PA State Bar Issues Administrative Suspension for Neil Glazer

The PA State Bar has suspended the law license of Neil L. Glazer, an attorney with Kohn Swift.

It is an administrative suspension.

Neil Glazer, the attorney who worked closely with the EDNY in the NXIVM case and later launched a lawsuit with some 70 plaintiffs against NXIVM key leaders, is under fire by one of his clients in the OneTaste case.Neil Glazer, the attorney who worked closely with the EDNY in the NXIVM case and later launched a lawsuit with some 70 plaintiffs against NXIVM key leaders, is under fire by one of his clients in the OneTaste case.

According to https://www.padisciplinaryboard.org/for-the-public/find-attorney/attorney-detail/207268 .

An Administrative Suspension:

Status of an attorney who is a member of the Pennsylvania bar and who has failed to pay the annual fee, failed to satisfy continuing legal education requirements, or failed to pay expenses taxed in a disciplinary proceeding. Such attorneys are notified in advance of suspension with adequate time to come into compliance. An attorney whose status is Administrative Suspension is prohibited from practicing law in Pennsylvania.

It appears Glazer chose not to pay his annual fee or satisfy his continuing education requirements.

The PA disciplinary board reports that there are no pending actions against him and no history of disciplinary actions.

According to the website GreatTransition.org, Glazer has taken an “extended leave” from the practice of law,  “to focus on public policy work.  His primary interest is developing policy tools for the transition to an ecologically sustainable economic system.”

Glazer is best known to Frank Report readers as the lawyer representing former members of NXIVM during the investigation and criminal prosecution of NXIVM founders Keith Raniere and Nancy Salzman, and NXIVM leaders Clare Bronfman, Lauren Salzman, Allison Mack and Kathy Russell.

After the conviction of all six, Glazer represented some 70 former NXIVM students and employees in a civil suit targeting Clare and Sara Bronfman, wealthy heiresses and financiers of NXIVM founder Keith Raniere.

Glazer earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.

After serving as a law clerk for Judge Dennis G. Jacobs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, he practiced at law firms in New York City. In 2000, Glazer returned to his hometown of Philadelphia and joined the law firm Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C. There, he represented plaintiffs in cases involving human rights, human trafficking, international terrorism, terrorist financing, toxic torts, and fraud.

Glazer initiated a class action lawsuit involving 70 former NXIVM students and employees against Clare and Sara Bronfman, Raniere, and others.

Glazer also filed a lawsuit on behalf of four former OneTaste students, whose claims were revealed in the Frank Report to be questionable and misleading.

Alisha Price, a former employee of OneTaste, filed a lawsuit against Glazer. She alleged that he and FBI Special Agent Elliot McGinnis conspired to pressure her into making a false claim that she was a victim. According to Price, Agent McGinnis threatened her with arrest if she did not testify, while Glazer offered her the chance to seek civil damages if OneTaste co-founder Nicole Daedone was convicted.

Glazer was the lead attorney in a lawsuit involving three former Scientology members who allege the group coerced them into forced labor and forced them to sign a contract to serve Scientology for two billion years.

The NXIVM lawsuit has drawn significant criticism from U.S. District Judge Eric Komitee for the format of the complaint, which he deemed excessively lengthy and characterized by “shotgun” style pleadings. Komitee has recently dismissed several causes of action.

I wouldn’t call him a dummy, but let’s be honest: his role on the bench in Brooklyn Federal Court is more about leveraging his position than delivering justice. It’s all just part of the monetization game for him.I wouldn’t call him a dummy, but let’s be honest: his role on the bench in Brooklyn Federal Court is more about leveraging his position than delivering justice. Kohn Swift continues to be listed as the attorney of record, but Glazer is no longer part of the Kohn Swift legal team, as evidenced by his absence from the website.

Oh shit! Have the pressures of practicing law gotten the best of Glazer!? Have the Bronfman sisters threatened him or his family? The Bronfman sisters have been known to intimidate people who oppose Raniere.

We need Glazer to disclose exactly what happened and what is going on. Attorney's just do not let their credentials expire and discontinue altogether like this. Glazer has a story that needs to be told.

Are the Bronfman sisters up to their old tricks!? They are SCUM!!!

It probably was the Bronfman sisters threatened him. Sara is notorious for threatening anyone who disagrees with Keitb Raniere.

We need a full investigation into this matter.

It sounds like Mr. Glazer was booted by the law firm. Does anyone know why?

Hey Frank, would you please generate a sexier AI photo when you cross-dress?

    Thanks!

The Great Transition Initiative website features copy that reads like it was written by Keith Raniere, or perhaps Nancy Salzman. Their aims seem rather vague – is the Tellus Institute associated with noted “transhumanist”Barbara Marx Hubbard?

Administrative suspensions can sometimes mask the true reason for a lawyer’s involuntary inactive status. Not saying that’s the case with Glazer.

A certain Connecticut attorney currently awaiting trial on a murder conspiracy charge from 2019/2020 was given an administrative suspension shortly after he was arrested and charged. The state’s website currently notes the reason for the suspension is failure to pay a required fee. However, the real reason is that the attorney was in pre-trial incarceration for months because he couldn’t make a $2 million bond, so there was no way for him to continue serving his clients, and a judge ordered the administrative suspension. The attorney’s bond was subsequently substantially reduced and he went on house arrest, but the administrative suspension was never lifted.

Pretty standard given he’s taken a sabbatical.

Glazer knew what family member Nancy hid the money with and didn't do anything about it. Suspicious much??

I never liked Neil Glazer. I'm pretty sure that he represented Toni Natalie a few years ago, if my memory is accurate.

Toni is Frank's enemy. She wrote a book about NXIVM and it FLOPPED. Yet, she still verbally shits on Frank every once in a while.

IMO, Frank needs to verbally shit on his enemies more often —- just like he did in the good ol' days.

Frank has become too much of a pussy lately. He's forgiven too many people.

Frank wants to let bygones be bygones. That's why he doesn't shit on his enemies anymore.

There's an asshole on Reddit who craps on Frank periodically —- but Frank seems to have raised the 'surrender' flag to this dude.

There are also 2 movie producers who were making a documentary (about the Swami) —- and they went behind Frank's back and tried to screw him over on that deal.

Yet, I'm pretty sure the documentary never succeeded. But Frank is silent on that issue.

If I was Frank, I'd be verbally crapping on ALL of these assholes at least once every 3 months.

    Why?

…Because you don't EVER raise the white flag to spineless assholes. You keep SHITTING on them. 🙂

There is VALUE in (verbally) crapping on people.

Perhaps, in his old age, Frank is turning into a dickless PUSSY who no longer has the BALLS to verbally shit on his enemies, as he once did.

    Have a good day. 🙂

not to shit on Dickless Janine, but it's rather telling that she didn't notice Glazer has been listed as “on extended leave from private practice” for almost ten years now.
      • AnonymousOctober 23, 2024
Well detective, where is Neil now then?
  • ColinOctober 23, 2024
A yes, Mr Glazer, who took it upon himself to issue a blunderbuss threat to anyone on Frank Report who said anything he didn't like about a dubious client he had at the time.

    Such a nice man.

It just go to show how twisted the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board system is. If there’s no disciplinary action being taken against Neil L. Glazer, why doesn’t Gary Schultz’s personal attorney simply change his status from Administration Suspension to Active
    • CEASE & DESISTOctober 25, 2024
      Higher tax bracket
  • Cowardice of GlazerOctober 25, 2024
So he’s running after being exposed on Frankreport? What a shocker. I guess he’s no longer representing anyone in the bogus onetaste lawsuit or he would still be paying his dues to maintain his license.

    Coward.
  • McGinnis… what a guy.October 25, 2024
Glazer and McGinnis are criminals – exposed on Frankreport. Glazer is exiting his legal practice and McGinnis- after being fired as a NYPD officer for excessive force among other crimes- will slowly fade from the One Taste case to hide his continued criminal conduct.
    • AnonymousOctober 30, 2024
      Where was it exposed?
  • Coerced to consider labor…October 25, 2024
When does the embarrassing spectacle of the One Taste prosecution begin? Any other strategies except for the subjective “coercive control” that failed to be controlling enough to actually coerce anyone to commit the crime of forced labor?

Are they sticking with the “coercive control” that was coercive enough only to get unnamed victims to “consider” labor but not actually labor at all?
