Toni Fly: The Restraint Chair Torture at USP Tucson

February 18, 2025

By Toni Fly

I spent six months in the Special Housing Unit (SHU) at USP Tucson with Keith Raniere.

The SHU, to be clear, is not for penological purposes. It is a form of human torture. The SHU is the jail of a prison—the dungeon of torture.

Neither Keith Raniere nor I were there for disciplinary purposes. We were there, supposedly, for our protection.

I recall the cruelty of the correctional officers. They breed sadism throughout the system, not just the COs but also the medical staff, the psychology staff, etc.

On October 29, 2021, without cause, a group of COs came to my cell and cuffed me from behind and placed leg irons on me.  Then, they walked me through the corridor to where there are no cameras.

I told Lieutenant Duffy Campbell that I needed my legal documents.

He said, “Drop him.”

Lt. J. Dukett and his partner complied.

When COs push you with force, when you are in handcuffs and leg irons, you can do little to block the fall. I landed hard and the pain was so extreme that I felt detached from my body.

I was unconscious for a time.

Then, they picked me up.

It almost seemed surreal as they took me to the restraint chair, a reinforced chair designed to immobilize a person.

It serves no penological purpose unless you consider feeding the sadism of COs a penological purpose since some of them must express their sadism and will do it on the outside. Better to do it to prisoners.

As a group of COs surrounded me, several of them placed me in the chair.

I was then cuffed in the front, and the belly chain was strapped so tightly to my chest and squeezing my breasts so hard, that it was difficult to breath and my breast glands felt as if they would pop out of my nipples

Then I was strapped to the chair with the ambulatory restraints from the chair strapped to my forearms instead of my wrists as intended. The purpose: the infliction of maximum pain and torture.

Then Rapid Restraints were placed on my wrists and tightened so tight as to cut off my circulation and cause intense nerve pain.  This resulted in serious nerve damage.

Then they broke my wrist and writing hand. I have nerve damage and permanent scarring. At the time, I just felt pain. The pain is so excruciating it can give you a heart attack.

Then, they left me.

Hours passed. They chose not to let me go to the restroom. They decided not to feed me.

Joshua Christianson, a lieutenant at Tucson, came in, and with sadism gleaming from his eyes, he told me it was time for lunch.

I thought he would release my hands, but instead, he placed two slices of bread in my hands. Since my hands were restrained, I could not eat them, which, of course, he knew.

I was in the restraint chair for 26 hours straight.

Then they let me out.

I was so stiff I could not move, but they handcuffed me, placed leg irons on, and led me back to my cell.

After they unlocked me and I could move for the first time in more than a day, they handed me a bag and said there are your legal papers.

I looked inside, and they were torn to shreds.

Later, when I reported the abuse, with the scars on my wrist and arm to prove it, the COs denied it under penalty of perjury. They all said it never happened. They lied.

People have died in the restraint chair. The COs restrained William’ Wild Bill’ Barber to the chair and strapped his hands so tightly that the circulation got cut off. They had to amputate both hands.

But the restraint chair remains, bolted to the floor, waiting for its next occupant. Someone may be in it right now.

If you who read this heard this had happened to a dog or cat, there would be an outcry across this land. But humans are funny about each other. No one cares. The officers return to their routine, their lies protected. Cruelty is not just permitted—it is perfected.

The Restraint Chair

Five-Point Restraint System – Lock down arms, legs, and torso with ultra-secure straps. Adjustable Tightness – Customize restraint levels from “Firm Compliance” to “Human Torture.”
Ergonomic Design – Hard metal frame for maximum discomfort.
Built-In Neglect Mode – Simply walk away! The chair ensures hours of enforced stillness with no intervention required.

Toni has never raped anyone. In fact, you have it all wrong, there in fact, were no minors in Her Case.

I was at the hearings, so I know. I also know that Her Daughter, had made several claims about her Previous Love Interests, raping her. Including an Entire Family. Which she later recanted, and said it was Consensual, after getting them into court,

Who are you? Do we know each other? Regardless, I am appealing my wrongful conviction currently, due to the wrongful conviction and prosecutor’s misconduct, including a Fraud Upon the Court, and using known False and Perjurious Information, and the Judicial Bias upon me personally due to being born Intersex (Hermaphrodite), and the fact I am actually innocent. Please contact Frank and let him know what you know and who you are. I could use some witness statements if you sat through the hearings. Just like Keith Raniere did for me in my civil proceedings regarding the retaliatory misconduct, rape, and torture they did to me, solely to get me to drop my lawsuits against them.

The appeal is under way in the 8th circuit Court of Appeals right now.
And you are absolutely correct, I have not ever Raped anyone, nor were any minors involved in my case. The BOP papers state the earliest date of offense is May 31, 2016
My daughter is going on 28, she was born in 1997. Hummm, someone does not know how to do the math.

I swear the FBI is full of America’s dumbest criminals. Just like they manufactured evidence in Keith’s case, and after photoshopping the pictures of Camilla, they put them back on the camera. Who, does that people?

And those uneducated persons who think that people whom have only consensual sexual relationship with persons over 18 are pedophile’s do not have an understanding of what a Pedophile is.
I would bet you are the ones who also watch “Barely Legal” pornography. In which suggests that you are an ephebophile.

ephebophilia:
Primary adult sexual attraction towards postpubescent adolescents, usually between 15 and 19 years old.

My attraction is to persons much older than this.

You will soon have the full story. It will be in the Media Here and everywhere. Around the world.
Stay tuned…..

Any violence such as what you described is horrible Toni.

It doesn’t erase the horror raping your own daughter and the horror she must of felt having your sweating unwanted body on and inside herself her.
I think of the scars she has to live with knowing her own father raped her and got her with an unwanted child of her own.
Did she have to abort it? Give it up adoption? Rise her sister? All horrible decisions?

Prison is a horrible place. Worse for child rapist as you know, Toni, McFly.

You had to have known that before you got caught and sent to prison. So did Raniere. Child rapist are the lowest of low in any prison.

It’s just reality Didn’t “The Smartest Man in the World’ give you his lessons in there are no Ultimate Victims.

Don’t forget your victim(s) have to live everyday with the pain you inflicted on them. Being a victim of RAPE is a difficult thing to live with, as you have gone on and on about.

Your a Perpetrator of Child Rape first. Which is the cause of all your suffering in prison in the first place.

It’s hard to feel any pity for you Ms. FLY 🪰

I am told by Toni that this is not true. She did not rape her daughter.

This is not punishment. Its manufactuiring submission wet dream for freaks. aAnd in the end, both torturer and victim become reflections of each other—two souls stripped bare, tethered by the darkest thread of human experience. Caligula understood this well. ?Didnt he? For him, cruelty was not a means to an end but the end itself..power untethered from purpose, pleasure drawn from the annihilation of another’s will. He didn’t punish to correct; he punished to entertain himself, to remind the world that supremacy lies not in justice but in the unchecked ability to humiliate without consequence.
In Caligula’s court, torture was performance, a spectacle where the line between victim and observer blurred, and silence was complicity. The emperor’s infamous declaration. “Let them hate, so long as they fear” wasn’t just rhetoric; it was doctrine. Fear was not incidental but foundational, a psychological brand burned into the mind, much like the modern SHU, where the architecture itself conspires against the soul.
The warden, this wanker of a walrus-like Caligula, becomes both actor and audience, deriving pleasure not from the act of dominance alone but from the ritualistic degradation it demands. The victim, stripped of decency, is left with two choices: resist and suffer further, or surrender and seek solace in submission. This is where the bonds can solidifiy—not in mutual understanding but in shared d e f il e m e n t.
Psychologists call it traumatic bonding, a grotesque inversion of trust born from prolonged abuse. The Italians, ever poetic in their understanding of human frailty, speak of morbo del potere. the disease of power. It corrupts not just the oppressor but the oppressed, forcing the mind to reconcile torment by reframing it as care, even love. Stockholm Syndrome is not a glitch of the psyche but a survival mechanism, the brain’s last-ditch effort to find meaning in meaningless suffering.
And afterward? Does some sterile therapist sit with these fractured souls, dissecting what they felt, why they did it, how to metabolize the horror? Or is the ritual its own end, a purposeless rite, like ancient sacrifice, meant not to heal but to brand? The brand is not ink but memory, a psychological sigil carved into the insula itself.
From now on, the victim belongs to the master, mind tattooed with an invisible QR code, scannable only by the one who inflicted the pain. Will Toni crave his captor, lose himself in the sadist’s indulgences? Or will he be “healed,” purified like some sacrificial lamb, understanding all his wrongdoings through suffering?
But there is no purification here, no catharsis. Only the residue of ritual, like ash after fire.
Does the world, like the Roman elite in Caligula’s court, simply turn away, pretending the spectacle was never performed?
There is no absolution. Only the cold machinery of control, Kubrick’s clockwork crane hoisting another shattered psyche into the gears of systemic violence. The aftermath is not redemption but contagio, another Italian word contagion. The sickness spreads: the torturer emboldened, the tortured indoctrinated, and society numbed by its own voyeurism.
This is the true legacy of Caligula: a world where cruelty becomes culture, and submission masquerades as order. Where silence isn’t peace but complicity. And where, in the end, the darkest bond is not love or hate but shared degradation….two souls, broken and remade in the image of power itself……

“When COs push you with force, when you are in handcuffs and leg irons, you can do little to block the fall. I landed hard and the pain was so extreme that I felt detached from my body.” Said the child rapist

He just described the same emotions of what child rape feels like. Pain and being disconnected from reality and not being able to eat.

You’re seriously close. Somewhat retired having done well and having started young. Because like Forrest Gump said, money’s just one less thing to worry about.
Four exceptional kids now entering adulthood, and a beautiful wife who looks twelve years younger than she is. In my legal home state, any boredom though is easily remedied via a good indica. Oh, the Rochester reference goes back to grad school and lady who was absurdly attached to dragging me to that cultural cesspool monthly.

Kieth hypothesized him.

The one thing never mentioned was how many people were actually hypnotized by *Kieth. The OG Toni spoke about it in a tv interview.

It’s hard to feel any sympathy for a child rapist.

Of course, prisoners should be treated as humanely as possible.

But I really can’t muster up any concern for Toni having permanent nerve damage to his wrist, especially when I seriously doubt he has any concern about the permanent psychological damage he’s inflicted on his victims.

Toni only cares about himself. It’s really obvious from these posts.
