Jailhouse Rock – Raniere Having More Problems While He Awaits Sentencing

Marie White's Portrayal of Keith Raniere

Keith Raniere has now been incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) for almost two years.

MDC animated mk10art

And to say that things haven’t gone well for him during that period of time would be a gross understatement.

He’s been beat up by numerous guys, had various medical afflictions, incurred several physical injuries, been caught with contraband and sent to the Special Housing Unit (SHU) on a couple of occasions, and been disrespected by just about everyone he’s encountered.

And, unfortunately for him, the misery continues.

*****

He Was Served in the Civil Lawsuit

Even though the mass tort lawsuit that is being undertaken by some 80 former members of NXIVM against Keith and 14 other former inner circle members has been put “on hold” until after Keith and his 5 co-defendants in the criminal case have been sentenced, he was nevertheless served in the civil matter on February 28th.

And according to the Affidavit that was filed by Deputy Sheriff Mikhail Berlin –  the guy who handed Keith the summons and complaint in the case – he was described as a “59-year-old, light-skinned male with black hair who stands 5’6” tall and weighs 175 pounds”.

That description suggests three things about Keith: (1) he’s back to dying his hair with ink from ball-point pens; (2) he’s lost a few pounds; and (3) he’s stuffing extra socks under his feet when he puts on his shoes.

*****

He Was Robbed

The man who once insisted on being called Vanguard and treated like he was special is still not getting much respect in prison.

While he was out of his cell recently, someone apparently came in – and tore the place up.

Some of his legal files are missing – which could possibly hamper his pending motion for a new trial and/or the future appeal of his conviction.

But worst of all, the manuscript for his Opus Magnus – the book that he’s been writing since he first arrived at MDC back in March 2018 – has also disappeared.

Will the missing tome ever be recovered?

The world may never be the same if the missing tome is not found: mysteries will remain unsolved, great insights will never be experienced, and the coronavirus may continue to spread unabated.

And, believe it or not, even though Keith has requested that prison officials provide his attorneys with copies of the videotapes that would show who it was that committed this horrific crime, they have yet to comply with his request.

Note to Keith: Don’t hold your breath waiting for those videotapes to show up or you’ll end up like Jeffrey Epstein.

*****

He Got Caught Again With Cell Phones

Although he’s obviously not the genius that he pretended to be for so many years, I’ve never thought of Keith being a total dumb ass.

Apparently, I was wrong.

Why else would he continue to buy contraband cell phones – and then be surprised when they’re confiscated by guards who just happen to pick his cell for inspection (Each guards usually checks 2-3 cells per work shift at MDC).

MK10ART – Keith Alan Raniere

Hasn’t Keith figured out that the inmate who’s selling him those very expensive cell phones is also tipping off the guards whenever he has one?

Does he just think he’s just unlucky?

Seriously, how many times is he going to fall for the same scam?

His punishment for the latest cell phone fiasco has not yet been meted out but suffice to say, it looks like Keith will be spending more time in the SHU before he gets sentenced on April 16th.

*****

He’s Also Sporting a New Do

Despite our best efforts, we have not been able to get any pictures of Keith while he’s been at MDC.

That’s especially unfortunate now that he’s sporting a new “do” that has been described by three different people as “bizarre”, “odd” and “weird”.

Marie White’s impressive painting of Keith Alan Raniere as “Queef”. Raniere reportedly adopted that name when he snuck out to swinger clubs in Rochester, NY allegedly in the company of a taller blond man.

We’re still hoping to get more specifics on the new look – and find out whether it was something that he chose for himself or something that was done to him by some of his fellow inmates.

Hopefully, his new “do” will still be visible when he goes to court on April 16th for his sentencing.

That is, of course, if the EDNY is still in operation next month.

You people are obsessed with Vanguard. Why don’t you do some investigative journalism on some other topic? You’re boring now.

Raniere got his idea for Consumer Buyline and Nexium and all its components from Amway. Amway was created by Betsy Devoss’ daddy, brother to mercenary kingpin Eric Prince- both huge Trump backers- like Frank Paralro. Ironic how Frank can destroy one cult and be all in on another- the Trump presidency.

I voted for Trump and still attack Amway as a SCAM.

I would rather have Trump as President than:

Hillary Rotten Clinton
or
Bolshevik Bernie Sanders
or
Creepy Joe Biden.

Come up with a better President.

I have never referred to Amway as anything but a Scam.

Scott Johnson

Yes, I’m responding to you, Mr. Shadow. You attack the people who join Amway, because you’re a stupid, selfish person with ZERO common sense. LOL

If you want to “attack” Amway, then do this, otherwise you’re just an armchair quarterback: Do your part and copy/paste this message all over social media (unless owned/operated by current Amway IBOs or the Amway scam company), and encourage them to do the same, and so on, à la network marketing/MLM. Also, submit a complaint to the FTC at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/?utm_source=takeaction#crnt&panel1-1 If you don’t, then you’re part of the problem. Amway has 2 major problems, and most MLMs have at least one of these issues:

1. The products are overpriced, which makes them almost impossible to sell to customers and results in Amway being an illegal pyramid, according to the FTC and SEC websites and previous court decisions and settlements; and

2. The Tool Scam is hidden profit for the top level distributors only, and the vast majority of distributors operate at a net loss as a result. This is RICO fraud.

For recent examples, google “FTC” along with the following companies, one at a time: FHTM, BurnLounge, Zeek, TelexFree, Vemma, Advocare, Neora, Javita, Waiora, Business For Health, and Herbalife. Make a complaint on the FTC website: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/?utm_source=takeaction#crnt&panel1-1

Although there is no federal law defining pyramid schemes, the FTC has a long and successful track record of using its Section 5 law prohibiting “unfair and deceptive” business practices to go after MLM scams: https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/multilevel-marketing which states, in part, “Not all multilevel marketing plans are legitimate. If the money you make is based on your sales to the public, it may be a legitimate multilevel marketing plan. If the money you make is based on the number of people you recruit and your sales to them, it’s probably not. It could be a pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are illegal, and the vast majority of participants lose money.”

Read about these and much more at these websites: http://www.StopTheAmwayToolScam.wordpress.com and http://www.AllMLMFacts.org, and email stoptheamwaytoolscam@yahoo.com to help shut down Amway and other MLM scams.

Watch this video about Amway and other MLM scams, then forward it to everyone you know, except for current Amway IBOs, and encourage them to do the same. When enough people know, these scams will collapse:

“Amway sells very few boxes of soap for $40. LOL” Scott Johnson

Scott, Of course they sell very few boxes of 40 dollar soap because very few people are dumb enough to pay 40 bucks for 13 dollars of soap.

Now Scott, I have a question for you.
During Hurricane Katrina Wal-Mart donated truckloads of supplies like bottles water to help people survive.
Now that America is in a crisis of sorts will you and the other wealthy Amway salesmen and the Amway Corporation show your philanthropy by donating Amway products to America’s neediest citizens, the people under quarantine?
Amway sells vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements.
Just the products that Americans need to fight off infections during a pandemic.

I know that you Amway folks have garages packed with Amway swag.
Out of patriotic concern for your fellow citizens share those products in their hour of need?

One of my nephews has joined the National Guard a short time ago and although he is not wealthy and is just starting out in the Guard it is to be anticipated that he will be called upon to help feed and hydrate people by delivering needed supplies to his fellow Americans.
Will you Amway folks, filled with the milk of human kindness, share your bounty with your fellow Americans and stem the worst pandemic in a century?
My nephew will do his part if asked.
How about you?

You’re right about the Amway issue. I’d like to talk with you if you know more specifics, email me at stoptheamwaytoolscam@yahoo.com. Betsy DeVos’ daddy was multi-billionaire Edgar Prince, who made auto parts for the major manufacturers, so she was born into money and married into it as well by marrying one of Rich DeVos’ sons. That explains why she is so thoroughly stupid, she never had to do anything, much like the Bronfman idiots.

Yes, but there are degrees of selfishness associated with cultures and individuals. Take you for example. You are so smart about Amway and think that anyone who gets involved is a complete and utter idiot. You don’t cut anybody any slack for any circumstances. In my case, it was 1993 when I joined Amway so there was no internet available and my upline included two medical doctors and two airline pilots. But that doesn’t matter to you. It also doesn’t matter to you that many people who join are very young and don’t have a clue what an MLM is in the first place. Even you don’t have a clue what makes Amway a scam, but that doesn’t matter to you, because anyone who joins Amway and other MLM scams is a complete and utter idiot and they deserve to be scammed. Blame those being scammed, don’t blame the scam artists and don’t use the government to enforce laws, that’s how you “think.” LOL

Shadow,

People in Boston are taking it seriously and people in the suburbs are mixed.

We had a run on toilet paper on Friday when the schools closed and no grocery stores have had toilet paper since in my area. Hand sanitizer and wipes are no-where to be found.

Every-time I walk into the local post office or UPS store there are always Chinese nationals mailing stuff to China. I lived in my town a number of years and the post office employee told me he feels like he is working in China. He said, “easily 50 or more come in every day”.

Federal prisoners each get a locker and can buy a lock. So if the MDC refused to get him a locker now, rest assured he can put his new manuscripts and third pair of glasses in his Federal Bureau of Prison’s locker. Something to look forward to.

An outside source has to put money in KR’s commissary account even if it is his own money from his bank account. So who does that? Doesn’t he have a parent still? His commissary money also pays for his phone calls or someone outside has to set up a phone plan which are becoming more common, replacing the inmate collect calls.

So who does he call? Who visits him? If his DOS slaves are not in NXIVM anymore, can they visit him? Does he get fan mail like the serial killers do? We know he got broken ribs, a broken toe, bruises etc…

This is good information and I hope this information keeps coming, but it would be very interesting to know who is in contact with him and helping him from the outside.

Keith still has a sizable amount of money left from his inheritance of the estate of Pam Cafritz.

But I thought he stated he owned a minimal amount of assets to the government? Certainly not anywhere near as much as he slowly stripped away from Pam. Maybe the government should put a freeze on such “non-existent” assets, for he emphatically stated he doesn’t have any. So such money couldn’t possibly be his in the first place. He must be stopped then because he is effectively stealing anyway, and it would be a grave injustice against the debt he must pay to society to be allowed to commit crimes while in jail.

What an absolute scrounger.

Or, perhaps someone who has connections on the inside should inform a number of his prison “buddies” of the sizable fortune he’s leeched from others and the former can be a vicarious means for the latter to return the favor. There’s no reason that VanGrifter should get it easier than his non-12 year old raping inmates. After all, it would only be fair and Karmic.

The only reason I would consider otherwise is due to the civil lawsuit brought against him (and some of his co-conspirators) by some of his victims. Now, that would be a dandy change of affairs! To have them carve up the remaining pieces of pie he pilfered from them and others due to fraud.

The discrepancy between his having claimed almost no assets, and yet supposedly being Cafritz’ heir, has never been adequately explained that I’ve seen.

One possibility is that if Cafritz’ money was rolled into an irrevocable trust that benefitted Raniere, then he’d get income but have no assets in his own name to claim – trusts are specifically set up that way to prevent claimants or creditors, or an irresponsible beneficiary, from being able to tape the principal of the trust. But we have no confirmation of anything like that.

As always, thanks for your reply, Frank. This is good news for the civil lawsuit victims, his money can be frozen in his account if they win and then if they go through court to collect the damages awarded to them. Once a civil lawsuit is filed, you cannot then hide your assets. Maybe the court will leave him enough money for years of commissary, phone calls, and protection.

Frankly, Frank, by revealing that Keith inherited millions (through Frank Report articles I think it was 8 million), you have put a target on his back!
But I won’t hold it against you.

Federal prison advice: Pretend to be poor or you will be a target for every scam in the book from the best scam artists who are now your neighbors.

And then the hair. Did Queef get tired of his Bozo the Clown look?

Wouldn’t it be ironic if Queef gets Coronavirus at MDC and dies? After all the people he poisoned and the women he gave fake cancer treatments to?

Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” Parlato was also credited in the Starz docuseries "Seduced" for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.

Additionally, Parlato’s coverage of the group OneTaste, starting in 2018, helped spark an FBI investigation, which led to indictments of two of its leaders in 2023.

Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.

Parlato is a consulting producer and appears in TNT's The Heiress and the Sex Cult, which premiered on May 22, 2022. Most recently, he consulted and appeared on Tubi's "Branded and Brainwashed: Inside NXIVM," which aired January, 2023.
