Below are Los Angeles County properties that an online search indicates are owned by Precision Development LLC – which in turn is owned by Clare Bronfman and her sister, Sara Bronfman-Igtet, according to state records.
Clare forgot to list her Fiji [Wakaya Island] asset – which the judge picked up on and called her on. Clare’s attorney, Susan Necheles, said the reason Clare neglected to mention her Fiji holdings is that it is being renovated.
I am not sure how an asset being renovated excludes it from being disclosed.
I wonder if Clare disclosed the assets below. [Note she may have transferred these recently to hide her ownership interest. But I know about these properties for I am the one who got them for her in 2008. As of today – August 21, 2018 – online records indicate she still owns them.] .

Does Governor Brown’s (D-California) office know when the last time anyone paid State taxes on these properties was?
The properties would have already been put up at a tax sale.

Around this time NXIVM was aggressively expanding in Vancouver which was and is a base of television and movie production.
And NXIVM was also moving into Southern California, the traditional home of the entertainment industry.
Perhaps NXIVM was trying to follow the lead of its spiritual parent Scientology which from the beginning tried to woo Hollywood celebrities.
L. Ron Hubbard even talked of trying to recruit Walt Disney to Scientology.
Only NXIVM focused on recruiting young actresses and not grizzled old cartoonists.

Kinda looks like she was trying to start another NXIVM compound with those properties.
Clare and Sara Bronfman as well as Nancy Salzman were long time contributors to the Clinton Foundation slush fund.
Did those contributions help buy protection for NXIVM and the Bronfmans and Salzmans from criminal investigation?
As of this writing, the Clinton Foundation, in its 20+ years of operation of being the largest International Charity Fraud in the history of mankind, has never been audited by the Internal Revenue Service.

While I agree that the Clinton Foundation is a massive long running fraudulent organization, True Pundit is about as fake as fake news can get. They have zero credibility nowadays.
