FBI Agent: Does Closeup Photo of Buffalo Protester Pushed by Police Suggest He May Have Faked the Whole Thing – Even the Blood?

Editor’s Notes:

The opinions of J. Gary DiLaura are his own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Frank Report or Artvoice.

He is a trained crime investigator and was a special agent for the FBI for decades. He is retired.

He submits for us a photograph of Martin Gugino, lying on his back, and suggest that Gugino may have had blood, or some kind of red liquid ready to come out from a tube out his ear – like they might do in Hollywood to fake a bloody scene.

DiLuara’s position is extreme perhaps and if he was not an FBI agent who has investigated crime scenes hundreds of times, I would be disinclined to publish this.

In addition, two police officers were charged with felonies. They deserve to be considered innocent until proven guilty, especially since their careers and freedom are at stake. If they violently and abusively pushed Gugino, causing him to fall back and potentially be killed, they deserve punishment.

But if Gugino was there to provoke them, was scanning their personal information, and they merely pushed him back and out of their way to prevent it, then to charge these men with felonies is excessive.

The matter becomes an extreme injustice if Gugino faked his bleeding. This would suggest he pre-planned the event to spark mayhem  and destroy people’s lives. That would make Gugino the criminal, not the cops.

But, just as the cops deserve an innocent until proven guilty presumption, so does Gugino. He may be a victim; he may have contributed to the pain he received, or he may have been the proactive actor in this unfortunate drama of alleged police brutality.

The one point that militates a little against Gugino faking the scene is that he went to the hospital [Erie County Medical Center] and remained there for more than a week.

This hospital, like many others, I would think would be unlikely to keep a man in the hospital for a week without his presenting some signs of genuine injury.

There is little doubt that Gugino is a veteran protester.

Martin Gugino suffered brain injury, lawyer says of Buffalo ...
He approached police in their riot gear as they were marching in unison for reasons that are not quite clear.
Aaron Torgalski: 57 Buffalo Police Resign After Martin Gugino Was ...
After he is pushed he falls backwards with a velocity that does not seem contrived given his age. But there are those who say that he did exaggerate the push and gave his own velocity to it to make the push more dramatic, as if he wanted to make a show of police brutality.

Here is a video:

This video in slow motion below seems to show Gugino doing something with his cell phone . Some suggest he was trying to hack info from the police.

Buffalo cops expected to face charges in connection with protester ...

Gugino was also on his cell phone moments after he was pushed and fell back on the ground as he is wheeled to the ambulance. Did he hide the tube of blood? Or is this notion that he faked his own blood scene just a ridiculous notion?

So here is retired FBI agent DiLaura’s view on this matter, based on a blown up picture he acquired.

End of editor’s notes.

THE RIGHT SIDE

BY J GARY DILAURA, FBI, Retired

THE REASONS WE MUST NOT JUMP TO JUDGEMENT MAY NOT BE OBVIOUS… AND THE REASON WE ARE GUARANTEED INNOCENCE UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY CAN BE VERY OBVIOUS…

SOMEBODY SENT ME…This photo which was taken at the scene, by somebody who was there…I guess. It sure looks like a “fallen” Mr Martin Gugino.

If it’s true and accurate, it seems that it poses some things Mr. Gugino needs to explain.  What’s the tube for? Did he have a capsule of blood in his mouth like actors use, and bit it on the way to the ground causing the blood to flow into his ear? That would explain the blood in the front of his ear…hmmm…that’s why we must wait until all the facts are in.

This appears to be Mr Gugino …note the tube running from the mask.

If the blood came from his head contacting the ground, there should be blood under the wound, on the ground…shouldn’t there?

Also if he didn’t bleed until he was cut… how did the blood run uphill at the bottom of the ear? It looks like the blood may have run down from the tube while he was more vertical than horizontal…doesn’t it? I don’t see a cut on the back of his head …do you?

I don’t know and neither do any of you.

So why was the officer fired? If Gugino had C-4 in his cell phone and detonated it, he would have killed himself, at least two officers and injured several more.

Has there ever been a case of somebody doing such a thing?

Things are never as they appear… Administrative leave, with pay, yes, but fired…not in my humble opinion! But, there may be facts we are not aware of.

I worked so many cases that made the news, local, national and international… and I can honestly report that I don’t ever remember any case where the press got it right, correct, completely factual.

So after having been on numerous  robbery, homicide, bombing cases… The press never got it right.

But they were never as prejudiced, presumptive, against the men and women who protect them (the police) as they are now. And it’s almost all based on nonsense, lies, deceit and prejudice against one person… our President.

Hussein Obama created this atmosphere to, “assume the police are wrong and to blame them”… “Assume they are guilty until they are proved innocent”!

Every time anything happened… from the Boston college professor to Michael Brown, Eric Holder and his troupe of liars, cheats and thieves, he sent out to Ferguson, New Orleans, Texas… were out to prove the police were guilty!! They were told to use any means possible… I assume…because that’s what they did!

They broke every law in the book.

They created evidence, tampered with witnesses, and even the Federal Judges in Ferguson, New Orleans and Texas held Holder’s band of “lawyers” in contempt of court numerous times and even took away the privilege, from several of Holder’s cheats, from practicing before some 30 Federal Districts, as a result of contempt of court charges in Texas.

Now think about it…how many times were these poor COPS dragged through hell only to be found innocent, justified, cleared? MOST of the time.

For Christ’s sake give these guys a break… just follow the law and due process…”Innocent Until Proven Guilty”!

Or… you will find yourselves, protecting yourselves …by yourselves and you won’t like “fighting for your life”…you may lose the fight! And …if you win…you’ll probably lose everything you own!

Think about that for a while!

Must be a very high level, skilled Antifa Agent to fake a fractured skull like this. What a set-up!
…good POTUS’s Gremlin sources caught this one. God knows what he might have done next!

P.S. DiLaura, were you ever like hypnotized, drugged or anything? Ever spend any time alone with Nancy Salzman?

I suspect at one time the author was most likely drugged, hypnotized and abducted by aliens, Nancy Salzman, etc.

He’s got a fractured skull.

Whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing, depends on your viewpoint.

From a purely medical point of view, it’s a bad thing.

I thought it odd how quickly the blood appeared as well. LOL

Perhaps he was taking blood thinners, a good reason not to risk his health. LOL

However, those giving first aid should have found a fake blood source. LOL

Also, it was past curfew, so the old man was also stupid to even be there, let alone trying to scan their devices or whatever he was reaching out to do. LOL

Just reaching in the direction of an officer’s weapon is a dangerous thing to do, just ask the Atlanta guy who took a taser, ran away, and then tried to shock one of them, and if had been successful, could have taken his weapon and shot him and the other officer. LOL

It’s not a good idea to charge police in riot gear.

You almost had me up until the political rant against Obama.

It does appear Gugino was, apparently, recording video with his cell phone — recording first the cop’s ID badges, then the cop’s body camera — but, c’mon, with all due respect, Agent DiLaura, a secret scanner??!! The old man’s old hippy friends said he could barely turn on his phone — and the cop cam’s might have been a novelty to him.

You make a good point about a week in the hospital (unless he had super duper insurance) plus, in that time span, Trump was already tweeting off Gremlin spy reports casting suspicions on Mr. Gugino — certainly, his Trump -alleged spy phone was checked for top secret info prior to his release. Imagine a battery of test was run on his health AND the ear piece, as well?!

Men,
Thank you! I appreciate your support and so do the Police that I am hearing from. Here’s the problem and the President is eloquently spelling it out…these left ,wing states have elected cowards to top executive jobs …Governors and Mayors…and they fail their residents at every level, because they are cowards. They lay it off on the front line, Police and Guard, to decide if they should shoot arsonists throwing fire bombs, assaulting residents by firing guns blindly into buildings or should they run and hide like the cowards who are their leaders ? It’s that bad . These poor Officers have spent a lifetime defending their residents, risking their lives to enforce the laws to keep peace and …because the Democrap Party knows they cannot beat this President, they want to let America burn ,and blame the President… to shoulder the blame. The dumb bastards don’t seem to be able to comprehend that we, the people are not stupid. We know whose fault it is…for instance, in NY State… who sent infected Covid 19 patients to nursing Homes that were Covid free and infected the entire Home ,killing most of the seniors…Andrew Cuomo…that’s who, the same coward who keeps restaurants and other suffering businesses closed while allowing riots, arsonists, looters, to commingle as if its a “summer party’, like the Mayor of Seattle. “Do nothing Deblasio” the Mayor of NY…what has he done to help the Police keep Law and Order? These people are insane… they want the Police to just walk away! This election will prove to the world just how corrupt the Democrap Party has become in the USA, when they are voted out of Office and President Trump gets a Republican House and Senate! Stay the course, we will survive! The Right Side

Gary, I am a big fan of yours, and yes I know you could not care less. You remind me
of my own who was in the Rangers and fought in the Central Highlands in 68. He was a hard-ass too.

Gary, the old leftist that fell on the steps after stumbling backward from being pushed did not fake anything. His head hit the cement backwards and cracked his cranium and hemorrhaged, blood the going out his ear from the pressure of the internal bleeding.

*******
The leftist’s own Eustachian tubes served as a shunt and relieved the pressure from the hemorrhaging(blood) around the brain.

How this guy is still alive without serious brain damage I do not understand. It’s actually a minor miracle.

End of story

Yeah sure, he cracked his cranium, nearly had brain damage, received a ‘miracle’ by not dying —— yet was on his cell phone on the stretcher moments later, probably talking to CNN. LOL.

Besides, the push from the cop was so light (and not improper against a protester physically confronting riot police) that there’s no way anybody could have foreseen that outcome, even if it was a real injury (which it’s not).

I’ve seen Antifa goons physically beating on men and women conservatives, on video, with no arrests and no calls for any punishment —- even though their intent was to hurt other human beings (not an accident, like with the riot police).

Yet a riot cop barely pushes a guy and, in a fluke fall, he falls in a way that no other person would?

At best it’s an accident. That was not police brutality.

That was an old man (pussy) who shouldn’t have been physically protesting against riot police.

If he had a heart attack and died, it would have been his own fault too, for being too fucken old to protest.

Fuck him.

If you confront a riot cop and refuse to back up, he’s gonna push you a little bit. Just common sense to foresee that.

To expect police to back up and let protesters run amok is akin to letting criminals take over society and riot whenever they want.

No crime here and no reason to fire the cop.

Protester should be given mental health treatment. He’s clearly a mentally sick asshole who needs treatment.

Have a nice day. 🙂

Where’s the link between Gugino to “Antifa”? Surely, there’s been a thorough BG check — at least AFTER Trump & his MAGOT minions — such as yourself (?) cocky one — added insult to injury tagging the poor old guy as a “terrorist” spy?

THAT’s indeed happen before to my OWN PERSONAL knowledge and prolly far more often than a protestor blatantly swiping Data off a riot cop. To DiLaura’s point.

I don’t have a link between Gugino and Antifa, Ms. Heidi.

Perhaps he’s just an independent liberal activist, like you claim.

But he’s still a liberal activist who was apparently looking for trouble.

Looks like he found it.

Maybe his injury was real but I personally have my doubts.

…And even if his injury was real, it was still an accident since the cop shoved him so softly that nobody could have foresaw that he’d fall like that.

Stop disrespecting the cops, Ms. Heidi.

They are there to protect you!

Show them proper respect.

Oh, just one more thing, [redacted].

If he was on his cell phone moments later, then he never had an actual concussion.

There’s no way his cranium was cracked and he was on the verge of having brain damage, LOL, if he didn’t even have a mild concussion.

Have you ever had a concussion, sir? A concussion is a serious event and your brain doesn’t just fully recover in a few seconds, just in time for you to speak on the cell phone and lap up your media coverage.

Get a clue, Beantown boy [Beantown Boy was almost redacted but it’s kind of clever]. Something stinks in this story.

Also…

Once at the hospital, he knew that his case was nationally covered by the media and I’m sure that he (and his assigned handlers) lobbied to stay at the hospital for as long as possible, just as a precaution, by claiming that he was feeling faint or whatever

I’m sure that George Soros assigned attorneys/handlers to consult with him and his doctors the whole time.

As for Frank’s claim that doctors wouldn’t allow him to stay for a week at the hospital unless if was medically necessary… Well, that just doesn’t apply in this case —– because doctors would have felt pressure (by the national media and by attorneys repping the patient) not to release him too early. This is especially true if he asked to stay longer, since the media spotlight could end a doctor’s career if they appeared ‘uncaring’ and released him too soon — and he fell down or suffered an injury.

Doctors are people before they are doctors. People are not gonna trash their own careers.

Keeping an eye on somebody who asks to stay for a week is within their discretion.

…and with Soros’ funded attorneys repping this guy, I’m sure the doctors treated him like a head of state, LOL.

Are you naive enough to think he wasn’t assigned attorneys/handlers by the liberal machine?

Please give my best to your wife.

I appreciate that she’s keeping tabs on your Internet time and not letting you off the short leash she keeps around your neck.

Have a nice day. 🙂

Oh, one final thing, [redacted]..

If the back of his head hit the ground with sufficient force to cause a cranium fracture and concussion —— there would be a HUGE swollen area where his head hit the concrete, with a big bruise too.

Even if there wasn’t a ‘cut’ or ‘laceration’ that was bleeding —— there would still be a huge swollen area very quickly.

It’s physically IMPOSSIBLE for this not to be true.

Show me this swollen area and huge bruise on his head, sir.

Have you ever seen a real fight? Like a UFC fight?

Even getting punched with ‘knuckles’ makes your head bruise and swell up, really fast, within a minute. It’s not like the movies. If you get punched solidly in the head, your head swells up.

*But having your head hit CONCRETE (hard enough to cause a cranium fracture) would do even more damage than a fist. It would also likely cause a laceration that would bleed, but for sure it would cause a massive swollen area.

Get a clue, sir..

Get out of your kitchen. Become a [redacted].

What’s the matter [redacted]?

Okay, Frank.

I’ll acknowledge that Gugino’s attorney probably isn’t funded by a Soros organization. 🙂

That was just a ‘guess’ on my part, based on my knowledge of liberal organization antics. 🙂

But seriously, the fact that he got an attorney so fast does not bode well for his honesty and level of honor, in my humble opinion.

Yes, there’s a time for legal advice. Nothing wrong with hiring an attorney.

But I find it hard it hard to believe he’s the saint that Frank says he is.

I’d say he was looking for trouble that day.

Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” Parlato was also credited in the Starz docuseries "Seduced" for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.

Additionally, Parlato’s coverage of the group OneTaste, starting in 2018, helped spark an FBI investigation, which led to indictments of two of its leaders in 2023.

Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.
