Guilty Verdict, But No Winners? Sandusky’s Fate Sealed by Millionaire-Making Lies

When Jerry Sandusky was taken in handcuffs out of court after a jury found him guilty of abusing a group of future millionaires, the mother of one of them said, “Nobody wins.”

Men lied to make millions at the expense of putting an innocent man in prison.  Sandusky has been in prison for 11 years. He turned 80 last week.

It was always the plan for the liars to pocket the money and let him die in prison.

Though her son collected millions for his perjury, she said nobody wins.

The biggest liar, number #9, Sebastian Paden, got $20 million for a lie anyone could tell was a lie.

The Bloodied Underwear That Wasn’t: Quidetto’s Courtroom Drama

His mother, Angela Quidetto, got on the witness stand to confirm Paden’s lies, right down to his bloodied underwear his mama could not find. She wept when she said if only Sandusky had bought her boy some underwear.

Quidetto’s Quandary: A Mother’s Torment Over Son’s Deviancy

Instead of happily living with millions, Quidetto posted on social media that her son, Paden is a sexual deviant and drug addict, and should not be with his own daughter.

Still, what a laugh Paden must have had when he found out he got $20 million and learned that dumb Aaron Fisher, liar #1, who had to be worked on by his mother and a quack therapist for two years, only got $7.5 million.

Improbable Roommates: Fisher and Paden’s Parallel Lies
sandusky fisher padenSabastian Paden and Aaron Fisher testified that they were in the same place at the same time - Sandusky's basement - being abused - some 100 times, but never met each other.

They both told the same lie: They testified that they were abused on the same bed, in the same bedroom of the same house, the same days 100 -159 times — if you believe their stories — and never met.

Both men separately testified (they were in court on different days) that Sandusky abused them on the same bed by the same 15 x 15 feet room in a basement.

Yet somehow the two never met?

Sandusky Basement Bedroom 3

Sandusky’s Basement of Make-Believe: Where Millionaires Are Minted

This is an important point: Aaron Fisher and Sabastian Paden both testified under oath that they stayed every weekend overnight from 2005-2008, at Sandusky’s house – in the bedroom in the basement and both testified Sandusky abused them alone.

They both testified that no one else was in the room. This single enormous contradiction – both of them could not be in the same bedroom alone with Sandusky – was never called out by the defense attorney.

He was too busy coddling the liars – who were both over 18 at the time they testified.

Prosecutor: …between 2005 and 2008… Did you stay at the defendant’s house 50 times or 100 times or more?

Fisher: It was probably close to a hundred, over.

How could two rascals say they were alone in the same basement bedroom, getting molested every weekend between 2005 and 2008, and never meet?

Perjury’s Price Tag: Paden Outperforms Fisher in the Courtroom

On the witness stand, Paden told his lies without hesitancy, and added anal rape to his implausible story. He had some nice impromptu embellishments, like the basement was soundproofed, and the doors locked from the outside so he could not escape.

Soundproof? No, not at all. Paden could open the door and leave at any time. Let's face it, he lied.Soundproof? No, not at all. Paden could open the door and leave at any time. Let's face it, he lied.

Paden claimed he was locked in the basement and could only scream for help.

The basement was on the ground floor, with doors and windows to an open yardThe basement was on the ground floor, with doors and windows to an open yard

Yet because the Sandusky house is on sloping terrain, the back of the basement leads to the backyard. There was a door in the basement (not to mention windows) that Paden could have escaped from anytime.  He was not a tiny baby, he was a teenage boy at the time he said he was locked in the basement (that has no locks to lock anyone in, [It locks from the inside to keep people out]). He could have walked out the door anytime. Yet he got away with the massive lie that he was locked down there and left alone when Sandusky was not abusing him. If Sandusky had had a decent attorney, he would have disputed this liar’s account with photos and independent evidence instead of coddling the little liar as he did.

Soundproof? No, not at all. Paden could open the door and leave at any time. Let's face it, he lied.Soundproof? No, not at all. Paden could open the door and leave at any time. Let's face it, he lied.

On the other hand, Fisher was a terrible witness. He could only cry and answer a perjured yes to leading questions about oral sex that never happened.

But if the lies were essentially the same, is it fair, Fisher might ask, that Paden got $20 million, and he got only $7.5 million?

Sabastian Paden. Both liars told their lies so poorly that if Sandusky had not had dishonest prosecutors, and a half-wit attorney, Fisher, and Paden would have been indicted for perjury; the prosecutors arrested for suborning it, and Sandusky’s attorney disbarred for incompetence.

A Nose for Untruth: Hohenheim’s Artistic Condemnation of Aaron Fisher

Art lovers, below is a new painting of Aaron Fisher, liar #1, entitled “Fisher of Lies” by artist Montgomery Rupert Von Hohenheim.

The author's view of FisherThe author's view of Fisher

Art critic Arabella Seraphina Van Der Wooden interprets the painting for Frank Report:

Maximilian Rupert Von Hohenheim’s “Fisher of Lies” resonates with thematic echoes steeped in the pathos of disillusionment.

Rendered in a panoply of vivid tones that belies the melancholy undercurrent of the rags to riches narrative, is the protagonist’s distinguished nose, elongated by his pathway to wealth.

The artist’s choice to drape Fisher in sartorial splendor strengthens the notion of the subject as a man who succeeds by his own mendacity

Hohenheim’s bold delicately intricate brushwork gives us the visceral feel of the subject’s internal cowardice. We can almost taste his snivel as it runs down his throat.

We are left with the feeling that the proboscis of falsehood can yet expand if he could but find another innocent person to lie into prison.

So Paden is a deviant ? makes perfect sense that the guy with the biggest payday for lying is a child molester or some kind of deviant.
  • John GalluppiFebruary 1, 2024
So I guess the point of the article is that Fisher should go to Penn State and demand his additional $12.5 million since he was being abused just as much as Paden during the same weekends. It’s not fair that Paden got much more. Didn’t they have the same attorney? Didn’t Penn State upon vetting both stories come to the conclusion that they should award $20 million to both boys, I mean men, I mean liars? What method did Penn State use in determining that large gap between those awards? There must have been some type of chart that indicated “if your story is this outlandish, you get X and if your story is just nuts, you only get Y”. I wonder how many people who bought into the guilty verdict are now thinking maybe I might have jumped the gun.

Another factual depiction of the Sandusky farce. How ironic that these two poor ‘victims’ kept going back to the Sandusky house hundreds of time. Laughable.
    • AnonymousFebruary 6, 2024
Wow, nice way to talk about children. It is very common for victims of child sexual abuse to be bonded with their abusers. In fact it's very intentional on the part of the abuser. Choose a lost, troubled, underprivileged kid with a rough family life, shower them with attention, affection, material goods, promises of even greater things in the future, make them feel both attached and obligated, move in slowly and gradually…It's the pedophile playbook. You apologists for it are absolutely disgusting.

You put your life in the hands of a lawyer. There was a wider conspiracy, but had Amendola been dedicated to his client, Jerry Sandusky would NOT be in prison today.

Amendola sacrificed Sandusky for his personal gain. Yes, the prosecutors dominated, the judge seemed to be biased and working in lockstep with prosectors, and therefore Amendola was at a great disadvantage.

But Amendola AGREED and ENCOURAGED Sandusky to forfeit a pretrial hearing– this went against Sandusky's best interest and in doing so Amendola knowingly threw Sandusky's case.

It was over there– the false memories and credibility of these scammers would not be challenged. It could have been over. Amendola wasn't looking for justice. He was looking for stardom.

Smilin' Joe's affect says it all. A man's life is on the line for being wrongly accused of heinous crimes and he is void of decorum.
  • AnonymousFebruary 1, 2024
The credibility of the witnesses were never questioned by Amendola. Why? Matt Sandusky alone has a horrific history that was not put forth at this trial.

Amendola was so afraid to go after the credibility of these “children” that he allowed lie after lie to stand as truth.

He should be disbarred for his failures in this case. They were willful.
    • Mitzie SunriseFebruary 1, 2024
The judge told him to be careful with the witnesses. It seemed his hands were tied or he was afraid.
      • CinnabonFebruary 3, 2024
He could have been afraid; it seems the fix was in. But Sandusky did not receive a fair trial and his attorney acted against Sandusky's interest.

I know Aaron Fisher and let me tell you Paden is no Aaron Fisher. Paden would have never stuck it out and lied for years.

Paden rode on Fisher's gravy train and it is outrageous that Paden gets more than Fisher.

Nobody would have got nothing if Fisher did not stick it out and hold to the story.

Paden comes lately and takes Aaron's story and adds some ass rape and blood on his underwear and he gets like $12 million more. Is that justice ?

There's abundant evidence that the entire Penn state scandal was a sham. Dozens of dedicated professionals were defamed and punished when they were innocent.

The media and government denies the public the truth–

They tainted and defamed a beloved man of great talent and integrity, and forced his statue to be removed without cause. There were crimes committed to fulfill a political agenda.

Sandusky and his family are among many taken out by the greed and depravity of others.

Sanduskys sentence is by far the worst, but the lives and reputations of men of impeccable integrity were destroyed as a result of a media and political agenda that ensnared the innocent and rewarded deviants and liars.

This is proven and the public has been denied the most credible information for a decade. The media frenzy and false narrative moved swiftly in a coordinated effort with the governor, the board of trustees and the courts.

Paterno’s statue must be restored to the campus and all the men so wrong convicted need to be pronounced innocent.

Their issues predated Sandusky. That’s why they were involved in the second mile to begin with.

Whenever you work with this population you put yourself at risk. He never should have been alone with these kids. No mentor or counselor should be left alone with the at risk population because they make themselves vulnerable.

It’s why corroborating evidence should be required. It was not required by any of these alleged victims.
  • USA Women's gymnasticsFebruary 3, 2024
The lack of accountability and oversight between the prosecutors and the judges makes our courts a breeding ground for crime and corruption– actions driven by greed and private interests.

The quack psychologists in criminal and family courts that present psychobabble bullshit WITH NO MEDICAL DEGREE is the RED FLAG that should halt any action against targeted defendants.

Recovered, unearthed, repressed memories is utter bullshit, and millions were given to conmen–

The US women's gymnastic team had to fight for decades to get justice. These young women- hundreds of them– were sexually abused– EVIDENCE, overwhelming, irrefutable evidence was put forth and FINALLY the perpetrator who had been protected by so many, was held accountable.

This took DECADES to bring to justice. These young women did not receive millions, and their words were SILENCED repeatedly for years.

Yet Sandusky was indicted and convicted in under a year, and without ONE corroborating witness in any case– he's spending life in prison.

This was a SHAM. It makes a mockery out of those “children” and teens who truly suffered at the hands of sexual deviants.
