Frank Report has just learned that the jury in the case of the U.S. v Raniere has reached its verdict in the case – and will be brought back into the courtroom at 2:30 PM to make the announcement. We will be providing an update as soon as possible but, given the numerous charges involved in this case, this does not bode well for Keith Alan Raniere AKA The Vanguard AKA Master AKA Grandmaster.
Normally, in this type of complex case involving multiple charges, the longer the jury is out, the more likely that the defendant will be found innocent – at least on some counts. But with this type of quick turnaround – less than 5 hours of deliberations – it will be shocking if this is not a “GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS” verdict.

And that’s the power of the jury system. In a civil law jurisdiction, with all Agnifilo’s deliberations ‘what’s the crime here?’ that appeal to professionals (lawyers) Raniere could reasonably expect even an acquittal. But with the working people of Brooklyn – no. I suppose class animosity, as in ‘The Bonfire of the Vanities’ of Tom Wolfe, did play a role here, too. The jury probably thinks that all of them – Salzmans, Bronfman, Mack – are guilty as hell.

It would be easy for America’s elite to wipe their hands and say the dirty work is done but they forget about all of the scandals like Jeffrey Epstein where prominent pedophiles with political connections go scot-free.
And no one wants to pry too deeply into ties between NXIVM and prominent politicians in New York State or Mexico.
It’s easy to make Raniere the scapegoat for all of the sins of NXIVM if it helps other wrongdoers avoid justice.
Raniere would never have been able to wreak so much havoc over twenty years without a lot of help from a lot of people.
