Frank Parlato is an investigative journalist.
His work has been cited in hundreds of news outlets, like The New York Times, The Daily Mail, VICE News, CBS News, Fox News, New York Post, New York Daily News, Oxygen, Rolling Stone, People Magazine, The Sun, The Times of London, CBS Inside Edition, among many others in all five continents.
His work to expose and take down NXIVM is featured in books like “Captive” by Catherine Oxenberg, “Scarred” by Sarah Edmonson, “The Program” by Toni Natalie, and “NXIVM. La Secta Que Sedujo al Poder en México” by Juan Alberto Vasquez.
Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” Parlato was also credited in the Starz docuseries "Seduced" for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.
Additionally, Parlato’s coverage of the group OneTaste, starting in 2018, helped spark an FBI investigation, which led to indictments of two of its leaders in 2023.
Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.
Parlato is a consulting producer and appears in TNT's The Heiress and the Sex Cult, which premiered on May 22, 2022. Most recently, he consulted and appeared on Tubi's "Branded and Brainwashed: Inside NXIVM," which aired January, 2023.

So does this mean the public doesn’t get to see any of the discovery or state’s evidence? Or just some things? I didn’t have time to read through the entire document and just curious.
The government will not make public the blackmail photos or videos.
The government is not going to expose the victims of the extortion to blackmail.
If you want to see pictures or videos of naked women there are plenty of websites where you can find women who knowingly consented to that kind of exposure legally.

My reading of Catherine Oxenberg’s recent book have led me to believe that NXIVM had plans to overthrow the governments of both Mexico and Libya through subversion.
Both Mexico and Libya contain massive deposits of oil and are very valuable.
It is a crime of private American citizens to overthrow or subvert friendly foreign governments.
NXIVM is not allowed to have its own foreign policy.
It is a violation of the Neutrality Act and should be prosecuted by the US Justice Department.—–

Inside the NXIVM Sex Cult’s Secret Plot to Take Over Mexico
Oxenberg says that while gathering information on NXIVM, she discovered that Raniere was set on world domination—and had the Mexican connections to make his dreams a reality.
“The group was composed of Mexico City’s elite, wealthiest, high-society types,” Oxenberg writes. “The children of four former Presidents of Mexico have been involved with ESP.”
“He (Raniere) had already apparently sent out members of his harem to seduce various members of Mexico’s law enforcement and public officials so that he could compromise them.”
(Of course Raniere’s harem was run by Claire Bronfman and Allison Mack. Hence the name
ACK Wakaya.)

By some accounts Ms. Bronfman bought Ms. Mack a BMW.
And Lauren Salzman was Ms. Mack’s #2 in operating the DOS slave harem.
It appears that NXIVM was more than just sexual hanky panky and involved a large measure of geopolitical intrigue.
No investigation of NXIVM will be complete until Emiliano Salians, Sara Bronfman and Baset Igtet are brought to justice.
Geopolitics and manipulating vulnerable 3rd world countries and their governments was the nexus upon which NXIVM came to rest This was the ultimate goal. The sex slaves and the rest of it are just the mundane expressions of Keith’s ego. Sara and Clare (in that order) convinced him it was time to go global – the carrot on the stick was the promise of new and younger slaves and access to children plus the fact that the Bronfman’s would fund the enterprise. The one thing slaves were always told was that the upside was their eventual freedom to live in Keith’s paradise. It all seems so weird and trite now, in the harsh light of reality. However, these goals are also what made NXIVM more than just a loony cult, it became a murderous and dangerous enterprise for all except the elite.
Very well expressed; thank you.
