To those who think Marc Agnifilo did NOT even present a defense for his client.
No one would step up to defend Keith Raniere at trial and testify for him. His followers ran like the rats they are.
Raniere was unwilling to take the stand in his own defense.
Raniere was unwilling to delay his trial to give his legal team more time. Why wouldn’t he when the contraband pictures were brought forward?
With all these factors, Agnifilo was left with only a defense of cross-examination to discredit the DOJ evidence.

Agnifilo had an impossible task, because Raniere is a stupid criminal. He left mountains of evidence for the DOJ to use against him.
Raniere left photos, emails, text messages, tape recordings, and witnesses that proved Raniere was guilty of all the crimes he was arrested for.
There were other crimes moved to the NDNY that Raniere could have been charged with, but why after a 120-year sentence.
Judge Garaufis also gave all the defendants a chance to have time with other legal counsel long before trial to decide if they were happy with their current legal services.
Raniere reported to Judge Garaufis that he was confident in his legal counsel, Marc Agnifilo.
Crybaby Jane
As usual, Raniere wants to be a crybaby with the courts because he lost his unwinnable case.
Raniere now wants to say it was because his legal team was ineffective. He will again lose this motion, as he has lost so many legal issues before.
The fat lady is warming up her vocal cords to sing her final goodbye song on the Vanguard.
Soon, Raniere will be done on all his options, and his long white sash will see its last motion in this case.
A rendition of God Bless Raniere is long overdue.

Back in the 1980s, I was right out of college, and my first job was with a pretty major computer company, headquartered in Westchester County, NY. At the time, I shared an office with a middle aged, pretty disheveled guy who kept to himself. No long lunches, no personal calls, no personal effects on desk.
One day, he disappeared. Computer was gone. Never saw or heard of him again.
Turns out he was big news. Worst case of child molestation in Westchester County history. Current Fox correspondent Jeannine Pirro cut her teeth on the case. The offender essentially got a life sentence and died in prison in 2016.
I followed the case out of curiosity. All info is on the DOC website. No mention was made in any media after sentencing. The reason I post is that I’m thinking that after appeals are exhausted, Vantard will fade from the public, from this blog, and from even the minds of his once followers. THAT will be the sharpest punishment for our hero. To have been forgotten.
I remember the Hotchkiss case…creepy. I also remember Pirro’s then-husband being convicted of multiple tax-related felonies, and then later being pardoned by The Orange Jesus…even creepier.

All the shitty books about Vantard by Toni Balogna, Chet Hardin, Sarah “Wahhhh” Edmonson were all flops. The news stories were overly vague and just mediocre.
I think Frank Report was a mixture of Investigative Journalism, Satire, Comedy, Mockery, Facts, Storytelling, etc. It is infinitely more interesting than the other sources.
Eventually all the archived stories of Vantard will be in a storage cloud. No one will access because no one gives a fuck about him or his brain dead gaggle of Dead-enders.
Although, I am fairly certain Dr. Danielle Roberts will be trying to revive his reputation until she is no longer able to. That check is OBSESSED with her beloved “Vanguard”. Poor kid had the world by the balls, but she threw it all away for an orc with a Napolean complex.

No. I think this blog has done an outstanding job of crushing Dr. Danielle Roberts career and reputation. I don’t know what her motivations were with the branding crap, but I truly believe she meant no harm. She was another well-meaning woman whose life has been hurt by the Vanguard. I hope she can stay strong until the crisis finally goes away.
I do NOT believe Danielle Roberts should have lost her medical license. Also, unless I am mistaken, Sarah Edmonson is who contacted the authorities on Danielle. Cannot assign blame to FR on that.
I would like to see Danielle get back her medical license. I do not believe making someone unemployable is productive. I oppose cancel culture.
The Dimwits are free to support Kieth as much as they like. We/I am free to question their support. I never, ever would try to mess with their career or friendships. In fact, I would have no issue even hiring them if they were qualified. I really do not care much what people do with their lives. But when people like Danielle go on Dateline, start their own Webcasts, YouTube channel and series, website, Twitter, Instagram, etc. all to support an animal like Kieth, don’t be surprised when people pushback.

About her appearances on podcasts: she spends the first two thirds presenting herself as a victim and the last third stumping for Raniere. Its just not healthy. She is in a self-destructive cycle which she cannot escape because of Raniere.

Addendum: He who has the most fun wins. Or does this no longer apply?
The verdict in US v. Raniere et al. sets a precedent in future criminal cases that will be relied upon by other prosecutors in trials. In doing so, Keith Raniere has inadvertently done society and the administration of justice a great service by making this precedent possible.
The smartest man in the world has made the world a safer and better place and will go down in history. Differently than he imagined. Haha.
Question for Raniere, who has now won? Or does this wisdom no longer apply?

Being in a confined prison cell and the prison itself must be like torture – then you throw in the other inmates and it’s a living hell.
I would like to hear more on his interactions with Nicki, Pimp, and the Dead-enders. The entire Nxivm cast is a freak-show. Not like the freak-shows of the early 20th century, featuring deformed and obese people. It was a freak-show of good looking, wealthy people who were dead inside. Who were completely hollowed out by a short, fat and unkept Trekky con man who liked to sleep with underage girls.
