Fight Over Calories Caused Allison Mack to Oust Esther Chiappone From Nxivm Women’s Group

Allison Mack promoting Jness

As we await the days when the Nxivm defendants are sentenced, it might do some good to examine some of their behaviors in order to discern how much they seem to be victims and how much they were perpetrators.

Allison Mack is certainly one of the most studied on this website. Some think she is an innocent victim, a poor, brainwashed, gullible, infant-like, pure being, who was led astray by her faithful but misguided love for a despicable man, while others see her as a self-serving loathsome villain, a backbiting, malicious little guttersnipe who would do anything to anyone in order to rise in the ranks of her master, Keith Alan Raniere’s esteem and affection.

Here is a little known story that gives us a glimpse of Nxivm life and Allison Mack.

Esther Chiappone Carlson, who figured prominently in the disappearance of Kristin Snyder more than 17 years ago, has long been part of the group of inner circle women who supported Raniere’s various enterprises.

At one time, Esther was targeted by Raniere for inclusion in his harem. Esther moved from Alaska to Albany to be with him after Raniere misled the little lady by telling her that he wanted a monogamous relationship. After she left her husband in Alaska and brought her children to Albany to grow up in the Nxivm life, fully expecting to marry Raniere and have his avatar child, she found out that Raniere had a harem and no intention of giving it up.

In other words, he caused her to disrupt her [and her children’s] lives – based on his lie.

Curiously, Esther, after having numerous sexual encounters with the brilliant one, chose not to be in his harem and break it off, at least sexually [for the most part] with him. However, she chose to remain as his student and follow his teachings, knowing he was an execrable liar.

She, also being an execrable liar, agreed to a career of lying for him, offering other women the falsehood that Raniere was a celibate, far above carnal desires. That lie might have killed Kristin Snyder.

However, stay she did and lie for him she did, and Esther, in time, earned the coveted green sash, which one only gets by recruiting a shitload of people into Nxivm, mainly by lying about how great Keith Raniere is.

She got a lot of people to take intensives. Some wanted more than a single course and they took more – with Esther’s help and encouragement.  Some became so enamored that they, like Esther, left everything and dedicated themselves full time to the teachings of the god-like Raniere.

Esther also helped with the women’s group Jness, which was an excellent field for harvesting women to the Nxivm courses and, if she were young and slender, to Raniere’s capacious bed and luxurious hot tub.

pold del negor
James Del Negro, a friend of Esther Chiappone Carlson.

Because of years of hard times faced by recruiters – since new students were scarce – Clare and Sara Bronfman funded much of the Nxivm operations for years. The bad press about Raniere, even well before he was exposed on this website for branding women, made most intelligent people, who were capable of using search engines on the internet, shy away.

Esther and longtime live-in boyfriend James Del Negro, both salesmen for Raniere’s courses, were often hard-up for prospects and consequently, they were often broke and actually lost their Albany area home to foreclosure – well before Raniere’s arrest.

Allison Mack promoting Jness, a women’s group founded by Keith Raniere. It teaches women to accept men as polygamists. The highest and most advanced women in Jness were invited to join DOS where they were permitted to be branded on their pubic area with Raniere’s initials.

To try to earn money, Esther and Allison Mack worked to recruit women into Jness, a women’s group founded on the teachings of the estimable Raniere, especially his teachings on women.

Jness had been under the direction of Pam Cafritz, but she got sick and subsequently died. After that, Esther and Allison worked together to run the organization.

During their close association, Esther noticed that Allison was losing weight. Esther found out that Allison was on a 500 calorie per day diet.

She told Allison it was insane to eat so little. Especially since she noticed that Allison would sometimes eat a meal then go to the bathroom and vomit.

Esther became highly critical of Allison, claiming she was concerned about her health.

Esther also tried to dissuade some of the Jness women from following Allison’s example.

Jness logo.

This made Allison angry. She said to Esther that their mutual master, their Vanguard, taught her that a 500 calorie diet is right for spiritually advanced women.  Women do not need as much food or sleep as commonly believed.

“And let’s face it,” Allison said, “Esther, you are not as wise, as knowledgeable or as spiritual as Vanguard. Besides he is a scientist. He knows what’s best. Not you.”

Esther then committed an atrocious act of blasphemy in front of Allison and others. She said, “Vanguard or not, it is not healthy to eat and throw up every afternoon. You have an eating disorder. There is nothing spiritual about that.”

This insulted Allison. She was not only on a 500 calorie per day diet, but she was teaching other women to be on the same diet so they could realize their spiritual abilities. Esther was undercutting her authority with these women.

Fat Esther Chiappone Carlson said that Allison Mack was bulimic and it created a tempest.

It might have resolved itself without turmoil, had Esther just shut up.

Allison Mack before she went on the Raniere diet.

Lauren Salzman and Allison Mack give each other a hug. Allison lost weight on the Raniere plan.

But Esther kept nagging, pounding on Allison and spoke about it to other women in Jness.

One day, Esther brusquely told Allison, in front of others, that she knew the signs of bulimia when she saw it and it was her opinion that Allison was bulimic and should get help.

Allison again argued that this was 100 percent contrary to Vanguard’s teachings, which is that spiritually advanced women do not need more than 500 calories per day.

Allison began to realize that it was a case of either Esther or her – for they completely diverged in their point of view on diet. She went to her Vanguard, who told her that Esther was wrong and unable to understand his higher teachings.

Allison now set out to work against Esther. She went privately to many of the younger women in Jness, including some who would later become her slaves and got them to effectively shun Esther.  Allison got enough support that Esther’s role in Jness was soon untenable.

Esther stepped away; Allison ousted Esther from Jness, then ate her lunch and as she often did, went to the bathroom and threw up.

It had not been hard for Allison to win this battle. Allison was young and beautiful and was a TV star. Esther was just an aging woman, living with a doofus.

Plus Allison had Raniere’s support.

Keith Raniere and Allison Mack.

After ousting Esther, Allison took charge of Jness, which became a fertile field for recruiting female slaves which were later collateralized and branded on their pubic region. Numerous DOS slaves came from the membership of Jness under Allison Mack.

Esther, who is still loyal to Raniere, sells MLM insurance, working with other Nxivm loyalists. She continues to live with loyal Raniere fool,  James Del Negro, in Sarasota, Florida.

Allison currently lives with her parents under home detention in Los Alamitos, California, awaiting sentencing. No sentencing date has been set. Based on her appearances in court, and photos taken of her outside her home, although not fat [except by Raniere standards], she appears to be off the 500 calorie diet she fought so hard to promote.

She has also repudiated Raniere, saying she was misguided in following him.

I’d be very curious to know what “MLM insurance” company Esther and the other NXIVM loyalists are representing, having briefly had a brush with an MLM insurance company when I started in the industry. (I worked in the office one day, saw what was going on, and resigned by text message.)

In other words, some know her and some are just hateful idiots…but just to make things clear, there is no love between her and Raniere…
It’s the same as with Nicole (and she didn’t love Raniere), Coercion and several cases of abuse…including drugs

“who would do anything to anyone in order to rise in the ranks of her master”
Any idiot who thinks like that should learn to READ THE COURT DOCUMENTS because she is anything but that and the court documents show clearly that she is in the same position as any victims.

“Esther, after having numerous sexual encounters with the brilliant one, chose not to be in his harem”
Once again, it’s likely another fake story as it’s clear that it’s Raniere who decided in this cult…he had enough girls to manipulate not to need another one…and Esther was interesting for Raniere.

“Allison Mack promoting Jness, a women’s group founded by Keith Raniere. It teaches women to accept men as polygamists.”
False, it was the front, the link between the outside and the cult…and, excuse me, but many promoted Jness and Allison is probably the one that did it the least…especially post 2013.
Almost like if pre-coercion, she was proud to be a member but after, she was forced to continue (which is exactly the truth)

“To try to earn money, Esther and Allison Mack worked to recruit women into Jness”
BS, Allison never got anything financial off Nxivm…I don’t know about Esther.
What is clear is some people made money out of this pyramid scheme.
Vicente, Edmondson, the Salzmans and, technically, even if they lost more than they made, the Bronfmans…there are more, of course, including Raniere but Allison quickly got from financially comfortable to plain poor…
This is a fact, undeniable, it’s not just in the court document but also known and seen by MANY.

“This made Allison angry. She said to Esther that their mutual master, their Vanguard, taught her that a 500 calorie diet is right for spiritually advanced women.”
And this happened when? Probably in 2014 or later and at that time, Allison was lost to many…
Between the starvation, the coercion and the drugging (because it was in 2013 that some people saw her take the powder in her water).

“And let’s face it,” Allison said, “Esther, you are not as wise, as knowledgeable or as spiritual as Vanguard. Besides he is a scientist. He knows what’s best. Not you.”
And it’s a citation from where?… I suspect it’s another of your fantasy stories or one of your shady “sources”.

And to be clear, Esther was never said to care about anyone and now, all of a sudden you pretend she cared for Allison?

“This insulted Allison. She was not only on a 500 calorie per day diet, but she was teaching other women to be on the same diet so they could realize their spiritual abilities.”
FALSE, it is clear out in the court document that it’s an assignment that Raniere decided for EACH OF THE GIRL WHO FOLLOWED THE DIET.
FFS, Cami herself was forced to do it! to the point he was locking the cupboard, the fridge and other sources from her…

HE IS BEHIND THE STARVATION, STOP SPREADING LIES ABOUT HER HAVING RESPONSIBILITIES IN THAT!

“One day, Esther brusquely told Allison, in front of others, that she knew the signs of bulimia when she saw it and it was her opinion that Allison was bulimic and should get help”
Funny how you do not quote anyone…Esther never cared for anyone but herself…

“Allison now set out to work against Esther. She went privately to many of the younger women in Jness”
BS fantasy story…

“Allison got enough support that Esther’s role in Jness was soon untenable.”
You sure know how it was inside…another fantasy and badly written…how about sticking to FACTS.

“Esther stepped away; Allison ousted Esther from Jness”
BS, she was promoted by Esther as other as Allison was a public gatherer…and Allison never was the head of Jness except in your fantasy!

“Allison took charge of Jness, which became a fertile field for recruiting female slaves which were later collateralized and branded on their pubic region. Numerous DOS slaves came from the membership of Jness under Allison Mack.”
BS…Jness wasn’t linked directly…the source was and just like Jness, Allison was not the head of it.

You like to put responsibilities on Allison’s back but to be responsible, you need to have the power, something Allison never got (confirmed in court by many things including a clear statement of Vicente and Nicole (assignments given by…Raniere).
If you don’t understand this, you have no reason to continue to write as it’s basic everyday understanding!

It’s like blaming the ground technician for the financial fall of a corporation…you aim at the people having power, not to a pawn.
Pretending Allison had anything to do with this just shows how idiotic is your analysis (if we can call this an analysis).

“he appears to be off the 500 calorie diet she fought so hard to promote.”
Idiot, first she didn’t promote it, it was Raniere’s decision…
Second, it proves my point, she was forced to do it!

“She has also repudiated Raniere, saying she was misguided in following him.”
And that is because it’s true and that her collateral was released anyway…
Without starvation or coercion or sleep deprivation and without the drug, Allison is back to the awesome person she was before they (including Esther, Sara E and others) destroyed her.

If only, instead of making up stories, you tried to know who was genuinely Allison, I wouldn’t have to lose my time repeating myself.
But you make up so much BS that I feel like I have to do it…for those who might come here (sane people, I mean) and believe your BS stories because a 10th of the first story (branding) was true…

Except you were wrong about so many things, including the “responsibility” of Allison which was a front created by Raniere. And yes, it means he played you but worst, that he still does as you are still scapegoating Allison…He succeeded in manipulating you way more than you care to admit!

Given Frank’s fondness for this particular sex slave master, I think it’s safe to assume that none of the people you asked about had anything particularly complimentary or exculpatory to say about Allison Mack, otherwise Frank would be trumpeting it repeatedly. What’s also interesting is that none of the former roommates or close friends, or former consultants interviewed in the various articles about AM are quoted as saying anything particularly positive about her personality or character.

You have to wonder what defect or personality trait Keith saw in people like Nicki Clyne and Allison Mack that made him invite them into his inner circle over someone like Sarah Edmondson who was there before them, higher ranking and a much more successful recruiter. Allison goes to one meeting and immediately jumps on the Bronfman private jet and spends her 2006/07 hiatus in Albany. Six months later, she’s already redirecting her fans’ donated funds towards a NXIVM project. Six months after that during the 2007/2008 writer’s strike, she’s spending her time in Albany and blogging about her huge recognition with her really good friends and openly defending NXIVM on public message forums.

Her defenders can say it was the starvation diet and years of abuse, but Allison’s early actions with the group, her willingness to turn over all her money to Raniere just a couple years after joining and early public defense of him show something was off with her. Whatever it was, one thing Keith seemed to be good at was knowing which people to invite into that inner circle, since those 25 inner circle groupies were willing to engage in criminal activities for him and all but 3, remained loyal to him through it all until the FBI came knocking or in the case of Karen Unterreiner was more evil than brainwashed, so jumped ship in time to save her sorry criminal ass.

Frank,

Thank you for this excellent backstory article on inner NXIVM members and the backstabbing infighting that took place; I enjoyed reading about it.

This article really highlights the fact the NXIVM Utopia never existed.

Esther Chiappone’s concern for the women on the 500 calorie seems at odds with her blind devotion to Raniere.

Chiappone according to Frank Report reporting still refuse to read the Frank Report. She is still holding a torch for her Vanguard.

No, she didn’t…she is a real enabler but she didn’t need the mental and physical manipulation, nor coercion, nor drugging…why is it that people find more excuses for those who were not abused to be in their position?
She bears a certain responsibility because of this and she was probably gaining from this.

Allison was starved (confirmed in REAL LIFE but cited in this story), Allison was coerced (and the system in place was applied by people like Esther…), Allison was drugged…She was forced and manipulated to do the (real) things she participated…she never had any power, any advantages to do it.
But she was so abused that she happened to Believe (when Under the manipulation) that it was for her own good…

AnonyMaker (a real, paid troll suspect) comments that this post fits right in with:

“the account of how she [Allison Mack] berated Lauren Salzman for not being tough enough with slaves – at a point when Mack was away for around 2 months doing a play in California, out of Raniere’s immediate influence.”

Questions:

1. WHOSE “account” was that? (Lauren Salzman’s?)

2. Is it possible that Lauren is blaming Allison for her own harsh mistreatment of the slaves — which occurred at a time when Allison was, indeed, NOT EVEN THERE FOR TWO MONTHS?

3. Do you expect anyone aware of the Nx structure and dynamics to believe that Lauren obeyed orders from her recruit, underling and Avatar baby mama competitor, pretty Allison Mack?

4. Is it possible that Lauren’s irrelevant testimony or account(s) repeatedly blaming Allison Mack — when Allison was not there — are part of a grander scheme to deflect blame from any Salzman (or Bronfman or Mexican Elite such as Rosa Laura Junco – original keeper of the collateral aka blackmail) onto mostly Allison and Raniere?

5. Has a sex partner ever asked you to spank him or her?

6. Do you find it at all suspect that the defense attorney team – ALL funded by Clare and Sara – presented such testimony against Allison Mack at Keith Raniere’s trial?

7. How about that repeated testimony the Bronfman/Salinas defense presented (or culled from witnesses) at Raniere’s trial against your ‘apparent’ idol here, Don Parlato? That raise your shackles at all?

Btw, AM, love your change in tone these days. Little less formal, a lot more feeling to it. Do want that dinner you owe me. …ROMANO’s?

Heidi –

I hope you’re just being playfully harsh with me – are you hinting that you think I deserve a spanking? 🙂

I wrote a short, maybe kind of perfunctory piece, because I wanted to be sure to acknowledge those continuing to do some thorough, fact- and research-based pieces on the central topic here, NXIVM, while I find myself somewhat distracted by off-topic health misinformation being posted elsewhere, that I think should be countered and debunked lest it lead people to harm.

And I wanted to add that one additional anecdote about Mack rebuking Lauren Salzman over not being tough enough with slaves, which I really thought fit with the thrust of the article and bolstered the author’s thesis.

It’s Sunday morning and I actually have church stuff to be doing before long – [put your preferred deity/inspiration here] only knows why I’m stopping in, except it is nice to “see” you – and unfortunately, I don’t have time to try to track down the source of that account, though I can’t right off think where it could have come from except Salzman’s court testimony.

Your questions about the reliability and veracity of the account, if it came from Salzman, are all very good ones. Though I’d point out that if it is indeed from court testimony, I don’t know why she would lie and perjure herself over such a minor point.

And I tried to acknowledge in my comments that regardless, there was still some room for interpretation of Mack’s role, even given evidence like this that she sometimes functioned more in the role of perpetrator.

I think it leads to some really interesting questions because there is actually evidence that Mack somehow leapfrogged Lauren Salzman in the NXIVM hierarchy, particularly with respect to Raniere’s harem and inner circle, and that Salzman might indeed have had to essentially take orders from Mack. I have these points in my notes:

* Vicente said Mack appeared to be “at the top” (of “an alternative stripe path”)

* “eventually became a proctor. She was one of the heads of Jness… she was one of the leaders. She was [also] the head of humanities in Albany.

* Edmondson thought “she’d now replaced Pam [Caftiz, infamous wing woman, and procurer – including of underage girls] as Keith’s number one”

* Salzman’s slaves, and possibly others, were taken to Mack’s home to be branded

p.s. I still look forward to getting to fulfilling my promise to take you to a nice dinner – and having the pleasure of meeting you in person – at whatever outlet of the Pippino-Romano trans-national culinary conspiracy you might like, or maybe better yet a front for radical Islamic jihad (do you like Middle Eastern food?).

NiceGuy –

My church work involves setting up and running an online service and virtual social hour for our local congregation, as I also figure out how to help other churches in the region (including one small one nearby, in another denomination) do the same. What I was off to do this morning, was the local service, part of which is now run out of my living room.

Plus we’re also setting up church staff to be able to work remotely, with new suites of remote access and online collaboration tools, so that they don’t have to go in to the church offices.

My latest project is to get N-95 respirators or surgical masks to elderly and at risk members of our congregation, depending on their needs – I’ve researched and developed a protocol for extended consumer re-use of N-95 masks so that we can give one to the most vulnerable and hopefully help keep them out of the hospital.

There’s more, but I hope that gives you a flavor – all of it done to what I hope sound like standards of safe practice acceptable to you 🙂

Yes, of course, I’m using a little levity with you, AM.

But it’s a ludicrous leap of logic for anyone to conclude that Allison Mack “leap frogged” over Lauren Salzman — daughter of Nx President and resident NLP hypnotherapist, Nancy Salzman — in rank. And the Nx structure was militaristic (or mock-militaristic) long before Hildreth, Mack and Kreuk were enlisted.

The only frog analogy that’s appropos (unless you’re talking about the Nx contingent in France, now relocated to Portugal) is Barbara Bouchey’s slow boil frog analogy — that a frog won’t leap out of water that’s slowly heated as it would if the water were boiling at first and, therefore, gets cooked alive.

Btw, if you’ve never been on a movie or TV production set, the same type chain of command structure holds. Remember, Allison grew up on movie sets — she did as directed, hit her blocking marks, knew her lines, didn’t break character, improvise or step on anyone else’s lines, etc. or she’d have been industry blacklisted long before “Smallville.”

For dozens of reasons, Allison is far more innocent than any defendant and many who were not indicted but should have been, should be!

Very sad, tragic, that she’s been so used, vilified and abandoned for little more than misplaced loyalty to her ‘friends,’ her ‘art’ and her ‘ideals.’

God bless you for your church work.

Any chance you can interview Sarah Edmondson on the record about Allison? She seems more than willing to do interviews but so far I haven’t heard her really talk about Allison. While she mentions her several times in her book, she doesn’t really describe her. Didn’t she and Allison travel to Europe together in 2007? She referred to Allison and Olivia Cheng as part of “her team,” Allison sang at her wedding, and made that creepy NXIVM/Jness baby shower video for her. Why does she think Allison gulped down the kool aid so quickly and readily?

What did Mark Hildreth say about Allison? Seems out of all of the people you have cajoled, coerced, or bribed into talking to you, Hildreth would have been the one to offer some interesting insight, knowing her before she got involved with the cult, moving up the stripe path alongside one another, performing in their laughable acapella group, and working on The Source together to lure beautiful actresses into Keith’s liar to be branded.

What about Bonnie Piesse. What has she told you about Allison? She was also in that acapella group and also helped to develop the deceitful Source. What about Susan Dones and Barbara Bouchey. Susan said Allison had sucker written all over her face when she walked into her first meeting, but has she said why she thinks she was so easily suckered? And why was Allison so quick to turn over all her money to Raniere and Bouchey?

Mack and Clyne had no name recognition beyond their show’s most dedicated groupies hanging out on sci-fi message boards. I know several people who watched Smallville or BSG who don’t know the names of those two. Maybe if Mack or Clyne had actually had any name recognition or garnered some interest from casting agents, they wouldn’t have found Clifton Park so enticing or been so suscpetible to Raniere.

Thanks for the ongoing NXIVM coverage – I wish that we could focus on it more. Under the right conditions, people who were involved, maybe some of the many where never got too involved, might contribute now that they’re at home and online more, which could make things even more interesting.

This does an excellent job of illustrating an instance where Mack was actively involved and even taking the initiative, and falling more into the role of perpetrator. To me, this also fits in with the account of how she berated Lauren Salzman for not being tough enough with slaves – at a point when Mack was away for around 2 months doing a play in California, out of Raniere’s immediate influence.

We certainly see Mack in the role of henchwoman and enforcer. Some might argue that she still was somehow so controlled that she wasn’t responsible, but it can’t be argued that she was just another slave – except perhaps by the delusional.

This article demonstrates that Allison Pimp Mack was not a victim but was an eager and willing victimizer.
Allison Pimp Mack chose of her own free will to be an eager and willing accomplice of Raniere’s crimes and to impose Raniere’s teachings on younger, more impressionable women.
And women who chose not to follow Raniere’s teachings were shunned on Pimp Mack’s orders.

And I notice that in Nicki Clyne’s effort to revive NXIVM that Esther Chiappone Carlson is still a major member while Allison Pimp Mack is stewing in her own juices.
Meanwhile, Allison Pimp Mack’s alter ego posted a new photo of herself only 39 minutes ago at 3 AM Pacific time.

Agree, Flip.

And it’s not just the insufficient calories that do the mindfucking — insufficient protein on a vegetarian or vegan diet that’s not well regulated to supply a complete protein (nueropeptide) chain is a major mindfucker as well.

You can be full and fat and still not be getting enough protein to avoid mental confusion.

Our Mom always told us to eat rice and beans together — like they do in Hispanic cultures — for a complete protein when meat is scarce.

Unfortunately, Gina was more concerned with her spiritual advancement than her physical and mental health.

What should I eat with my Bat Soup when the Chinese take over America?

If many Americans die in the current pandemic, China can very quickly send a few hundred million Chinese to the US to make up for the losses. In a few years they will be real Americans, at least with American citizenship. Is that not the American model of society?

Shadow, seriously, have you eaten any batshit soup lately?

IF there’s ANY truth to the lab conspiracy it happened in a CANADIAN lab — the only shred of supposed evidence to the lab theory is that the Chinese supposedly ordered the covid-19 virus sample from a CANADIAN lab, and why would they have had to if they already had it?

Heidi:
The real song should be “Blame China.”

About the Author

Frank Parlato is an investigative journalist.

His work has been cited in hundreds of news outlets, like The New York Times, The Daily Mail, VICE News, CBS News, Fox News, New York Post, New York Daily News, Oxygen, Rolling Stone, People Magazine, The Sun, The Times of London, CBS Inside Edition, among many others in all five continents.

His work to expose and take down NXIVM is featured in books like “Captive” by Catherine Oxenberg, “Scarred” by Sarah Edmonson, “The Program” by Toni Natalie, and “NXIVM. La Secta Que Sedujo al Poder en México” by Juan Alberto Vasquez.

Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” Parlato was also credited in the Starz docuseries "Seduced" for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.

Additionally, Parlato’s coverage of the group OneTaste, starting in 2018, helped spark an FBI investigation, which led to indictments of two of its leaders in 2023.

Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.

Parlato is a consulting producer and appears in TNT's The Heiress and the Sex Cult, which premiered on May 22, 2022. Most recently, he consulted and appeared on Tubi's "Branded and Brainwashed: Inside NXIVM," which aired January, 2023.
