Avelo, a low-cost airline with taxpayer support from Connecticut, will begin flying deportation charters for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security out of Arizona on May 12. This has disturbed Connecticutt Attorney General William Tong. He threatened Avelo that Connecticut might consider revoking its agreement to provide a $2 million revenue guarantee and a two-year freeze on aviation fuel tax for the low budget airline – if they profit from deporting illegal aliens in Arizona.
Constitutional and Civil Rights Activist Peter Szymonik saw a touch of hypocrisy there.

“New Haven — Connecticut Attorney General William Tong sent a strongly worded letter to Avelo Airlines founder and CEO Andrew Levy Tuesday, seeking assurances that deportation charter flights Avelo plans to run from Arizona won’t violate the rights of immigrants. Tong’s letter seeks assurances that Avelo won’t shackle deportees — particularly children — and that the flights will not be used to separate children from their parents or to deport immigrants without a valid deportation order, among other issues.”
But when AG Tong is made aware that “family” court judges are placing parents in shackles in his state’s broken and corrupt “family” courts, for the “crime” of not paying millionaire attorneys fast enough or to their liking, or to shake them down and force them to liquidate their children’s college funds and retirement accounts under threat of imprisonment — in unlawful debtor’s prisons — that’s just fine to AG Tong.
But when AG Tong is made aware that sociopathic “family” court judges are routinely separating children from their parents and family members for no reason in his state other than for state and divorce industry profit and greed — that’s just fine to AG Tong.
But when our “family” court judges and state agencies, including his own office, flagrantly violate parents’ fundamental and federally recognized rights — that’s just fine to AG Tong.
AG Tong: Clean your own house first before you cast any stones.

In Connecticut, family court is not abusing deportable aliens. The family courts in Connecticut target citizens. They don’t protect families. They don’t safeguard children. They use them as leverage. Custody becomes currency. Visitation becomes punishment. The game isn’t justice. It’s money.
Family court throws parents in jail – not for hurting their children—but for failing to pay lawyers fast enough—million-dollar lawyers, billing $800 an hour. Judges order parents to empty their retirement accounts and their kids’ college savings, force the sale of their homes, or else.
No jury trial. Just jail – via contempt.
The point is: AG Tong wants to protect families from being torn apart by ICE flights. But he has nothing to say when judges essentially terminate parental rights in family court, without a finding of unfitness.
AG Tong says deporting people who came to the USA illegally is an outrage. But in Connecticut, parents lose their children without a trial. They’re gagged by court orders, threatened with contempt if they speak out. And when they can’t pay–when they’ve sold their house, drained their savings, taken out loans– they’re locked in jail cells a “debtor’s prison.” All on the watch of the state.
AG Tong tells Avelo to honor public safety and “the rule of law.”
He should try doing the same. There’s a broom waiting in his own house.

It could be that over the course of the past few decades, a few judges lawyers and government employees arranged for judicial privilege, judicial discretion, judicial immunity and specifically orchestrated case law to let Connecticut family court judges, lawyers and accomplices Do What They Wilt.

Everyone should note that $800 per hour was the great Gary Cohen’s hourly rate prior to the pandemic. His current rate is $950 per hour; a small price to pay and well worth it if you are serious about getting justice for yourself in CT family court.
This is exactly how the United States will eventually break apart. Liberal judges and AG’s hypocritically interfere in national affairs they have no right to interfere with. It would be one thing if the CT attorney general is acting on behalf of illegal aliens in Connecticut, but he is trying to act on behalf of illegal aliens situated in a different state across the county. This is ridiculous.
As far as the corrupt CT family court goes, the citizens of that state and victims of that court need to demand that Kash Patel and Pam Bondi investigate that RICO racket, and bring federal oversight to CT state courts since they are irredeemably corrupt and violate basic constitutional rights.

Gerald Adelman, Robert Horwitz and others were found to be on the Board of the AFCC which was run as a business through CT Courts!!! And what was done at the end of the investigation into GAL and Family Court Racketeering was proven? Nothing. AG Tong asked these two criminals to step down from their position on the Board of the AFCC. The AFCC could no longer be run through the judiciary!!
The judges should have been cleaned out then!! Instead it was buried. Laws that are not followed were implemented– only to be “superseded” but family law attorney contracts. It’s a joke. It’s an embarrassment and when the public finds out who and what kind of people actually run CT, they’ll be hell to pay. That time is coming.
Violations of the first amendment and gag orders to conceal judicial misconduct and attorney misconduct will cease. The democratic leaders have failed the people and most importantly, abuse and victimize our innocent children. They are criminals.

Judge Jane Grossman perhaps holds the record for trafficking of children through family court. Countless numbers of children have been forced from their loving parents by a “no contact” order often disguised in court orders but implemented by GAL’s who conspire with family court attorneys to isolate children from one parent and deliver full legal and physical custody to the other parent. You know this. Susan Skipp and thousands of CT parents came forward in 2013. Nothing has changed. Child trafficking too lucrative in our small state of complete corruption.
This excerpt from 51 pages of testimony submitted for the January 9, 2014 Connecticut Family Court Task Force Public Hearing on Child Custody
seems to indicate that Mr. Tong might not be “a man of his word”:
How many taxpayer dollars were spent prosecuting Mr. Boyne so far?
Mr. Tong co-chaired the Connecticut House Judiciary Committee from 2015 to 2019.
Did Mr. Tong share testimony from the 2014 “family court task force” with the New Haven DOJ’s “public corruption investigation” task force in 2015?
If not, why not?
Mr. Tong is now Connecticut’s Attorney General. If Mr. Tong hasn’t shared the above excerpt with those 51 pages of information with Mr. Doyle yet, someone should ask Mr. Doyle to read that testimony ASAP:

Some of Mr. Doyle’s recent statements to the Court in his case against Paul Boyne are about his office accessing all of Mr. Boyce’s communications while in Connecticut prisons.

The Hartford Courant’s total lack of meaningful investigation and effective reporting of the crimes committed by Connecticut’s family court system for the past 40 years makes it very difficult for We the People to govern ourselves.

Is “Dr.” Sidney Horowitz tracking outcomes of his state and federally-funded family court experiments? Which office stores the data to track the outcomes?

The hypocrisy of Tong is an insult to the thousands of families impacted by corrupt CT family courts.
AG Tong is fully aware of the “no-contact” orders put in place by family court judges based on the whim of a gal or the recommendation of a “sealed” fraudulent evaluation by a single psychologist- NOT a medical doctor as required by law for the court to rely upon.
Our children have their mother or father ripped out of their lives never to be seen or heard from for years of ever. This is the calculated, sadistic pattern of cruelty inflicted upon innocent citizens merely seeking a divorce. Our children are a commodity. Our constitutional rights and due process are violated daily. No cameras or recordings permitted in family court- and no jury. For if there were a jury, these violations of Justice and inhumane treatment would cease immediately.
AG Tong knows all about this as does the judiciary committee that is comprised of attorneys. The wolves guard the henhouse. Tong is acting like a man of the people when he is turning a blind eye to kidnapping, child trafficking, larceny, and abuse and harassment of innocent parents.
