The past few months have been deeply painful for me, as I have seen my friends, associates, and the organization I care for come under fire. Some have asked me why I remain a member and why I still support NXIVM and Keith Raniere. The answer is simple: I’ve seen so much good come from both our programs and from Keith himself. I retired from a very successful career as a professional show-jumper because I wanted to do something more meaningful with my life. NXIVM is that. As I said, the programs help. I am happy, healthy and financially more successful than I have ever been. I frequently hear and witness stories of individuals improving relationships with loved ones, achieving business goals they never imagined, and overcoming some of the most debilitating conditions, amongst other things.
My experience with Keith is no different. I have witnessed his kindness even in the hardest of times, I have seen world leaders, business leaders, doctors and others seek his counsel on some of the hardest topics and I am inspired by the humility and compassion with which he approaches them all. I know him to be a man dedicated to the betterment of the lives of others, and most importantly for me, he is a dear friend who has and continues to help me through the difficult decisions and painful moments in my life, including my father’s illness and eventual death.
Lastly, while I am not and never have been a member of the sorority, I was reassured to hear from one of the leading forensic psychiatrists in the country, and additionally ex-law enforcement investigators of over thirty years, conclude that the sorority has not coerced nor abused anyone. In fact, the sorority has truly benefited the lives of its members, and does so freely. I find no fault in a group of women (or men for that matter) freely taking a vow of loyalty and friendship with one another to feel safe while pushing back against the fears that have stifled their personal and professional growth. It’s not for any of us to judge how they, or anyone else, choose to advance their lives and values.

I know him to be a man dedicated to the betterment of the lives of [himself and no] others, and most importantly for me, he is a dear friend who has and continues to help me [lose all my money, while persuading me to commit financial crimes and make vicious attacks on his enemies and critics and] through the difficult decisions [like letting him lose $65 million of my money in commodities] and painful moments in my life, including my father’s illness and eventual death [while I was spying on my father and trying to get him to confess that he was all wrong about Keith].

Man who tied up and sexually assaulted 14-year-old girl will not go to jail after US court hears incident was ‘consensual’

A man who tied up a 14-year-old girl before sexually assaulting her will serve no jail time after defence lawyers told a US court the incident was consensual.
Logan Michael Osborn, 19, pleaded guilty and was originally sentenced to 10 years in prison with eight years suspended by a judge in Chesterfield County, Virginia.
But circuit judge Timothy J Hauler delayed the enforcement of the remaining two-year term in January, then stayed the prison sentence entirely this week.
During a hearing on Wednesday, the Richmond Times-Dispatch reported that he told a defence lawyer: “I need to hear some positive things.”
A foreman at an electrical company where Osborn works was called to give evidence and described him as a “model employee”.
“The sky’s the limit,” he said of Osborn’s future with the firm.
Osborn will have to register as a sex offender and lost an academic scholarship to study chemistry at the University of Mary Washington because of the conviction.
Osborn pleaded guilty to having “carnal knowledge” of his victim in September, which is a crime in Virginia involving children between the ages of 13 and 15, in agreement that prosecutors would not pursue the more serious charge of “forcible sodomy”.
Prosecutors said he and the girl had attended a school play together in April 2017 before he let the victim to a dead end in the school grounds, the Richmond Times-Dispatch reported.
Osborn is alleged to have forcibly pushed the girl to her knees and tied a belt around her neck and hands before forcing her to perform a sex act.
The victim was crying during the assault, and at one point Osborn picked her up and pushed her against the fence, and then back on her knees, the court was told.
She was untied before being picked up by her mother, who questioned her over what happened because of her distress and took her to hospital for forensic examination.
Defence lawyers claimed that the incident was consensual because the pair had discussed Fifty Shades of Grey beforehand planned to “have some fun” after the play, but prosecutors said the girl was taken advantage of, was too young to legally consent to sexual acts and that the suggestion was offensive.
A clinical psychologist classed Osborn as at “moderately high risk” for reoffending and the court heard that he had been accused of inappropriate sexual conduct with girls several times, being charged with grabbing a child’s genitals at the age of 12.
Judge Hauler has previously been criticised for several decisions relating to sex offenders. In 2016 he rejected Virginia state authorities’ request not to release a man jailed for raping his ex-girlfriend and suspected in many other sex attacks.
The man, Dana William, later murdered his ex-wife’s father and killed himself before police could catch him.
In 2009, a former Virginia senator warned Judge Hauler had a record of having decisions overturned.
“I had serious concerns and did some research and felt like it was best that he not continue on the bench,” Steven Martin told WTVR.

Pretty sure Allison Mack was fucking Keith Raniere before Kristin Kreuk allegedly left. Also, Kristin Keefe said there was not one female member around Raniere he did not have sex with. I don’t know if this statement is accurate or even timely (it’s possible that it’s an old statement). But if it’s accurate, then Frank hasn’t been telling us the complete truth regarding her views on NXIVM. It sounds to me like she hasn’t been fully deprogrammed and doesn’t seem to believe Keith is the devil —- which is bad news if she testifies against him but doesn’t unload both barrels on him.
What’s up Frank? I know you’ve agreed to withhold information to protect her privacy and that’s fine (I don’t even care about personal stuff like her boyfriend or her PlantMade buddies), but when it comes to how she might help the EDNY to bury Keith at trial, then you should stop misinforming us by implying that she’s fully cooperating — if she hasn’t yet agreed to do that.
You already implied that she’s fully cooperating with EDNY by saying “draw your own conclusions” (to the fact that she’s not being indicted).
You have some explaining to do, Frank. We are your readers and you need to be honest about what you know as it pertains to the EDNY case (since that’s not personal information). I’m sure it is an interesting household these days.. I agree with Frank’s decision to not try to give a play-by-play of the fluid situation.
Recovery from a damaging relationship doesn’t happen overnight. Whatever India is processing right now doesn’t need to be played out in public. There is a long time yet before the trial starts, and that means time for India to make progress on examining what happened to her without Raniere/Salzman/Bronfman being around to interfere with that process.
The fact is only that India has not been indicted yet. There are no foregone conclusions about the level of India’s cooperation with the prosecution, and Frank’s statement about drawing your own conclusion acknowledges that.
I would suspect from your post, that you were probably affected badly by Raniere and his cohorts. If so, I hope you have found the support and strength you need for your own healing.
With all due respect to the other posters who think India’s views of NXIVM will continue to change with more deprogramming time —— her rep’s comment implies that’s not the case.

Here’s my opinion: If she was truly open to being deprogrammed, that would mean she’d be open to eventually coming to terms about what had transpired at NXIVM and wouldn’t be issuing these kinds of public disagreements with her mom. A simple “no comment” would have been more appropriate. So I have my doubts about her testifying against Keith and unloading both barrels on that Satan. I hope that I’m wrong. 🙂

I do not think that it is healthy to pry into her efforts to reassemble her !ife. That said, a rather interesting empirical point is her representation. Does she still have the same lawyer and is the funding still from Bronfman funds? I would not be surprised if she remains quiet until at least after the trial.
India is still in some legal jeopardy for her activities in DOS.
If India is indicted, it might behoove her to have a “Come to Jesus” moment.
