The information IS available, just not readily accessible, or it is being deliberately kept from us.
Some have created surveys, and that’s a step in the right direction, but not broad enough.
There is a site where people can rate their judges (www.therobingroom.com), but few know it exists.

Why does parental alienation happen?
One reason parental alienation can start involves a parent having come to rely on their child for emotional support, a need that intensifies during a divorce. Is parental alienation real?
The psychological community does not recognize parental alienation as a diagnosable condition. With a parental and judicial focus on “fairness” children discover the must surrender to this “fairness” standard (over best interest). They must do whatever they are told is fair for Dad or Mom.
Children learn to ignore and subordinate their emotion and developmental needs and defer to parents and judicial wants and needs for this fairness. Federalism.
Each child realizes they must endure the difficulties, and sometimes-downright chaos, of alternating of alternating living in two places and solo with two different adults.
Children eventually discover they have their emotional and physical needs met best by one parent. Commonly they are relaxed in one household. With the other parent they discover they must function in psychologically inappropriate ways.

The Emotional fallout of children
In my experience, the children feel tremendous expectations to please at least one parent. The parent who wants their own needs emotional well-being. (read the MOU in Connecticut).
These children describe feeling pressured emotionally. Often become emotionally and physically overwhelmed and exhausted. They suffer anxiety, depression, academic failure, self -devaluation, and reduced self-esteem. In adolescence, they may become substance abusers or attempt suicide. May children forced to live with the other parent claiming alienation have been hospitalized and the Connecticut family court judges are ignoring it.
Part of the suffering and symptoms are due to the continual physical relocation of living in two different households. The message is “put my emotional needs first “. Which can be clearly seen in the Connecticut fatherhood mou. Does happen when children are forced to live with their mother in some cases.
ANOTHER REASON FOR EMOTIONAL UPSET AND ILLNESS IS THE CHILD’S NOT BEING ABLE TO PLEASE THE PARENT THAT MOST WANTS 50/50 LIVING ARRANGEMENT.
When a child is unable to fulfill this parent this parent’s needs, the child becomes anxious and depressed and believes she is a failure or a bad person. Why the court system and politicians can’t collect information on who is using access and visitation grants in their cases to see if they are being inappropriately used.
There is no best interest standard. That was created to allow trafficking of children in family courts. It weakened the 14th amendment and handed over extraordinary power and immunity to court criminals- attorneys as gals- to run scams through family courts, bleed life savings and destroy the lives of children and a targeted parent.

Child trafficking in family court is a nonpartisan, gendered issue. Men are sometimes the victims. Women are usually the victims. Children are always the victims. The minority of men who have lost children due to false allegations have projected their situation to believe that “women,” as a category have any power in family court to alleviate the shame of powerlessness that family court brings ALL parents. As a result Mothers are watching their children awarded to Fathers who abuse their children. In 95% of cases the abuser is a family member. It is usually not the mother. False allegations from predators and psychopaths are allowable due lack of evidence required, lack of evidentiary procedures, untrained judges and billions in profit. In one case, a private pay GAL/custody evaluator had an average of 8 continuances lasting over three years in each case for FORTY cases in a row. The GAL dissolved all protection orders within two weeks, *with no evidence* in 40/40 cases, claimed AUoC and awarded all children to the father.
Were a couple of these cases false allegations? It’s likely. What about the other 38? Why is evidence ignored and omitted? Why are there no criminal penalties? Who is profiting?
Mothers can no longer protect their children. Fathers can no longer protect their children. Do not let the racketeering and corruption and father’s rights garbage being lobbied—offering protective fathers a false hope— turn this into a worse scenario.
