RYAN FLYNN’S STATEMENT: PUBLISHED VERBATIM AS PROMISED

During our call, Ryan dictated a detailed statement about each charge against him. He was calm, methodical, organized. He had written out notes. He cited specific statutes. He knew phone numbers, dates, case numbers.

He asked me to publish it exactly as he said it.

I told him I would—with the understanding that these are his allegations, his version of events, not established facts. I haven’t verified most of what follows. I may not be able to. But I gave him my word I’d publish what he said.

Ryan Flynn’s charges do not involve allegations of physical violence, entering anyone’s residence, or damaging property. All ten arrests relate to electronic communications—text messages, phone calls, and social media posts.

Here’s what Ryan Flynn says happened:

SEPTEMBER 8, 2024 – HARASSMENT OF ANTHONY DE PALMA

“On 9-8-2024 I was charged with harassment of Anthony De Palma, a class-a misdemeanor, for a back and forth text exchange. I was subsequently released on my own recognizances by Judge Gruber. After being released I was kidnapped in the back of the Tonawanda police station, strapped to a stretcher and brought to ECMC and released after being held for seven days.

“My text messages were altered by town prosecutors and police to seem threatening when they weren’t. They submitted those altered texts, which is unlawful under US code 18 1001—preventing alteration, falsification or misrepresentation by any public official or judiciary member—to obtain a search warrant that turned up zero weapons or drugs.

“In fact, De Palma texted me these exact statements, suppressed by prosecutors: ‘Men don’t talk,’ ‘Come see me in person.’ He also texted me he has been doing home invasions since 2007, and from a phone number 716-361-7451, posted on @pub_corruption_5. He also texted me he would kill himself in his shower with a rope and that he would give me 30 Xanax a month from his prescription in the past, which is distribution of a controlled substance. De Palma was not charged by district attorney John Flynn.

“If I am accused of harassment of De Palma, this is merely a violation for texting and not criminal. Proof of this can be found on @pub_corruption_5.”

APRIL 10 – FALSE STATEMENT OF REPORTING SEXUAL ABUSE BY JOHN FLYNN AS A CHILD

“For the charge on 4/10 I was charged with making a false statement of reporting sexual abuse by John Flynn as a child. Town police in that recording stated it was not their jurisdiction and the allegations needed to be reported to the Buffalo Police, the district that would have handled the residence governing Charles Flynn’s old house on Pomona Ave. Town police stated it was not their jurisdiction to take a report regarding the abuse, then proceeded to charge me with reporting an event that did not occur despite stating it was out of their jurisdiction.

“I also stated Derek Flynn, John Flynn’s son, told me his father uses cocaine and has been suicidal since his grandfather passed away. A deposition from Derek Flynn was not provided in discovery or at the time of the arrest, affirmed by Cindy Cooper in court and via phone call, making no valid reason for arrest or for an order of protection to have been issued.”

MAY 26, 2025 – VIOLATION OF FAMILY COURT ORDERS

“On 5/26/2025 I was charged with violating two family court orders—one against my sister Courtney and one against my brother William. Both accused me of calling their phones from a blocked number on 12/11/2024. Mary Kearney vacated the temporary order against Courtney and William Flynn due to examination of evidence and out of jurisdiction respectively.

“Not only were the family court orders vacated, I was charged criminally in Amherst and North Tonawanda court. There was no valid orders in place. Even if there had been, those violations would have went to family court and not to criminal court, which shows a clear pattern by prosecutors to violate my rights.

“William Flynn originally took me to family court in Niagara County where he lives and lost. After he lost, he went judge shopping to a neighboring county out of jurisdiction. Timothy Hennessy, the attorney representing Courtney Flynn, was given a town council position to commit perjury where John Flynn previously worked.

“I was also charged with resisting arrest despite both sets of paperwork stating there were no warrants. North Tonawanda judge has already returned the $1,000 bail that I was held on.”

HARASSMENT OF MARIO VACANTI AND LAUREN FINA

“I was arrested and charged with misdemeanor harassment against Mario Vacanti and Lauren Fina. Mario Vacanti is a convicted federal drug trafficker and Lauren Fina is the ex-wife of Ron Serio, convicted of bribing DEA agent Joe Bongiovanni, for calling their phones after Vacanti broke the windows on my house.

“Vacanti repeatedly stated to me, ‘Call him if I wanted the money for the window, however I would have to fight him to get it,’ and called me a pussy and a bitch. He stated in recorded conversations he would piss on my dead brother and mother’s graves and said they were losers.

“City of Tonawanda police went to Vacanti’s house after he broke my windows. In the police report he stated he had been home for hours, however the police touched the hood of his truck—it was still warm. He was also on video pulling off from the residence and on my property. Police cited lack of evidence to charge him on numerous occasions.

“Lauren Fina invited me over to her residence to engage in a sexual friendship that was denied, including when Vacanti was out of town. Proof can be found on @pub_corruption_5 of all recordings and text. Vacanti also stated to me he would kill himself if he lost his sports bet.

“Mario Vacanti is the brother of Salvatore Vacanti, who is a convicted killer for the murder of made member of the Buffalo mob Monty Masini. Vacanti told me he was with his brother at the time of the murder and his brother ran back to the car and said, ‘Did you see me get him?’

“Despite being divorced from Ron Serio, Lauren Fina works in the same building as his mother where she manages a collection agency despite her son being banned from collections. Lauren Fina operates a counseling business on the second floor. Lauren Fina also texted me that Mario Vacanti was gay and that they were only married to prevent Vacanti from receiving a second federal drug trafficking charge.”

THE KATHY HOCHUL ALLEGATIONS

“Kathy Holcomb met with Joe Eminger, Chief Stauffiger, police officers and Timothy Hennessey at the Tonawanda police station who falsified police reports against me after I leaked a recording that Kathy Holcomb was cheating on her husband, then-U.S. Attorney William Holcomb, with John Crangle to advance her political career.”

ORGANIZED CRIME CONNECTIONS

“Every person who has made false allegations against me has ties to organized crime and the Buffalo Mob. Anthony De Palma is pictured with Anthony Alessi, who was related to Joe Todaro and Peter Geraci by blood and bragged that he killed my brother Robert online and would kill me next.”
