DUI Arrest of Aaron Fisher, ‘Victim #1’, Adds New Twists to Sandusky Case
SharefXin

Last week, Penn State Police arrested Aaron Fisher, 30, for drunk driving.

Fisher, AKA “Victim #1,” started the greed rush that led to the innocent Jerry Sandusky going to prison.

Police pulled Fisher over in Lamar, PA, drunk behind the wheel, a menace to human lives in his condition. The State Police separated him from the deadly weapon, which in sober hands would be called an automobile. They handcuffed and took him to the Lamar barracks, where a breath sample proved he was drunk as a skunk, an animal with which he shares many of the same characteristics.

Fisher was charged and spent the night in the drunk tank.

The great journalist and broadcaster John Zieglar first broke the Sandusky-is-innocent story. He recently wrote of Fisher’s arrest.

“Things continue to go very poorly in the life of Aaron Fisher, “Victim #1” in the Jerry Sandusky case.

And no, it is not as a result of abuse by Jerry. It’s because he comes from a horrible home and has guilt/substance abuse issues thanks to his million-dollar lies.”

The face of a liar. Fisher got $7.5 million for his perjury. The face of a liar. Fisher got $7.5 million for his perjury.

The face of a liar

Back in February, Fisher was in an alcohol-fueled street fight and was stabbed with a sword by one of the combatants. Fisher was rushed to the hospital. His mother reported he needed surgery.

It is unknown if Fisher squandered the $7.5 million Penn State paid him based on his lies about Sandusky. It is known that he has left his mother virtually penniless as she struggles to raise her grandchild.

He started a lie that got the whole world condemning

The investigation of Gerald Arthur ‘Jerry’ Sandusky began in November 2008, based on a deceptive story 15-year-old Fisher told his mother. For two years, Fisher was the only ‘victim’ Pennsylvania had.

On June 22, 2012, a jury convicted Sandusky of sexually abusing ten pre-teen and teenage boys. In October 2012, Judge John M. Cleland sentenced Sandusky to 30 to 60 years. A few months later, Fisher settled with Penn State for $7.5 million.

His therapist, Michael Gillum, did the hard work. Fisher never volunteered Sandusky abused him.

After seven months of steady, sometimes daily therapy, Fisher finally uttered the word “yes” to a scenario Gillum had offered many times. Soon after, 23 jurors in the grand jury room watched as Assistant Attorney General Jonelle Eshbach asked Fisher if Sandusky had molested him. Fisher started to cry.

Eshbach asked whether oral sex had occurred. Fisher blurted out “no,” then broke down, weeping.

Michael Gillum believed every lie Aaron Fisher and Brett Swisher-Houtz told him. Why?Michael Gillum believed every lie Aaron Fisher and Brett Swisher-Houtz told him. Why?

Quack therapist Michael Gillum.

Gillium assured the prosecutor that Fisher needed more therapy. After another year of memory recovery therapy, Fisher appeared a second time before the grand jury on November 16, 2009. When asked about oral sex, he grew as white as a ghost. As jurors watched, he slid off the chair, sank to the floor and vomited.

Fisher’s third grand jury appearance was conducted differently. Prosecutors knew he could not be trusted to answer the questions the way they wanted. They wrote out what he was supposed to say, and he read to the grand jury that, as an overnight guest in Sandusky’s house, he was forced to give and receive fellatio with Sandusky every weekend from 2005-2008.

Sabastian Paden

Victim #9 Sabastian Paden must have laughed when he found out Fisher only got $7.5 million. Paden got $20 million.

Improbable Roommates: Fisher and Paden’s Parallel Lies

They both testified they were abused on the same bed, in the same bedroom, in the same house, on the same days 100 -150 times.

Yet the two never met.

Paden ‘Every Weekend’

Prosecutor Joe McGettigan

Pros: How many times did you stay at the defendant’s house over the course of about three years between 2005 and into 2008, 2009?

Paden: Every weekend from Friday to Saturday.

Pros: Do you know how many times that was?

Paden: Between 150, maybe 100.

Fisher’s ‘Every Weekend’

Pros: Did you stay at the defendant’s house a lot of times?

Fisher: At first, it was the occasional weekend, then…

Pros: Every weekend?

Fisher: Yeah.

Prosecutor: …between 2005 and 2008… Did you stay at the defendant’s house 50 times or 100 times or more?

Fisher: It was probably close to a hundred, over.

How could two rascals say they were alone in the same basement bedroom, getting molested every weekend between 2005 and 2008, and never meet?

Paden Outperforms Fisher in the Courtroom

On the witness stand, Paden told his lies without hesitancy. Fisher was a terrible witness. He could only cry and answer a perjured yes to leading questions about sex that never happened. Paden got $20 million, and Fisher got only $7.5 million.

sandusky fisher padenSabastian Paden and Aaron Fisher testified that they were in the same place at the same time - Sandusky's basement - being abused - some 100 times, but never met each other.

Sabastian Paden beats Fisher easily as the biggest liar.

Up in Alaska, Paden lives. According to his mother, he is a drug addict and sexual deviant. No doubt someone will say this is because Sandusky abused him.

As for Fisher, he has had problems since he started the terrible travesty that led to the innocent Sandusky’s conviction.

Fisher’s latest DUI arrest is not his first mishap on the road.  Fisher, speeding 70 mph in a 25-mph speed zone, drove his car into a tree, fracturing his skull. He spent a few days in the hospital. His passenger did not fare as well. He went to the hospital for six months. Fisher never bothered to check in on him once.

Fisher was reported to have been hospitalized three times for anxiety or “conversion disorder” while under Gillum’s therapy.

Fisher said he attempted suicide, slicing his forearms with a razor and trying to hang himself in his closet, while under Gillum’s therapy.

Higher Court

Things continue to go poorly in the life of Fisher and Paden. What would you expect?

It has been said there is a higher court than the court that condemned the innocent Jerry Sandusky. It is a secret court, each man has his own and it is known only to the man himself, and, if you so believe, also by God. It supercedes all other courts.

Aaron Fisher, Sabastian Paden and the other false accusers face that court. They face it daily. They may try to hide from it through alcohol or drugs, sex or gambling. But it never goes away. Its jurisdiction is everywhere. That court is called Conscience.

There they’ve been tried, and they found themselves guilty. And so their sentence is to continue to ruin their lives as a lesson for themselves. Their sentence has only begun.

There is only one way to serve their sentence, which is to confess they lied and free the innocent man they condemned for money.

I am available anytime to speak with any of the false accusers to help you return to the path of sanity, rectitude and forgiveness. My phone is 305-783-7083.

A lot of people will think they are drunks, drug users, gamblers, etc., BECAUSE of Jerry Sandusky. Nothing can be farther from the truth because Jerry Sandusky is not a pedophile. These accusers are nothing but low-life liars. True self-worth and accomplishment are things these liars do NOT possess.

So he lied. So what ? Where this kid ever going to get $7.5 million? Hes smart. Sandusky set himself up by trying to help these kids. Fools get punished and wise guys like Fisher make out.

Coolest of all is Paden. That guy just took Fisher's story and ran with it. Fisher did all the crying and Paden laughed all the way to the bank.

You can't blame Paden. It's not like he was selling out his mother or something.

Just some old guy who shouldn't have been trying to hard to help these kids.

Yeah for Paden. Fisher not so much.

Sabastian Paden is my nephew, his mother is my half-sister. They both were involved with these lies he spit in court just for financial gain. I think its fucking disgusting to tell lies about a man and have him imprisoned when he is innocent.

When the case first started, I assumed some of the lawyers were just being unethical; it surprised me to search google and find many had done pro-bono work, participated in ethics organizations and even won awards.

If a witness statement is allowed to convict someone, it shouldn't say 'I saw/experienced criminal abuse' but 'it would be too traumatic to describe what happened' or (as in McQueary's case) 'It was over the line.'

Amendola requested detailed discovery with specific details, times, dates and events, and was publicly told no such details exist.

Even if it was suborning perjury, the work of Eschbach before the trial, and McGettigan during it (and think of civil lawyer Andreozzi, leading police to clarify, while his client was out of the room and their tape recorder was running, that their strategy is going to be to destroy the relationship of trust between the defendant and his cient by inventing false stories of things he'd supposedly done), all illustrate your own motto on your website, 'truth is always fair.'

The question is, why did it take more than a decade for someone to pick up the ball when it got dropped, and bring it over the goal line. Well done.

Fisher has stepped down as Victim #1 and will fight this charge. Best outcome we expect He will. Be placed in a special probation program known as ARD. It's a program used for first-time offenders.

Don't you think it's wrong to pick on these children ? Their names are not supposed to be used. Victim 1 and Victim 9 are teenagers and other kids can be cruel. That is why they used the numbers and not the names.

Do you realize now that you released those names at those high school theee boys will be tormented.

You don't think fool. You must only use the numbers and not their names.

The children deserve to grow up without being tormented in class. The media has all agreee that this is the right thing to do.

You should be closed down. I demand you remove the name of these children at once.!!!!!

All of the accusers are adults.

Not sure where you are getting your information. No one is in class.

Timing of the suicide of Fisher’s lawyer is interesting too.

I’m not convinced nothing happened at PSU, but don’t believe the way it was presented by the media either.

The alleged abuse never occurred at Penn State. The alleged shower incident never happened. Men lost their jobs over not reporting or not taking strong enough measures when in reality, it was never proven that any incident ever happened in the shower at Penn State.

The fact that they made it about Penn State reveals the money and politics driving this fraud.

If they were abused in the bedroom of Sandusky’s home why drag Penn State into it? If anything the Second Mile should have been the backdrop to all of this.

It is good to see people are using terms such as “fake” and “hoax” to describe the Sandusky case. Here's a post from an earlier article detailing what can only be described as a “glitch in the script” for this whole affair . . . no prosecutor would have brought a case that they knew would be world-wide news without doing basic investigation into the identity of a central victim and seeking to interview the suspect, unless they knew the whole thing was a theatrical production, not a real trial. This is so obvious, I can't believe it hasn't been discussed in any other forum or article that I am aware of on this case:

Sandusky not testifying in his own defense was VERY suspicious, especially with respect to “Victim #2/the boy in the shower/Allen Myers”. The prosecution made no attempt to determine the identity of “Victim #2” before seeking indictment even though there were clearly competing accounts of what Mike McQueary said he saw in the shower to Penn State administrators at the time of the incident and to investigators 10 years later. They could have easily requested a meeting with Sandusky (with attorney present) to clear up the matter, which is standard procedure in this type of investigation. To avoid indictment, Sandusky would have agreed to the interrogation and almost certainly would have identified Allen Myers to investigators with confidence that Myers would exonerate him.

None of that happened and the prosecution indicted Sandusky without ever interviewing him and rested their case at trial pretending that “Victim #2” was unknown. Of course, Sandusky knew the identity of “Victim #2” and could have testified that nothing happened in the shower a decade ago and that he maintained a “father figure” relationship with Myers since then. This could have severely damaged the prosecution’s credibility with at least some of the jurors and possibly caused them to re-examine the claims of other “victims”.

But the real questions are – why was the prosecution so confident that Sandusky would not testify and call their bluff? Why did prosecutors apparently believe that “Victim #2” would not come forward and contradict their claim of sexual assault/rape by Sandusky in the Penn State showers? Why would they bring the charges with respect to “Victim #2” without even attempting to do the basic work to identify “Victim #2” through Sandusky (or even determining whether Sandusky was in State College on March 1,2002, the original incorrect date of the “shower incident” alleged by prosecutors)? Why did Sandusky “roll over” and not deny wrongdoing with direct testimony at trial?

The door was wide open for Sandusky or Allen Myers to completely humiliate the prosecution at the time of indictment, but no one charged through that door. Why? This trial seems rigged. Was it all a scam? $200 million from Penn State can buy a lot of silence.

I wonder if it will take 300 years for Pennsylvania to admit they were wrong with Sandusky. That is how long it took Massachusetss to admit they were wrong for the witches they hung.

Minor note: To a local “Penn State Police” is not the same as “Pennsylvania State Police”. The first means the campus police of Penn State University and the second means the state troopers that patrol the highways, etc. Fisher was arrested by state troopers, not campus police.
