DOJ: ‘A Development in Case’; Raniere may be in court today – may be indictment or bail effort!

According to the press office of the US Attorney for the Eastern District of New York “there has been a development in case” against Raniere and he may be in court today, according to John Marzulli, press officer for the US Attorney EDNY.

It may also be that the defense attorneys are presenting a ‘bail package” that the prosecution will defend.

This is an unscheduled hearing.

It's could be a bail effort. After living the easy life for over two decades, he likely can't stand being in jail.

  There is NOT going to be any bail – not now, not ever. Raniere will be at MDC until he goes to trial in late-2019 or early 2020. Unless, of course, he takes a plea deal and starts serving his real sentence before then. Either way, Keith will be at least 70-years old before he ever spends a day outside of prison. And the odds are pretty good that he'll NEVER have any such days.
