The US DOJ Eastern District of NY is prosecuting Keith Raniere and Allison Mack for sex trafficking and forced labor. As an indicator that the probe may be expanding to financial crimes, the prosecution has revealed in a court filing that they are aware of ninety [90] companies or entities “affiliated in any way with Keith Raniere, his teachings, his purported ‘technology,’ his purported ‘tools’ or Allison Mack.”
Frank Report had previously identified 77 companies/entities – most of which are on the government list – months ago, here in 2017 and here is a story I published in 2015!
But, there are some new companies the DOJ identified that I did not previously know about [Some of these have wonderfully ironic names given the current circumstances].
More important is the fact that the government listed them as part of a discovery motion, seeking an order to seal certain evidence from the public – mainly to protect the names of alleged victims. What this tells me is they are following the money!
Some of the companies identified by the DOJ are owned by Sara Bronfman-Igtet and/or Clare Bronfman. So, it seems to me that there is a chance that these two terrible persecutors of innocent people – the terrible Bronfman sisters – might be on the hot seat and may stand to lose their assets as well as their freedom.

If Raniere and Mack had not engaged in that sex slave stupidity, the NXIVM financial scams would still be going strong.
The sex slave insanity opened the door for the US government to investigate all of NXIVM’s chicanery.
Interesting that one of these companies seems inspired by the show “Equus” performed by the RPI players around ’78 or ’79 maybe. KR seemed quite enamored of it, and some of the themes seem apropos – like the question of whether curing the young man’s mental illness is a benefit or just leads to him being ordinary. I do not think KR ever wants to be seen as ordinary.

Appears to be a philosophy term and a medical term also.
From the 12/21/2003 Albany Times Union – NXIVM cuts training school from plan:

Absolutely and a really good connection that was previously unknown.
This is what i found from the Albany Times Union 6/2/2012 FOR THE RECORD: – Commerical Deeds : SELLER: Donald Kaufman Buyer: 224 Grenadier Court LLC Amount: $119,000 Property: 224 Grenadier Court, Clifton Park Recorded: April 30
Allison most likely made the purchase thru the LLC or maybe she just lived in it and has no ownership interest. That is for the FEDS to now unravel. The purchase time would align with her first regular stays in Clifton Park. My neighbor and partner in NXIVM monitoring has a friend who used to live in that building (each condo has 8 units) and he confirmed that Allison at one time lived in that unit. We also know India Oxenberg lived in that unit when she first came to Albany. When she skyped home in the video clip shown on 20/20 she was outside standing on a deck. We were able to freeze the clip and identify the unit by the background houses (Flintlock and Hale) and tree clusters. Also Grenadier court is the only condo association where the decks have diagonal support struts at the corner (made our job easy as there are multiple condo associations within Knox Woods).
7 General’s Way was purchased in Allison’s name and I believe was just an investment property for her. I do not believe she ever lived there. I know Mark Vicente lived in it for short time (2015 ish) with his mom and then Danielle Roberts and Michelle Hatchette lived there with another former female member of NXIVM (2016 to spring 2017)

The Feds must be holding back some cards for a reason because this list is definitely incomplete. And they need to check for duplicate companies with the exact same name that were set up in several different states.
A long list of Raniere-related companies was also published by John Tighe back in the day. And it was also turned over to the local FBI Office, the local US Attorney’s Office and the New York State Police – none of which bothered to even take a quick look at all this bullshit.

The question is not how many companies he created but how many of those are actually active. I was reading through the bio of one Mexican ESP/NXIVM member, who listed himself as a CEO of four companies and a head of a chapter in Mexico. After googling these companies and him, it was apparent that these companies only exist on paper. All of them had less than 9 employees, most less than 5 and their yearly revenue was $200k or less. On top of that he was not even barely competent to lead any of these companies when you looked into his CV.
One of his companies was producing vaccines/pharmaceuticals for instance with no employees while he has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish literature.

Possibly. Human brains are incredibly bad at memorizing details after all. What I do not understand is why these people have to fake their CV after all. Why would I found a company with me as the CEO just to pretend? This looks pretty pointless to me.
If he at least had not gone that far and named several companies, one might believe it. But being a CEO is a full time commitment, which makes it incredibly hard to be a CEO of four companies at the same time…
