In one of my posts I happened to mention that readership is growing not only in the US but in other countries and I mentioned Fiji as one of these.
A reader, mindful of Raniere’s vengeful nature wrote to admonish me:
“The less you say about where your readers are, the better. If there is one NXIVM member on vacation in Fiji, they know who it is…”
“Ok – I will be careful,” I wrote back, and added sarcastically, ”but really aren’t they allowed to even read?”
But of course I knew the answer.
It is preferable if they do not read anything critical.
And this is classic cult.
I understand the doctrine Raniere would wish his students to believe, which is ‘don’t bother reading stuff about NXIVM on the Internet. It’s all written by “suppressives” with “inverted values.”‘
Raniere may not want his students getting an outside viewpoint, especially one that is critical to him.
Knowing a little about life in NXIVM, I suspect that word has gone out to the teachers in NXIVM to use ‘exploration of meaning’ sessions to ask students if they are reading about NXIVM on the Internet, and specifically my blog, in particular.
An exploration of meaning session is the equivalent of Scientology ‘auditing’ but instead of using E-meters which can detect nervous reactions during probing sessions, NXIVM students have been told that the coaches are so advanced and well trained (in Neuro Linguistic Programing) that they have lie-detection ability.
I suspect if any of the students admit during these exploration of meaning sessions that they have read this website, the teachers will instructed them that this website is a suppressive influence that, if they continue to read it, it will make it harder for them to advance to the next level.
The challenge for Raniere and his organization is that, based on the visitation numbers to this site, it is almost certain that some students are reading this blog, and the Cult of NXIVM stories that run in my newspapers, Artvoice and the Niagara Falls Reporter.
How this will impact any student, past or present or potential students of the future is anyone’s guess.

Rumor is Clare Bronfman bought an island in Fiji and that is most likely why they don’t want you reporting people peaking into your report from the Fiji Islands. On Face Book Marianna Fernadez, is is saying to a friend ” Hi Ale! Isn’t it? It’s beautiful! The Fiji culture considers this type of fabric-Holy paper and use it only on very special occasions such as weddings, funerals, and sometimes to bienvenir to their guests. Beautiful the warmth of this culture! Greetings!”.
Marianna is Keith Raniere’s live in Lover who he took under his “wing” when she was brought to the United States by her parents by her parents from Mexico and left here with her brother and 2 other sisters (illegally). She was under age when he started to groom her for a sexual relationship and most likely was under age when he first had sex with her.
The story was told to the NXIVM community that Pam Cafritz was to take care of the Fernaez children which was a joke among the community since Pam couldn’t even take care of herself.
Danny Fernadez, Marianna older sister is the one who was kept imprisoned by Raniere because she refused to become a “hacker” of Clare Brofman’s father’s emails and other emails that became infected via the “bug” Clare planted on her father’s computer. Rumor is some of these emails went to the World Jewish Federation, Hilary CLinton and others when Clare Bronfman sent her father a picture of with a key logger in it. When he didn’t open it, she made a “special” trip to his home to show him the picture in order to plant the bug in this computer.
Later, Danny and Marianna’s mother both were imprisoned and meals were brought to them by non other then their brother / son “Fluffy” and gores by Adrian Fdz. Danny worked on the heart stings of Nancy Salzman’s son in law Ben Meyers (married to her daughter Michelle) who went to Keith Raniere a couple of times asking that he release her from her bondage of imprisonment. Ben Meyers is either totally blind to what hot water Rainier is getting him into or he is becoming his evil Mimi-me.
While I was still active in NXIVM, I found it odd that Danny had disappear from the community and when I asked Karen Unterreiner (Keith Raniere’s longest lover from his RPI days and she has been with him through all his illegal businesses) where Danny was, her explanation to me, she was working on her breach and was being defiant with Keith. REALLY, let try not trying to break the law.
