I found another suspicious Nxivm death [number 5], a woman named Dorcas Suzanne Kemp, who got cancer, after making out her will in favor of Raniere for an estate of about $3 million.
Unlucky Raniere, she changed her will just days before she died leaving it all to an unrelated charity.
This reminded me that, with the Vow on HBO being so popular that I should once again advise readers, especially new ones, that the Lost Women of Nxivm is the perfect compliment to The Vow, especially for those who want to see a darker, more sinister look at Nxivm and its leader Keith Raniere.
Largely as a refresher for regular readers and as an update to say that the investigation into the deaths of these women of Nxivm is not over, and as an introduction to new readers, let me [re]introduce the Lost Women of Nxivm.
As if HBO’s ‘The Vow’ doesn’t show Nxivm and its leader Keith Raniere in a bad enough light, Investigation Discovery’s ‘The Lost Women of Nxivm’, shows it in a much more sinister light – within the context of possible murder, poisoning, and driving women to suicide.

THE LOST WOMEN OF NXIVM begins with Parlato’s investigation into the missing persons case of Kristin Snyder, who disappeared on February 6, 2003 after being forcibly removed from one of NXIVM’s Executive Success Programs (ESP) due to erratic behavior. Her abandoned vehicle was found the next day with an apparent suicide note inside, but her body has never been recovered. In an exclusive interview, Parlato speaks with Snyder’s wife of two years, Heidi Clifford, who claims that Snyder was pregnant with Raniere’s child at the time of her disappearance. Parlato quickly discovers that just months before Snyder vanished, 33-year-old Gina Hutchinson was found dead also due to an apparent suicide. I lived across the street from Suzanne for years. In every interaction with her, she tried to get me to take a class. There seemed to be a class for everything! She prefaced it with “Don’t be so insecure, we have a class for you”. I found it very sad that after she died, there were far more visitors at her home for a memorial service than ever were there before she died.
PS: The local community knew something was off-putting. I had read numerous articles in local papers about Keith Reniere and NXIVM. Anyone that had neighbors involved could see the odd comings and goings. I honestly don’t think Suzanne had any idea what was going on deep within his ESP business.
Being able to watch this free of charge would allow a wider audience to see it and promote your investigative journalism on a broader scale. Can you please post it to a site where it can be viewed for free and become viral?

I watched the Lost Women last night–for the 5th or 6th time. It is wrenching. And Heidi is in it, a woman who like so many others has waited years for this unbearable loss to be given the attention it deserves. I personally feel her pain and anger coming through the computer in her interview. Who knows why…I just feel a connection to her for some reason. Lost Women is overwhelming in many ways, the pain and the realization that Keith is truly evil, in a demonic way that consumes human beings whole. It’s terrifying; there is clearly an entire underbelly of truth beneath even all that we know now. It is Frank once again ripping off the mask and saying, ‘Look, look at this injustice that we must discover, expose, and seek justice for these women and the shattered lives of their loved ones.’ Frank wears the true mantle of a protector, and he didn’t need a seminar or a group therapy retreat to know what is right or wrong in this world. With so many lost souls floating through this epic story of Nxivm, it is a relief to see a man of action enter the scene and refuse to allow the memory of these women fade with time. He doesn’t need exposition of his motives or feelings, his actions speak for themselves, so I hope his role is instructive to the men of nxivm who seem so often paralyzed and in need of direction. That sounds cutting and mean, but I don’t say it to insult, just to point out the contrast in the hope that Frank’s example is a teachable one.
Where is it available to watch free of charge?
I think this is better than The Vow, and really gets down to important patterns that weren’t hard to miss, if you were paying attention and didn’t defer your decision-making process to a psychopath.
I hope justice and consequences are delivered for those who murdered inconvenient witnesses. Thanks to this program, we have a better vantage point to determine who the real victims are, and those that escaped justice through slow murder. Pam Cafritz should have done a life sentence, and be scorned for the rest of her life. Whether she got off easy by suffering through cancer, is subjective depending on your relationship to her crimes and corruption. If only she had lived to face her victim statements.
I hope we see more of these from Frank. Although the fatigue from revisiting all this trauma has to take a toll on everyone involved, I hope all of you have a future focused on living without this specter.
The Vow is repugnant. I think these vapid fame whores hurt the cause of illuminating the reality and path to indoctrination. Narcissists will find a million answers other than addressing their narcissism. Showing interviews with honesty and vulnerability will garner empathy and understanding.
I think you achieved that, and those featured added a more relatable empathetic aspect to a flashy sensational story.

The Vow is attention-seeking masturbation for Sarah Edmondson and Mark Vicente. It’s about them. This “Lost women of Nxivm” documentary is about Nxivm itself. Much better. Also, Kristin Snyder’s death and suicide note have been known about for years. Nxivm members chose to ignore that. Like everything else.
