attack on the other persons feelings. Usually the victim or infidelity, abuse of all kinds. This type of warfare has profound consequences on the victim both the adult and child. The court ordered therapy and evaluations are often unfortunately used to achieve this. I know this because I went through it and have made it out the other side. Experienced it firsthand and see the signs and symptoms when speaking to people who are still in family court. Years of battles in the war zone with no peace. Believing the laws and best interest would be used as we are led to believe they are the focus of family court. Many of us have learned that is not what is happening. Unfortunately, it’s extremely hard to develop coping skills during these court ordered attacks. They are brutal.
Legal warfare. Case is often decided on the court room steps because litigants no longer have the financial resources to continue to trial. Lawyer often quickly goes through your retainer and need money right before trial. It happened to me, and I am sure many others. Representing yourself doesn’t stop the hours of work pay you miss. The emotional toll. Not everyone loves a battle.
These so-called court professionals are very aware of the art of war in divorce cases especially GALs, psychologist and the judge. These so-called professionals have made a very good living and made many friends. Have keeping the war going even when you present clear evidence to support claims in family court. The powers that be are aware of how this works, yet they continue to encourage, condone and allow it to go on. Despite dire consequences.
One would ask themselves how this dangerous game is being allowed to continue?
It would appear that the people allowing this to continue must be gaining a profit as well.
Immunity is held by many court actors, but the elected officials are not. If you want to fix family court, you must do something about the people making the policies. The people who are avoiding complaints to be seen by the public. This a global problem. The United States government is ignoring it and pushing it back on the state. The state is clearly not handling it and people need to figure it out.

You enter for a simple divorce and are dragged through hell until your children age out at 18 They take your children, your life savings, your reputation, and your ability to earn a living.
But they cannot take your spirit, your soul, your integrity, your love, and the love your children have for you

Family court is a criminal enterprise with the the most descusting excuse of human life form. . Good Attorneys, judge, and mental health professionals are run out. Very few can with stand it or allowed in. You can slap a suit , dress or robe on it, underneath you still have one of the lowest form of society walking between the walls of the justice system.

Reunification therapy is a tactic. It’s a form of therapy that adds to conflict. If your children have decided to stay away from you. You are either toxic or have been conditioned by a narcissist and the extended narcissistic family . The psychologist can’t and aren’t interested in telling the difference. They just take the money.

We have known this for decades. We have tried to get Adelman removed, but he is too connected. Sue Cousineau, Sharon Dornfeld and so many other GALs are why on January 9, 2014, something like 300 parents and professionals came out to the legislative offices to speak up about the Corrupt GAL system. Anyone who had an open case in family court was retaliated against. The good ol’ boys club must be disbanded. In fact, the CT BAR Grievance process is an epic fail. Parents have complained about these very corrupt attorneys and GALS for decades. If the allegations are strong enough, instead of making this attorneys of the Good Ol Boy’s network face the music, they are give a k”get out of jail card free.” They are told either face these very serious charges against you or retire early. The attorneys retire early but continue to impede and harm through their colleagues and other connections. THIS HAS TO STOP!!!
We have a real failure in the department of justice. This is still going on after 2014 hearings.
It does seem like the DOJ should have investigated and prosecuted at least everyone involved in the “Connecticut Chapter of AFCC, Inc.” charade from 2013 – 2015.
Those who prompted the sudden official filing of documents were monopolizing cases for profit for decades before that. What other office would initiate the investigation and prosecution? The AG office? The federal HHS Inspector General’s office?
Did the Connecticut DOJ offices not prosecute after their five agency public fraud investigation of 2014 – 2015 because … why, exactly?
Was the public-private for-profit partnership that was destroying children and families with judicial authority and immunity too embarrassing for the state?
A small law firm with a conscience and courage took on the Kids for Cash scandal in Pennsylvania, not the DOJ and not the AG office. The state was proud of that effort, not embarrassed.
Where’s the conscience and courage in Connecticut?
The Connecticut family court is being run on a pilot program related to the welfare reform act. The funding comes from the government. Plenty of it. Perhaps the department of justice failure to bring charges leads to Richard Blumenthal. On the federal judiciary committee. Department of justice funding. Now Florida has taken money and modeling the Connecticut system. Florida senator also sitting on federal judiciary committee. The welfare reform act and fatherhood initiative. The courts are not working on laws. Policy and procedures. No evidencery hearings. The languestics and reporting statistics are changing. . This is a deep seeded problem with a lot of money involved. These people influence the department of justice and related agencies. The Senators push it back to the legistors who have no power to address the federal program. Justice reform there are greater forces at play. Health and human resources, grants for self reporting survey and studies. Multi layer investment. Now we are getting into gender. Grandparents and partners are brought into the mix. It’s all written in the fatherhood initiative and welfare reform act. This is what is being used to run family court. Churches gaining access to financial resources. Pedophiles hiding in the church. Preditory legal practice is ignored. Women placed as second class citizen in the United States. The child welfare system is is running on the right of fathers and carefully guided statistics based on the welfare reform fatherhood initiative. Incompetent DCF deeply entrenched in the situation. The scales family court justice is weighted down by government funding to favor fatherhood at all costs. The family court cases are hidden with immunity and the children. Hidding the danger our own family court system is to them. The governor is hidding under LGBT community changing languestics. Statistics are being guided with the absence of gender identity out side of the fatherhood initiative. Contract, policies and languestics are guiding the cases. The individual children are not considered. ” The greater good of the economic growth and development of the nation” . The government pilot program through the fatherhood initiative legally violating the civil rights of women in the family law courts. Catering to men rights and entitlements based on financial insensitive. ” The public health care crisis”. The stacking of the deck of family law industry and criminal defense attorneys on the bench. Anyone complaining or whistleblowing is severely punished. The judicial Media committee controlling the news. Powerless people. The division of color, religion, and gender. We are no longer one nation under God. The Connecticut senators have sold women and children into slavery to sexual assault and abuse with federal welfare reform act and fatherhood initiative funding through the department of justice. As well as criminal court reform. People have taken to arming themselves in the Cities because our state government is not protecting it’s people.

Senator Richard Blumenthal D-CT. One of the wealthiest. Worth over 100 million dollars. Started out as attorney general. From the Early 90s until 2011. Elected to the Senate. On many committees. Including the federal judiciary committee. Senator Richard Blumenthal has massed a significant amount of wealth in public service to the small state of Connecticut. Deeply entrenched in government affairs. Doesn’t seem to have any interest in the condition of the state legal system. The justice department funding purse strings. Voted into power and ignoring the problems being exposed in the state of Connecticut. Focusing on foreign wars and ignoring the war zone happening in his own state.
Huge compain donations for the lawyers. If you wanna fix the nations court system get the ” good old boy” out of public office.
Richard Blumenthal brings the money in. It’s passed thru the MOU. Lamont and the legislators change the language in the statues. Tong gets complaints and helps to change things to protect the state. It’s a well oiled machine. These are how this is working. Why the state is brushing people off. They change who things are reported. Gender is kept on some statistics and not mentioned in others. The funding is directed by statistics and self reporting surveys. All generated around the need for funding. Play along or loose your funding.
The courage and conscience of a few who took control of the state haven’t helped struggling families, for some reason. Those who control Connecticut seem far more interested promoting ideas associated with the statue across the street from The Hyatt Regency at 1800 East Putnam Avenue in Old Greenwich. (Who created that statue? Who put it there and why?)
Why did Jeffrey Epstein keep a statue of Pan in a hidden staircase in his Manhattan townhouse? Who allowed MI6 agent Aleister Crowley and his hidden religion (also involving Pan) to influence politics and cultures around the world?
“Family courts” in America where a few twisted perverts have socially engineered children and families since the 1980s weren’t designed to help children or families.

The state of Connecticut is focused on a facade. When you see the politicians attempting to make look like the state to has no problems. One of the safest places in the United States. Several times a day news reports contradict that . The media committee filtering court system news. Who is addressing the state problems? Making decisions the residents are unaware of. Where is the transperacy? The current administration of the state leadership is projecting an image that is not adding up. 2014 in 2016 complaints and lawsuits were brought about from Eric Stevens. Involving child welfare attorney Mary Bergamini unclear why the complaint and lawsuit were dropped. Mary was almost exclusively used by Attorney John Liquori in Suffield for child welfare Attorney. Involved in murder suicide. Mary had several conversations with Liquori the day prior. Then was placed in charge of all his files. Another massive complaint was filed against her by the women on the labor’s union case. Where Mary was appointed after a brief meeting in the hallway in the Hartford courthouse. Mary engaged in reunification therapy sessions and was representing the father’s girlfriend’s parents in another family court matter as their Attorney. Prior to and throughout the case. The compensation for child legal fees from the Connecticut labors union was initially concealed. No Gal reports were filed or billing. No written documentation from the psychologist besides a bill placing Mary at the appointments. Mary Bergamini has been placed on several cases without choices given. Mary Bergamini was the original GAL on the Reich case prior to Sue. The same psychologist was used initially on the Reich case and the Labors Union case. Same judge

Borderline personality disorders a mental disorder.charaterized by unstable moods, Behavior and relationships. It’s a disorder that effects how you see yourself. Narcissistic abuse is a type of emotional abuse where the abuser only cares for themselves and uses words and actions to manipulate their partner’s behavior and emotional state. The effects depend on how long one can endure these types of abuse.
In a toxic relationship your own emotions can be used against you.
Monchouser by proxy. Many children display signs of anxiety, depression and inability to focus when abuse is going on at home. A parent with substance abuse ECT. When the problems are being displayed the children are taken to a medical professional. Diagnostic testing is done and the children don’t appear to get better because the abuser still lives in the house. Once the abuser moves out the childrens grades go up and children are still dealing with the after effects. The abusive parent is reintroduced and the grades go down and they decline. It’s blamed on the mother. Reports from other professionals outside of the court or ignored. The abusing parent often ignores the child problems and the one seeking assistance is now labeled because they were taking care of the child. Open to the medical professionals cause they have nothing to hide. Often the court professionals won’t consult with the community health care experts. Look what happened in taking care of Miya.
Do to the poor coverage and shitty insurance company. Diagnosis at times are difficult to make. There are limited experts in some fields. Leading community experts are not allowed in court. As they are also terrified of the state of Connecticut family court system. The choosen AFCC members are given special treatment. We are told over and over they are respected by the court. Clearly everyone out side the court system is proving it differently. The public health complaints go unanswered. Immunity is the name of the game. Yet, the courts continue to insist on using the same custody flippers. Why? Cause it is a well orchestrated system. That reaches beyond the court house.
Catherine Kassonoff. Cptsd. Cheating spouse, returning cancer, verbally abused, kicked out of her house and had her children taken away. X husband and his girlfriend say she was crazy. No family support. She committed suicide. Once a successful attorney arrested and was tossed in jail. The x husband think Robby Harvey ruined his life.

The courts rejected the plaintiff submission to the court with unesscerry details of his side of the story regarding his divorce procedures with Catherine. The claims for the child have been dismissed. He may need to hire an attorney if he can’t stay focused on the claim it’s self according to the judge.
The corruption is deep. Back hall conversations between lawyers and judges and the parents are kept out of it.

The Gravens panel is a dog and pony show. They wine and dine you with phone calls, asking questions, saving so concerned and pampering, and then they screw you hardly knowing by the fax presented that these attorneys and judges should be disbarred
I went through it. It went from the head of the grievance committee in Hartford saying.” I was blown away by your complaint. We shall see what Ms. B*rg***ne has to say for herself”. To a letter saying we dismissed the complaint after the panel meet, call to see why it was dismissed. Someone blocked the accountability. You only get so far before the connections red tape it.

God forbid they put Mcgruff on the bench. How many public defenders and child welfare attorneys came out from under their desks to ensure he would not make it on the bench? How many cast of characters on the judicial review board to ensure he would not get close to a family court bench to see what is really happening?
