The classroom and offices have been sold.
Rosetti Properties purchased the three buildings, located at 447, 455, and 457 New Karner Road, in Colonie, New York, a suburb of Albany, in a cash deal for $700,000.
Rosetti is a real estate management firm with apparently no dedication to the most ethical man in the world. This is evidenced by the company paying exacly half of the listing price of $1.4 million.
The properties had been up for sale for 10 months.
The Colonie-based real estate firm manages a portfolio of residential properties in the Albany area.
The $700k will not go to Keith Raniere, Clare Bronfman or NXIVM but to the US government and Sara Bronfman.
As part of the prosecution of Clare Bronfman, who, along with her sister, Sara, purchased them, Clare agreed to forfeit her share to the government.
In a deal with the government, Sara Bronmfman agreed to accept $200,000 for her share.

While her sister, Clare, was imprisoned for her role in the Nxivm enterprise, Sara fled the US and reportedly lives in Portugal.
For reasons unclear, the government chose not to include Sara Bronfman in the NXIVM inner circle.
The offices have been vacant since 2018.
Sara and Clare invested more than $150 million with Raniere to help him punish his enemies.
Sara has her millions intact and faces no criminal penalties. While she lost perhaps $100 million supporting Raniere’s criminal enterprise, she has an estimated $350 million left.
On the other hand, Clare chose to stick with the ethicist. When things got hot, she fled the USA with Raniere – off to Mexico.
She was arrested in July 2018. Took a plea deal on Good Friday 2019 with a 21-27 sentencing guidelines and got the bad news in 2020 that her 10-page plea deal had about the same value as 10 sheets of toilet paper. She was sentenced to 81 months in prison.
This marvelous portrait of Sir Keith Raniere adorned the building at 455 New Karner for years.
The sashes hung lonely at 455 New Karner Rd. Clare was an orange sash while Sara had the coveted green sash, making her one of the highest-ranking members of Nxivm ever.
In any event, the property at 455 New Karner is sold along with two other nearby properties, which were bought with Bronfman sisters’ money. Sara will get $200,000.
She spent about $100 million with Raniere and she will get back $200,000.

Just seeing this several weeks later. FYI I don’t think Clare ever managed to sell her horse farm outside Albany in Knox, NY. It’s gone through two realtors and a price drop from 4.9 million I think 2.5 million as of last summer. The realtor’s signs came down around October but I suspect it was the end of the most recent agent’s contract. Some rumors that it has been sold but I see no evidence of it in the county property records online. The 2025 assessment roll hasn’t come out yet. If she still owns it she can come back to visit in a little over three months time. 😉

Success is relative, it depends on the level of expectation of success. Keith’s NXIVM was a start-up funded with venture capital from the Bronfman sisters. So what is more valuable, access to Keith or $100 million? The Bronfman’s got something worth more than $100 million. It was just priceless and inestimable.
It was a start-up funded with basically no overhead. Nancy even already had the lease for the 455 New Karner Rd office. Keith gladly just took the Bronfman money and happily spent it (gambled it away on 16-leg parlays). That being said, your point (which I love) is even more valid.
