If Clare is doing so well there and helping other prisoners, then she should continue to do so until the regular end of her sentence. It seems to be doing her good.

She has continued to stay in touch with those who support him

She has shown no sign of other plans to do something different when she gets out of prison other than working with those who support Keith Raninere and working to support his every desire to get him out of prison.

Why should Clare be given a break? She was sentenced to the time she was because she strongly supported Keith Raniere.

Until she is reformed from him, she should not get out on any “good time.” as she is a danger to others and herself.
