Mother Laments She Has No Money to Visit Him in Hospital

JERSEY SHORE – Aaron Fisher, “victim #1” in the 2012 trial of Jerry Sandusky, was stabbed around 1 am Friday and rushed to the hospital.

Police allege Dalton Lee Johnson, 22, of Williamsport, stabbed Fisher during a confrontation. Eyewitnesses told police the fight began between two other individuals and “escalated into multiple individuals fighting.”

After police arrested Johnson, he told police his version of the stabbing.

Johnson was out with his girlfriend and carried his pocket knife hidden in his pocket, and his more noticeable two-foot sword, sharpened for ready action.

As the fight escalated between various individuals, someone threatened his girlfriend. Johnson pulled out his sword and pointed it at the man who made the threat, according to published reports.

The fight occurred outside this home in Jersey Shore PA

While Johnson pointed his sword at the man, Fisher chose to confront him, choosing to jump on top of him, knocking the sword from his hand.

Johnson grappled with Fisher, and both men fell to the ground.

Fisher, a former wrestler, and Johnson exchanged punches as they fought on the grass.

According to a police report, Johnson gained the upper hand and got on top of Fisher.

The fight ended abruptly, as Johnson admitted to police, after he “pulled out a pocket knife, and in the heat of the moment, he may have stabbed Fisher in the side.”

After stabbing Fisher, Johnson fled the scene.

Officers arrived at about 1:15 am.

They found Fisher in the grass on his side with a single stab wound in the middle of his back on his left side that was about an inch-and-a-half long.

Fisher was taken by ambulance to Geisinger Jersey Shore and then transferred to UPMC Williamsport, where he was admitted in stable condition.

Soon after the stabbing, Johnson turned himself in. He called 911 and said he wanted to talk to an officer. He was taken into custody about a quarter mile from the crime scene.

After spending the remainder of the night in a holding cell, Johnson appeared before District Judge Denise Dieter for arraignment just after 8 am on felony charges of aggravated and simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and possession of an instrument of crime.

Johnson told the judge, “I want to stay home. I fucked up. When he (Fisher) jumped on me, that triggered my past.”

The judge set bail at $85,000, which Johnson failed to make, and police took him to Lycoming County Prison to await trial.

Fisher received $7.5 million from Penn State following Sandusky’s 2012 trial for his fictionalized story of his former mentor’s abuse.

Fisher’s mother, Dawn Renee Henessey, wrote in a Facebook post:

“Please send prayers for my son aaron he was stabbed, cant get to him or any info at the time. Trying to get a way to hospital he was going to surgery last i heard but getting info is like pulling teeth and im freaking out.”

FR contacted UPMC Williamsport and found Fisher was conscious and in stable condition in the ER.

Fisher’s stories about Sandusky changed numerous times. He, his mother and his therapist, Mike Gillum, told their story in the book “Silent No More.”

The book details how therapist Gillum provided Fisher with highly suggestive memory recovery therapy sessions to “remember” that Sandusky abused him alone in his basement every weekend when Fisher was 13-15 years old.

Fisher’s stories contradicted accuser #9, Sabatian Paden, who placed himself in the same basement alone with Sandusky at the exact same 100 plus weekends, though Fisher and Paden never met.

Fisher’s coached memories were of “fellatio” and though he wept more on the witness stand, Paden “remembered” a lot more. Paden told a story of fellatio plus anal rape, starvation, being locked in the basement, and issuing blood curdling screams. Both men claimed Sandusky horribly abused them every weekend, and then they would go home, go to school, say nothing about it to anyone, and return the next weekend for more abuse.

Sabastian Paden

While Fisher invented the story and endured two years of being the only “victim,” his $7.5 million settlement from Penn State pales compared to the $20 million Penn State paid Paden for his more colorful fiction.

Some saw this as unfair since Fisher made up the entire being abused in the basement story. With a lot of coaching from his therapist, Fisher worked to make it seem believable.

Paden came along late, simply plagiarized Fisher’s already known story, right down to using the same dates, added some easy to disprove embellishments, and he walks away with $12.5 million more.

While the whole Sandusky case is nothing more than accusers lying and being paid millions, Fisher might feel he got the raw end of the deal. He had to invent the lies and stick to them, while other liars who did not work nearly as hard got more money than he did by copycatting his lies.

Based on his mother’s Facebook posts, Fisher squandered the money he got for lying. His mother did not even have the money to travel to the hospital. Paden may have squandered his money too. Last we heard, his mother spoke of his being a deviant and addicted to drugs.

Sabastian Padens mother had some candid comments about her boy

Fisher literally got stabbed in the back over a useless, likely alcohol induced melee. Some 12 years earlier, Fisher figuratively stabbed his friend and mentor, Jerry Sandusky, in the back.

FR hopes Fisher has a speedy recovery.

Sounds like Fisher was trying to be a hero in the situation and prevent someone from getting hurt. This story reflects on him in a positive light.

I’m no fan of Aaron, and even if he’s to blame for this, I don’t like seeing anyone get hurt

His mother doesn’t have the funds to visit him. That’s baloney. Can’t believe that the story teller that started it all didn’t share his loot with his mommy who wanted to own the Sandusky house, as I recall. No, sorry but I can’t seem to find any tears for Fisher.

Ira Lubert took care of his potential liability in the matter by using state funds to pay out over $100 million in fraudulent claims, earning political points for his casinos in the process sending $60M to Ross Feller Casey (i.e. Bob Casey) with milllions more to other ambulence chasing buddies in Philadelphia, such as Tom Klein. These same Pedo Fiction Masters are the ones who select your federal judges in PA (Ross / Casey). It’s no wonder why the few good guys in this story ended up either in jail (Sandusky, Spanier, Curley, Schultz) or dead (Paterno).
