Scott Johnson: Amway Is the Scam-Way

Scott Johnson is alive and well and living in Texas. He may have quit the Frank Report but he has not finished his crusade to take down Amway. Here is his latest.

By Scott Johnson

Some “people” have been “concerned” about Scott. Here is his answer: There will be no responses to any comments on this website: Do your part and copy/paste this message all over social media (unless owned/operated by current Amway IBOs or the Amway scam company), and encourage them to do the same, and so on, à la network marketing/MLM.

Also, submit a complaint to the FTC at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/?utm_source=takeaction#crnt&panel1-1

If you don’t, then you’re part of the problem.

Amway has two major problems, and most MLMs have at least one of these issues:

Amway products are overpriced resulting in few to no outside sales.

1. The products are overpriced, which makes them almost impossible to sell to customers and results in Amway being an illegal pyramid: http://allmlmfacts.org/2016/05/h-r-5230-and-the-fallacy-of-mlm/, and also according to the FTC and SEC websites and previous court decisions and settlements; and

2. The Tool Scam is hidden profit for the top level distributors only, and the vast majority of distributors operate at a net loss as a result: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0iFUaiI2hY This is RICO fraud.

For recent examples, google “FTC” along with the following companies, one at a time:

  • FHTM
  • BurnLounge
  • Zeek
  • TelexFree
  • Vemma
  • Advocare
  • Neora
  • Javita
  • Waiora
  • Business For Health,
  • and Herbalife.

Make a complaint on the FTC website: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/?utm_source=takeaction#crnt&panel1-1

Although there is no federal law defining pyramid schemes, the FTC has a long and successful track record of using its Section 5 law prohibiting “unfair and deceptive” business practices to go after MLM scams: https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/multilevel-marketing which states, in part:

“Not all multilevel marketing plans are legitimate. If the money you make is based on your sales to the public, it may be a legitimate multilevel marketing plan. If the money you make is based on the number of people you recruit and your sales to them, it’s probably not. It could be a pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are illegal, and the vast majority of participants lose money.”

Read about these and much more at these websites:

http://www.StopTheAmwayToolScam.wordpress.com and http://www.AllMLMFacts.org, and email stoptheamwaytoolscam@yahoo.com to help shut down Amway and other MLM scams.

Watch this video about Amway and other MLM scams, then forward it to everyone you know, except for current Amway IBOs, and encourage them to do the same.

When enough people know, these scams will collapse:

I can’t believe that after 60 years of the company success there are still people thinking they are smarter than the FTC. If the information of this report were real, so I’m an inmposible result!!! because more than the 90% of my Amway business money comes from real customers, the same as the most of the Amway business in Asia. Furthermore you claim that Amway products are overpriced but you don’t consider the premium quality and how long they yield! Again if all this report were truth, me and thousands of success distributor along the world since years are not real.

Let me put something in clear. The Amway busines is for everybody but NOT everybody can do it. This is not a fault of the system because the business model is the same for all distributors. I have meet hundreds of people in the process of building my business. What happens is common people has allways common results. Average people has many things in common: almost the same personality (melancoholic), they are laisy or have so much fear that they can’t even practice a phone call with your own sponsor. Average people criticize, complain and are not able to solve almost anything on their own. How in this universe this kind of people can have any result in this business! That is why so few people can succed here or in any way in their lives. This is pure leadership. I have spend hours after my job building the bussiness. I have spend wekends, vacations, hollydays, family and friend birthdays helping my distributors to win money. No excuses. I must be the best example for all my distributors and the most of them are very gratefull for the time and help I spend with them. Leadership is leading by example, is being at the service of your people. Average people just can’t bear the pressure of leadership that is why so many people fail this business. The problem is not in the company or the products. The problem is inside each looser that blaim the system and can’t see that they have the problem inside their brains.

Well, in the end I care about this report. The Chinese government asked Amway to keep its factory running for the help and quality of its products. This is probably not real to you either.
During these crisis periods, many traditional companies are going bankrupt and we continue to grow our business, even with record sales in March. I guess this is not real for you either. Well, I do not care what you think I have the result, you can stay with reason. I see you begging the government for money the next few days and doing false reports like this one while I keep growing my business helping hundred of my distributors winning money.

LMAO Girl Scout Cookies. I’ll second that notion. Please tell us so we fully understand the criminal world of Amway. It’s only fair, Scooter, that you teach us fools how you got sucked in and scammed. Tell us how they brainwashed you into a garage full of overpriced laundry soap and MTC oils and candles to sell to your 10 closest friends and family members.

Why’d Textex quit Frank Report?

Not exactly sure – but Heather Anne had a hand in it, and she’s laughing down on him as she gets her revenge.

He’ll be too busy with his pretend podcast, with his daughter kicking his ass in ping pong, and scouring the internet to find out who delivers tea.

He’s a libtard COWARD!

Once bangcock made him cry and he realized he was no longer the biggest douche bag on FR, it was time to admit defeat and scurry off.

During trying times like these, his favorite lady/men of the night are still in the French Quarter, but they are REALLY REALLY freakin CHEAP. Sorry Frank. Sorry Mrs. Textex. Gotta get himself a ticket to da Big Easy!

He’s a carney. Time to pack up his act and move on to the next website to ruin.

He realized that being a dickhead only gets people to hate and disrespect him. Rather than change, his tail rammed up his generous tooshie, and he shamefully ejected.

He’s a big fat little bitch.

Heather Ann is probably looking up – from hell. She’s like you – she couldn’t care less about people being scammed. Do you call that a Christian position? LOL

You can listen to the “pretend” podcast any time you want. Scott doesn’t have a daughter. Scott buys his tea at the grocery store. LOL

Scott is a conservative and is brave. LOL

Bangkok is the coward. Bangkok DEMANDED that Scott answer 11+ questions, then was like Niceguy, too scared to come on the radio/podcast to ask the questions to get the answers. LOL

The French Quarter is shut down. Dummy. LOL

The ghost of Scott lives on…. LOL

Nice to know what a complete and utter fool and idiot thinks of Scott. LOL

I’m confused. Is TexTex still a part of Frank Report or not? I’ve been patiently waiting to introduce a tool scam to the lovely FR readers, but I don’t want his bitch ass cock blocking me from riches.

Scott, don’t worry about it. I’d suggest a fat Doobie and chill the 🤬 out. No one can afford Amway under the new American Socialists Regime. You finally won. Plus look at the bright side: you’ll have the cleanest clothes on your block and with all the chewable laxatives you bought at a reasonable price to sell, I’d say your good to go.

About the Author

Frank Parlato is an investigative journalist.

His work has been cited in hundreds of news outlets, like The New York Times, The Daily Mail, VICE News, CBS News, Fox News, New York Post, New York Daily News, Oxygen, Rolling Stone, People Magazine, The Sun, The Times of London, CBS Inside Edition, among many others in all five continents.

His work to expose and take down NXIVM is featured in books like “Captive” by Catherine Oxenberg, “Scarred” by Sarah Edmonson, “The Program” by Toni Natalie, and “NXIVM. La Secta Que Sedujo al Poder en México” by Juan Alberto Vasquez.

Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” Parlato was also credited in the Starz docuseries "Seduced" for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.

Additionally, Parlato’s coverage of the group OneTaste, starting in 2018, helped spark an FBI investigation, which led to indictments of two of its leaders in 2023.

Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.

Parlato is a consulting producer and appears in TNT's The Heiress and the Sex Cult, which premiered on May 22, 2022. Most recently, he consulted and appeared on Tubi's "Branded and Brainwashed: Inside NXIVM," which aired January, 2023.
