Keith Raniere’s ‘Sex Lair’ and Library – the Townhouse at 8 Hale – Is for Sale for $148,000; Books Removed; Hot Tub Included

Opportunity knocks, but who will answer?

The US Government (i.e. all of us Americans) owns the townhome at 8 Hale, made famous in USA v Raniere as the defendant. Keith Alan Raniere’s library.

The FBI visited the property on March 27, 2018, but Raniere was not there. He had been vacationing in Mexico  the day before at a lovely seaside villa when several rude gentlemen with guns removed him and delivered him to the West Texas town of El Paso, where FBI agents were on hand to welcome him back to the USA.

Police came and unceremoniously entered the villa.

Raniere was apprehended in Mexico.

So as I said, the following day the FBI called at his townhouse, a property actually owned by Nancy Salzman, but purchased for his exclusive use. They found and took various items including a hard drive, which agents later found to have photos of a 15 year old Mexican girl, which qualified as child porn.

For his conduct over 20 years as the grand master of NXIVM, Raniere was sentenced to 120 years in federal prison.

So our fond memories are all we have left of the Vanguard and now that we Americans are selling his townhome, we will not even have the physical domicile where Raniere loved to entertain his lady friends and impress them with his glorious collection of books, his piano rendition of MoonlightSonata, his hot tub and his loft bed.

The government totally mishandled the cleaning of the townhome and while they did a nice job of broom-sweep cleaning, Lord knows what they did with the collection of books and other memorabilia that was personally touched by the noted “smartest man in the world.”

Here are the photos of 8 Hale (below) but before we show them, let me just say that at $148,000 the property is a steal. However, the opportunity to make it into a Vanguard Museum is shot. The books and everything are gone, except the hot tub, which fell through the ceiling.

For those interested in walking in Vanguard’s shows and sleeping in his bedroom, the property has 2 beds, 2 baths and has 1,214 square feet of living space.

Almost all that remains of the upstairs library is Raniere’s white board with his latest amazing equations still there.

As you can see above and below the hot tub is still on premises and comes with the sale.

He had a hot tub at 8 Hale.            

The old sex lair just does not look the same after the ruffians at the FBI got hold of it.

Keith would get off the couch and play the piano from time to time. He claimed to play at the concert level since the age of 12.Sauna on the right. A ladder led to a loft with a bed.

Keith withOf all the women he loved, Pam Cafrtitz was one he could tolerate the most. She was the perfectly obsequious slave and the best procurer of women and underage girls for him, There was nothing she would not do. She died if cancer but under strange circumstances. She left him $8 million in her will, her entire estate.

The clothes that once magically appeared – as seen in his closet – just as magically disappeared once the FBI got involved.

In all candor, if you are considering becoming a Vanguard and believe vibrations will lead you to unification – the exalted state Raniere achieved – consider purchasing this wonderful property and imbibing the vibes that infest every nook and cranny of the place. You can’t sweep away vibes with a broom.
