My name is Theodora and I am a mother of 2 little girls that mean absolutely everything to me.
Before you judge me, please try to just step inside my shoes for one minute.
On 5/25/23, four days after she turned four, my four-year-old daughter was transferred into the custody of her father and all of my access, custody, and visitation with her was completely severed and removed. It was ordered that I would only be able to see my daughter under the sole discretion of her father who has a long history of domestic abuse and violent crime.
I was also ordered to be on “supervised visits” and the father had to “designate” the supervisor. In 10 months, I was given less than 3 days total of visitation with Angelina. Her dad is also on the DCF abuse and neglect registry for abusing/neglecting his older children. He has a long history of violent crime.
I have no history of abusing or neglecting my children, no substance abuse issues, no untreated or undiagnosed mental health issues, have provided my child with a nice home and stable home that was the only home she ever knew and i have done anything and everything necessary over the last 10 years to give my kids a good life and give them all the things I could have ever only dreamed of as a child. I have had sole legal and physical custody of my older child Julianna from a prior relationship for 10 years, proving that I am fit as a mother.
On 3/7/23, the same corrupt judge who removed my first child removed my second child, Julianna, age 9.5. Not only was my 4-year-old unjustly removed from my custody and home with no material substantial change in circumstances to warrant such a drastic and inappropriate modification, but my access changed from having her mon-fri and sunday (living with her primary residency and seeing her 6days a week) to being at the father’s sole discretion and “supervised by a third party designated by the father” I was given no visitation schedule, no set number of visits per month, no set location for visits or exchanges, and no guarantee that I could see my child at all. In the last 297 days, I was only able to spend a total of 36 hours of supervised visits with my child.
For context, prior to 5/25/23, I spent at least 135 hours with her per week. He only allowed me to spend the equivalent of 25% of my normal weekly time with her but forced it to be spread out over 10 months.
I have not seen my children at all in 2 weeks now. Both of their fathers stated they will never let me see or speak to my children again. They stated he will not give me any schedule, has said now they will never allow my children to go back to my house again, wont allow them to practice their religion, and Angelina’s dad has removed her from all doctors, therapy, school, sports, and isolated her from any and all support and family completely. He told her that I need strict supervision and that I don’t follow rules or parameters set by him and tells her that I am “sick” and that I can’t see her until I “get better” and tells her that I need supervision and tells her that I am “just trying to confuse her” whenever I tell her I miss her and love her and want to see her.
As a result, I have spent every dollar and every minute of the last 10 months fighting this battle trying to get her back, which has included legal fees, counsel fees, court fees, marshal fees, filing fees, and even child support. My daughter is being left with other people daily while he father works 16-18 hours a day. He instructs every person watching her not to allow me to call, Facetime, or visit with her. He has not given me any avenue to see her again.
I will need to continue this fight and have little to no money to keep fighting. Please consider helping reunite me with my baby who needs me. I am devastated and heartbroken and my baby needs to come home where she belongs with me and her sister. Please help. No mother should be forced to endure this torture and pain. My child has begged repeatedly to come home. We have an extremely close bond and I have been trying everything to save her from this situation before it is too late. Please consider helping. I am a loving mother and would do anything for my children.
On 10/12/23, I filed a federal lawsuit in Connecticut including many defendants who took place in the corrupt and illegal acts that led to me being deprived of my children. Since then, the state, courts, police, lawyers, and all involved have been retaliating against me severely and the federal court is also retaliating due to their affiliation with the entities and individuals being sued.
The federal judge denied my fee waiver to file an appeal even though I have no income and am in the process of filing for bankruptcy. He then ordered that I was to pay the defendants who violated my rights $500 each for a “surety bond” to cover THEIR costs.
The judge who took my children just issued an order saying the state is going to be getting my lawsuit “dismissed”
i have no other legal remedy and need to be able to pay for significant costs to continue fighting to get my children back. Please consider donating to help reunite a mother with her two young children who were unlawfully removed from her by a corrupt judge who is under federal investigation.

His wife is so beat down she can’t even think for herself…and now this guy’s daughter is so dependent on him, she wont survive when he passes of old age.

I’m guessing the red tape in 2014 and the failed prosecution of court professionals is because of the projects going on in the state of Connecticut. Domestic violence and sexual assaults are violent crimes. Punishable by prosecution and incarceration. All the money is going into health and human services to avoid costs and keep people out of prison. Looks like women and children who are victims of these criminals are being persecuted for cost savings.

DCF reports from the years prior indicate a lengthy history of neglect on Antar’s part, miles long rap sheet with police reports extensively demonstrating her mental instability, and previous psychiatric hospitalizations going back to when she was a teenager. A report was commissioned earlier this year demonstrating neglect, abuse, and substandard living conditions for the one remaining daughter.
Antar is now a fugitive of the law facing decades in prison, with other charges mounting for her illegal and nefarious behavior. Her online bullying has endangered innocent people and she posts evidence of her wiretapping and doxxing people (all illegal). She’s losing her criminal and civil cases because she fled the state and is hiding out like a cowardly criminal.
The CT court systems aren’t corrupt like she posed. Her RICO suit is on its way to being dismissed and it’s an embarrassing psychotic manifesto that reveals morbidly humiliating details about her life like men she tried to date off Tinder laughing at her, law firms refusing to give her internships, and personal ad hominem attacks against hundreds of respected, loved public officials and community leaders.
Grossman, like many judges that work in districts rife with socioeconomic disparity, has not had a single lawsuit against her be successful. The New Haven district is a very high volume, high conflict zone where degenerates that don’t like the outcome retaliate. No shred of evidence has been presented by Antar to demonstrate any corruption beyond decisions she doesn’t like. Poor girl, while her deranged social media followers fuel her ego, the FBI is investigating her for immigration fraud (Enea Xhili much?) and her bankrupt case is failing due to her perjury.

DCF is the public agency who determines the “unfitness” of a parent. If they find a parent unfit and want to remove custody, they file against the parent through the juvenile court system on behalf of the child. None of this occurred. In fact, parents in CT who have been given “no contact orders” and no legal or physical custody of their own children have never been found to be unfit, which is why it is a criminal child trafficking enterprise which thrives in the secrecy of family court; where parents who speak and expose the truth are targeted further, as Theodora has been.
What you should be concerned about is family court are overriding our constitutional rights of due process and the right to bring up our children, purely on the whim and discretion of a judge—a lawyer. It has nothing to do with best interest. The way the law is written there are 16 factors which are to be considered to ‘determine best interest’ yet there is no accountability or documentation of how these 16 factors were assessed by the judge—And in CT, the judge has to “consider” the 16 factors, and weigh everything based on opinion, not tangible evidence.
The family unit is being broken down throughout our country. Abusers are weaponizing the flaws and lack of accountability in family courts to target innocent parents and isolate and abuse children. The monied parent with sole legal custody is actively isolating the children from a healthy, loving parent. Laws are in place to ensure an active and meaningful relationship with both parents, but they are wholly ignored. Theodora has not been found to be unfit. DCF has not substantiated her for abuse or neglect—and even when DCF does substantiate parents for abuse or neglect, they put in place programs to eliminate the abuse or neglect and bring remedy so children can have both parents in their lives. These substantiations can be situational and DCF rarely moves to make a finding of “unfitness” which results in a recommendation for a loss of custody. The power of the courts—which extends into schools—is governmental overreach—They have no right to put in “no contact” orders and no right to isolate children from parents; this is court sanctioned child abuse. Similarly, schools are now engaging in overreach by concealing information about children from their own parents. The concept that kids can go by a different name and sexual orientation and this is endorsed by our public schools—with the agreement of concealing this information from parents is also child abuse and violates parents constitutional rights to bring up children based on a parents values and beliefs. These are slippery slopes with dangerous, life altering consequences, and ignorant people like you are promoting an agenda by repeating false narratives.

The child welfare system is complicit in the family court chaos. They are removing children base on false allegations. There is no due process. Children are being truumatized. System is designed to profit from the crisis. The mental health professionals are not qualified to make determinations about child abuse. Courts are rely on junk science. The children are pawns in a pwer struggle. The mothers are being demonized. Fathers are being glorified. The system is broken and needs to be overhauled. The children are ones suffering.
That includes the public officials who have been ignoring and assisting the problem. Who is flagging DV cases? Which public officials are calling the prosecutor’s office? Which GALs are instructing cases? Who is on the panel reviewing GaL complaints? Who in the department of public health is responsible for investing complaints? We need a trusted elected official ? I’m not sure in Connecticut we will find one. Where is the GOP? Would it not make sense to start in Connecticut? Where is the FBI? Where is the department of justice? Should William Tong step aside and let the department of justice help? The FBI is supposed to be impartial. We need the good people in the government to get Connecticut straightened out. Who would that be? How much would their life be in danger?
