The Missing Image: A Call for FBI Agent McGinnis’ Real Photo in a Tale of Falsehoods

November 11, 2024

This is part 3 of the FBI Special Agent Elliot McGinnis series.  It is a little random and is comprised of some notes that were in fact addenda from other stories. Part 4 will begin our victim by victim account of McGinnis’s victims in his reckless investigation of OneTaste.

While some might find this piece a little reckless (though not so reckless as McGinnis) let it serve as an illustration in the theater of the absurd – for that is what we have here – an absurd federal agent whose actions are comical except for those he is targeting.

Part 1:  FBI’s McGinnis: From NYPD Brutality to Rogue Agent?

Part 2: FBI Special Agent Elliot McGinnis and Bloomberg’s Ellen Huet: How a Flawed Article Sparked a Dubious Investigation By a Dubious Agent

A Broader Examination

FBI Special Agent Elliot McGinnis based his FBI investigation on a poorly sourced, sensationalized, fundamentally dishonest op-ed disguised as a Bloomberg News story. He came up short. His partner, FBI Special Agent Colleen Sheehan, has some exposure, for he took her along, alone, traveling across the country to scare up victims by surprise.

In subsequent stories, we will show how that turned out as we examine the surprise calls on Mitch Aidelbaum, Alisha Price, and others.

The improper handling of a suspected attorney-client privileged document, and allegedly hiding it from his superiors, may put Agent Sheehan at odds with McGinnis. She was there when he took the tainted document on a thumb drive and hid it for years.

McGinnis later said he did not recall if he ever saw the document, and said if he did, he could not find the thumb drive he placed the file on, he said. Funny how often McGinnis loses hard drives, thumb drives, and camera cards.

Next they’ll be calling him butter fingers.

“Oh did you hear about McGinnis? He lost another thumb.”

Agent Sheehan was less adventurous with risking possible perjury and obstruction of justice charges (McGinnis knows he is above the law), and admitted she might have glanced at the document McGinnis said he forgot about.

How do you ask a hacker, who tells you he stole a document, for that document, secretly ask him to place it on a thumb drive without a subpoena, a document marked “attorney-client privilege,” a document, because it is so marked, which requires by the rules of the Department of Justice, that McGinnis (and Sheehan) had to report it to their superiors and hand it over, unread, for examination by a “taint team.”

Yeah, how do you forget it and lose the thumb drive?

McGinnis said he forgot or doesn’t recall a document (but his partner Sheehan does) that the FBI mandates must be turned over at once, before reading it. It is marked attorney-client privilege, and the guy who gives it to you tells you he stole it from the people you’re investigating.

We have some newly discovered evidence on that issue to report, including strong circumstantial evidence that Forgetful McGinnis did not forget to use the document to reignite his floundering investigation.

FBI Special Agent Colleen Sheehan knows this very well and one day she will have to testify to what she knows.

I might only add a word of caution: the coverup may be worse than the alleged crime.

Meanwhile, Frank Report aims to see how Special Agent McGinnis made the thinnest case rise to an indictment – while wasting millions of of dollars of resources.

It will be an education.

Now to another minor point.

Frank Report does not have a photograph of Agent McGinnis, and would appreciate it if he would send us one.

My email is frankparlato@gmail.com.

Agent McGinnis can of course contact me anytime, and give his side of the story. My phone is 305-783-7083.   Anyone with information on this matter can call or email. Calls will be kept confidential.

In our last article on McGinnis, we spoke about the irony of a fake news story in Bloomberg, which led to a fake indictment.

Bloomberg even used fake photos.

Bloomberg Fake Couple

Rather than use real photos, Bloomberg used fakes like this phony picture of a non-existent wedding at OneTaste.

Bloomberg chose to use fake pictures of two individuals who married instead of actual wedding photos. The wedding was of its anonymous sources, who Frank Report identified as Michal Neria and Mike Safyan.

The Actual Couple

Michal Neria was an anonymous source in Ellen Huet’s Bloomberg story. Her husband (for a very short time) Mischa (Mike) Safyan was the secret source for Huet’s article.

He gathered other anonymous sources.

Huet, to buttress her OneTaste-is-a-cult-narrative, wrote that Neria felt forced to marry Safyan.

She wrote her story as if she did not know Safyan. She never mentioned his name. She refers to him so obliquely that one could not easily guess that the IT executive who gave Michal money (to imply sex trafficking) was the nameless man who married her.

The public was not supposed to know Huet used Mike Safyan as her useful idiot – the fool whom Huet claimed a woman was forced to marry.

It was not supposed to be known. They were supposed to attack, destroy, and keep hidden, while the meddler Huet stands back hoping for an indictment, hoping for a trial and publicity for her book as she sells her sources down the river.

Huet promised Neria and Safyan that nobody would know their names. Their names are known.

The government is desperate to keep them anonymous, but witnesses to conspiracy in a non-sex trafficking or rape case cannot be anonymous. Besides, Safyan is a public figure.

As for their lies, they will experience a reckoning when cross examination comes.  Lying comes easy when you are anonymous but it does not come easy when you are under oath and lying is called perjury.

In fairness, Huet also played Michal Neria as the fool. If she really told Huet that she felt forced to marry, evidence shows she lied. Neria repeatedly said she married Safyan for his money. He is an aerospace engineer and vice president with Planet Labs of San Francisco, and though bullshit walks, his money talked.

Misha Safyan and Michal Neria

Michal Neria told the media (anonymously) she was shocked and angry when wealthy Planet Labs aerospace engineer and vice president Mike Safyan proposed to her. She said “yes.” But later she said she felt compelled to marry the rich but unappealing Safyan.

As one friend observed, “after her marriage to the rich and odious Mike, I never saw a woman so completely altered. Michal’s hair turned quite gold from grief.”

Forced to wed and forced to bed Michal Neria and the mind controlled Planet Lab executive Mike Safyan

In the style of Ellen Huet of Bloomberg

As we mentioned above, we have no photos of FBI Special Agent Elliot McGinnis and wish we did.

The following are not real photos of FBI Special Agent McGinnis, but an artist’s conception of him based on the style of reporting of Ellen Huet of Bloomberg including using fake photos.

We call our little photo essay,

The Dark Side of Agent McGinnis

A Progression into One Taste.

McGinnis had a nose for crime. He could smell it in the headlines of news stories, which was his method of finding cases.

FBI Special Agent Elliot McGinnis (not a real photo) had to choose between truth telling and an indictment. (artist conception by MMG)

Special Agent Elliot McGinnis needed to flip satisfied OneTaste students and former employees to become victims, because he was having a hard time finding real victims.

If Special Agent Elliot McGinnis had to resort to telling a few  “little white ones” to make his case, he hoped it would not be obvious.

FBI Special Agent Elliot McGinnis has his own unique way of doing things. It is not the FBI way. It is not the Department of Justice way. In the photo above (not an actual photograph) the artist gives a hint at Agent McGinnis’s most prominent technique for his work.

Elliot McGinnis outdid himself in his investigation of OneTaste, revealing a lot about himself in the process. For those who take the time to investigate what he did in OneTaste’s and possibly other cases, I think his progression will become apparent as our series progresses.

As the artist MMG tried to capture in her series on McGinnis is that “who he is is written on his brow, and other features adorning his face.”

Or “if the eyes are the mirror of the soul the nose is the gauge of its truth.”

He has developed a ponderous nose, metaphorically speaking, and in this humble offering, we merely made some minor points and illustrated our need for a photograph of FBI Special Agent Elliot McGinnis.

In our next post, we will get down to brass taxes and that means evidence. It’s not funny at all.

To be continued.

My best friend chose to live and work in a sensuality community. I adored her advice and was grateful for her guidance in so many aspects of of my life. Then one day thirty years later she decides the reason her life is not going the way she wanted was because she was a victim. My best friend is a lovely writer. She wrote many stories about how she was victimized and became a figurehead of the cult of victimization. I am very grateful for all of her guidance as it shaped me as a man.
You don’t actually have to tell the truth about anything as long as support the common ideology of being a victim, this is a key to social media popularity.

Great article. And prosecutors allegedly wonder why the public has lost faith in the judiciary? I think butterfingers conduct is far more common than we know – it’s just that Frank Report is into him.
