You cannot do the the things Pam Cafritz did for Keith Raniere and not have it have it do bad things to your body.
Kieth would make Pam go sit in the car when he would have sex with Mariana Fernandez . How do you think that must of made her feel?
Pam was Keith pimp, but she still had a deep love for him. How did that make her feel?
Keith had her run crazy miles and put her on crazy diets – that does crazy things to your body.
Pam worked day and night for Keith, while he had sex all night and slept all day (while she worked all day and night.) That does crazy things to your body.
Pam had to shove those feelings somewhere and when you do that to your body somethings got to give.
Pam was young in age but her body wasn’t, her mind wasn’t and her spirit wasn’t. Those parts of her body were old, worn out and tired, very tired.
At least her spirit is at peace, if she not in hell for all the bad deeds she did for her lover Keith.

Keith would get revitalized when Pam would bring him a new young girl to hit on. Keith would be invisible for weeks. All of a sudden, he’d be bouncing around and all giddy about the innocent youngster he was going to “mentor” / “coach” / or whatever. I still think one of the reasons he wants all of his harem to run is because he saw all the fruits of Pam’s labor. She’d meet young, attractive, skinny girls while “training for the Olympics” and bring them home to meet her “Coach.”
I really hope HC got out of there before he got his grubby hands on her. She can never get rid of the stupid nickname Keith made up for her, but she may want to unfriend the co-pimps on her Facebook account.
Personally, one of the only reasons I stuck around for a little while was because of Pam. I thought she was genuine and real. I had no idea what was really going on.

Pam tried the same pimp behavior with me. Since I am a gay woman, it wasn’t with Keith. She tried to pimp me out with Nancy.
Yes you out there in NXIVM-ville, don’t be so shocked. When the inner circle is attempting to get some collateral on you, it’s to keep you sucked in. They are working to compromise your ethics; it’s up to each person if you are going to bite the hook. It’s amazing the lengths the inner circle will go is amazing.
Pam kept coming to me saying how lonely Nancy was and how she needed a “friend” to spend time with her.
Nancy followed up by wanting to spend time with me. “Let me EM you, let’s go have coffee, stop by my house,” and slowly she attempted her seduction with me. It never worked. I was in a long-term relationship, I wasn’t sleeping around kind of person nor did I find her attractive, a nice person or the kind of person I would want to be in a relationship.
There’s little doubt that VanDouche eventually sucked the life right out of her. But like the below poster states, she made her own bed. She was the chief pimp enabler of this mini king of douche-bags and had no qualms about allowing a twelve year old Rhiannon to be sucked into his vortex of sexual manipulation. She enabled him for three decades or so and is just as guilty as him.
You are too kind. Pam CHOSE to do those things. She also CHOSE to be a pimp for nasty, dirty, little Keith. I only met her a couple times and she tried her bullshit on me. Unfortunately for her, she made the hairs on the back of my neck stand straight up and I saw through her words. I remember thinking in that very moment, how very evil she was and that I would certainly be keeping my distance from her. Pam, her darkness and her invalidation of my pain were part of the reason I never became an Espian (THANK FUCKING GOD). I could see right through her. She was cold, calculated and chose her words carefully. I saw and felt this in other people as well. You guys are a fucked up bunch.
Pam made her bed. So have the rest of you that have stayed and backed a predator like Keith. The evil, darkness, manipulation, lies, and wildly unethical behaviour you are all partaking in will take its effect on you too. But alas, you are too blind, stupid and brainwashed to see this. Too bad. You hang around rotten people and destructive energy long enough, and you’ll start to feel the effects. Right, Nancy?
