Actresses Kristin Kreuk and Grace Park – Silent at Crucial Hour – as NXIVM Sex Slave Cult Exploited Women

Kristin Kreuk is a Canadian taxpayer-funded actress, who served as a Nxivm coach and whose membership in Nxivm was used to recruit women. She plays a brave and outspoken lawyer who risks her career to fight a powerful group and a pedophile.
I know because I tried to encourage both of them to speak on the record before Keith Raniere’s arrest [March 26, 2018] and again after the mainstream media wrote about Nxivm and its sex slaver culture.
I thought that actresses, Kristin Kreuk and Grace Park would want to get ahead of the story before the mainstream media broke the news since both were part of Nxivm and were used by its leaders to recruit adults and teen girls.
Kristin Kreuk left NXIVM but is silent as to the reason why she left.
Kristin Kreuk left NXIVM around 2016 but was silent about the reason she left.

They had a chance to be heroes. They had a chance to act in real life similar to the roles they played on TV.

Both Park and Kreuk were afraid to speak.

To be clear, I don’t think Kreuk and Park were part of the criminal activities of NXIVM.

It is doubtful that Kreuk or Grace participated in the more exploitative aspects of this coercive, vicious cult.

Park and Kreuk, however, definitely sat silently as Catherine Oxenberg, Sarah Edmondson, Mark Vicente, Bonnie Piesse, Susan Dones, Toni Zarratini, Anthony Ames, Joe O’Hara, myself and others struggled to expose the well funded Nxivm crime organization.

When their voices could have done some good to help crater this cult of women branders and blackmailers – Park and Kreuk were quiet.

There were times when the battle was hanging in the balance.

Raniere with Mexican co-conspirator Emiliano Salinas – son of former Mexican president Carlos Salinas.

The vicious, but wealthy Seagram’s heiress, Clare Bronfman was trying to get all of the opposition arrested.  She filed criminal complaints. Her stooges in Mexico – Alex Betancourt and Emiliano Salinas – filed criminal complaints in Mexico City.

Clare Bronfman flew to Vancouver to try to get Sarah Edmondson arrested on a false criminal complaint. Oxenberg was threatened from Mexico City.

Bronfman tried to get an FBI criminal probe going on Vicente and Piesse in California.

Zarratini was being pursued by lawyers threatening him with bogus crimes through Salinas at the uppermost levels of the corrupt Mexican government.

The Bronfman-Raniere crime organization renewed efforts to lure Dones and others to Mexico to arrest them on phony charges.

Bronfman hired private detectives to hunt down people including Kristin Keeffe, the mother of one of Raniere’s children, who had provided me with valuable information about the cult.

Sisters Sara [l] and Clare Bronfman from a 2010 Vanity Fair story The Heiresses and the Cult. Insets: Raniere in blue shirt and the late Edgar Bronfman, the father of the sisters Bronfman.
After they found out I was hiding Keeffe, I was indicted by a corrupt Assistant US Attorney – through Bronfman perjury, and a lawyer hired to persuade [or bribe?] this official to bring false charges against me.

We were all fighting for our lives and the freedom and safety of women in this vicious cult who were being branded.

The months from June 2017 – leading up to the NY Times story in October -2017  were precarious.

I was, for years, the only one exposing the cult on Frank Report and I had been effective in helping numerous slaves escape.

Many left the cult, but Nxivm was still on the attack.

It was them or us and no one in law enforcement or the media had the slightest interest – until the New York Times, after reading my stories, chose to run with their blockbuster story about Nxivm which finally prompted law enforcement interest.

Until then, we were a handful of people trying to verify to the media and law enforcement that this was a dark, wicked cult.  An abuser of the legal system, a cult dedicated to the enslavement of women.

While mainstream media ignored us, Kreuk knew all about it. She’d known for years. Anything she might tell you now that she had no knowledge that Raniere – for example – is a pedophile is utterly false.  She knew.

So, while we fought and asked for help – two actresses who would help bring media attention to the cause – shied away.

In fact, it was more than merely refusing to help. They wanted my help to hide their roles in Nxivm.

Messages came to me from Kreuk’s friends – ‘While you are exposing Nxivm, please don’t mention Kristin. Take her name off all posts. Don’t mention her name since she is worried about her acting career’.

Grace Park called several times and asked me to “Please take my name down off Frank Report.”

Park went so far as to pretend to be her own maid – when I was finally able to get a mainstream media reporter to call her.  Then she had her agent call the reporter and try to beg her not to mention her name.

After the worldwide media followed suit on my initial reporting on the branding story and condemned Raniere – instead of finding courage then – the two actresses continued to remain silent.

In fact, their fear increased. Their calls for being taken off Frank Report – to hide – as if they never participated in the cult – increased.

The fact remains they were part of the cult.  Both of them were used to bring in women – some of whom got branded and coerced into slavery.  Kreuk and Park were – perhaps unconsciously – enablers of human trafficking.

Park appeared in videos with Raniere promoting him.

Kreuk set up a company – with Nancy Salzman’s guidance – to lure teens into learning about Raniere’s teachings. She appeared on stage to support college women recruitment into the cult.

People joined this cult because of them.

Kristin Kreuk, Nicki Clyne and Allison Mack on stage to promote Keith Raniere [Note the banner behind them with Raniere’s name].
Granted, Kreuk might not have known about Raniere’s pedophilia at first, but she learned in 2012 and remained in the cult for four more years. She set up a teenage girls’ program with another NXIVM coach to teach Raniere doctrine to girls. In her filthy attempts to reach 12-16-year-old girls, Kreuk devised a ‘sexy seven” questionnaire.

Why would Kreuk be encouraging teens and preteens to answer “sexy” questions for Nxivm?

Park and Kreuk probably did not participate in the branding and blackmailing. They may have given collateral to Raniere which he could use to blackmail them. Both women were deeply involved. They were coaches in NXIVM. They brought people in – both directly and indirectly.

After Raniere was first exposed for pedophilia, they remained silent. That was 2012.

After he was exposed for branding women on their pubic regions as slaves – women who were coerced to do so by blackmail – they continued to remain silent. That was June 2017.

Kreuk spoke up only after Raniere was arrested – in late March 2018. She feigned she knew nothing and expressed horror. She was shocked. But she did not admit her role in growing NXIVM.

Kreuk’s statement reads in full:

When I was about 23, I took an Executive Success Programs/NXIVM “intensive,” what I understood to be a self-help/personal growth course that helped me handle my previous shyness, which is why I continued with the program. I left about five years ago and had minimal contact with those who were still involved. The accusations that I was in the “inner circle” or recruited women as “sex slaves” are blatantly false. During my time, I never experienced any illegal or nefarious activity. I am horrified and disgusted by what has come out about DOS. Thank you to all of the brave women who have come forward to share their stories and expose DOS; I can’t imagine how difficult this has been for you. I am deeply disturbed and embarrassed to have been associated with NXIVM. I hope that the investigation leads to justice for all of those affected.

Kristin Kreuk worked to recruit teenage girls into Nxivm.

Park is still trying to pretend it never happened. She was paying monthly fees to NXIVM and meeting with members up until Raniere’s arrest, according to defected slaves.

These actresses have the right to be silent about their role. They have the right to hide.

They also have the right to be actresses. And if ever they play a brave woman on camera, you will then know what great actresses they are.

Kristin Kreuk started a group called Girls By Design {GBD] which sought to recruit teen girls into a “sexy fun club” and gather information about them. The group was at its heyday during the time Kreuk was being widely used by Nxivm to recruit members. Kreuk did not disband the group after it was reported in the Albany Times Union that her mentor Keith Raniere had raped teen girls.

Here are Kristin Kreuk’s Sexy 7 questions for little girls.

So Sara’s tweet backed up Kristin leaving in 2013 didnt it? It is also the tweet mentioned in this report. Seems to differ from this Frank Report. Feels like Frank has an agenda here.

Of course women joined because of Kristin, look at her. I’ve met her a few times and , let’s take away her angelic looks. She’s charming ! That woman knows how to speak and is soft and eloquent. This is why she was the lead on Smallville with barely any acting experience. I would have joined just based on her feedback. End of story. So many women joined because of her !

—In her filthy attempts to reach 12-16-year-old girls, Kreuk devised a ‘sexy seven” questionnaire. Why would Kreuk be encouraging teens and preteens to answer “sexy” questions for Nxivm?—-

Did she? Or did others put this out in her name?
Based on the “tee hee” tone of the questionnaire it seems more like the writing we get from Pea and others. Where did Kreuk ever post or say anything else in this tone that is verifiably hers? Publically she always tried to project and protect her nice-girl persona, so why write something so salacious and harmful to her carefully crafted public image?
In the past others posted here that Kreuk was a little flakey and unfocused and this was the main reason GBD never lasted. To me, Kreuk seems kinda lazy, like someone who likes being the figurehead, who sends out an occasional tweet or video but may not even know or care much about what others are doing day to day.

The questions sound to me as if they were “downloaded” from Raniere, though it could also just be produced by people thoroughly inculcated in his methodology and ideology. It also reminds me a bit of Scientology’s bogus “personality test,” which is actually a poorly constructed but not entirely ineffective attempt to ferret out psychological weaknesses that can then be exploited, such as with the question about irrational fears.

That sort of inappropriate sexualization of girls is unfortunately rife in our culture, and the media. Les Wexner’s “Pink” brand is one of the examples of that which I often hold out.

Kreuk also strikes me as someone rather superficial and disorganized. I’ve seen references to others involved, including that, early on, it was more Kendra Voth’s project; one of the aspects that hasn’t really been examined is who was really doing what, even if Kreuk was the frontwoman as the highest profile actress. In Scientology these efforts are known as front groups, and they’re highly orchestrated.

I just checked the Google Books preview of Edmondson’s Scarred, which is searchable, and Kreuk is another of those she fails to mention, leaving us without any insight as to what really went on. A quick search did turn up this reference in article here a while back:

‘“Girls by Designs was absolutely NXIVM. Kristin Kreuk, Kendra Voth, [name redacted], Tabatha Chapman and others were all involved with NXIVM. They did a weekend retreat for teen girls.”’ https://artvoice.com/2018/10/15/reader-kristin-kreuks-girls-by-design-was-absolutely-nxivm/

It is odd that only one (I believe) person ever commented here that claimed to have been in GBD. I am sure that girls who followed Kreuk in GBD, now would continue following what people say about her here. But where are they?

Only “Jane” commented about GBD and I think she was a troll and unbelievable…but hers is the only voice we’ve heard.

Strange. If GBD was good, where are the defenders?
If GBD was evil, where are the angry accusers? Strange.

GBD apparently was a small effort that never really got anywhere, in spite of the outsized fuss that some people make about it here. That’s reflected in the fact that there’s no one to be found to tell about involvement in it, and is why I classified it on my list as “abortive.” There was also something called OneAsian, if I remember, and who knows how many more attempts at what are sometimes classified as cult front groups.

The implications of it are indeed creepy given what is now widely known about Raniere’s pedophilia, but those involved may not have had that context at the time.

WTF would you put “Sultan” in quotes if AnonyMaker is actually me? Still persisting in the total fucking delusion that I’m AnonyMaker. Even after Frank posted a number of times in the comments that he is not me. So now Parlato is my friend – even though I’ve supposedly repeatedly “attacked” him according to you – and is talking to me on the phone and lying that I’m not AnonyMaker. Why the fuck would I need to hide myself behind another alias when I post about Kristin when I have no qualms doing it under this one and I’m called out for it anyways by you even if I don’t? Yeah, makes a lot of fucking sense you whack job. Like Parlato said, AnonyMaker is cool-headed while I’m emotional and just post about one topic, i.e., Kristin.

You know who posted that long-winded philosophical comment about justice being about putting things in their proper place as “Anonymous” about a month ago that Heidi called out as the anti-Raniere? That was fucking me.

The blazing irony of claiming someone else ‘doesn’t know what they’re talking about’.

Plus there are those with other perverse agendas just to stir up shit or spread falsehoods.

Funny thing after watching the movie, Kristin and Catherine Oxenburg’s experience with the program was almost the same.

Both came in thinking it was just a self-help program, and both left the program, for their own reasons.

And unfortunately, the program took something from both, with Kristin it was her time, with Catherine her daughter.

Both victims, of course Catherine had more resources and proof that DOS was a criminal organization. It was clear Oxenburg was the leading force to take down the cult. Oxenburg stayed in for two years, yet she did not know what was going on as Kristin and Grace plus many others said also. Kristin and Grace were victims as much as Oxenburg, but neither had the media contacts nor DOS contacts Catherine had. In fact, they may have known less than Oxenburg about DOS. Kristin and Grace though did what they could finally, but in context, Oxenburg had the weapons to attack NXIVM and Lawyers to defend herself. The movie and special, pretty much has focus on the DOS leaders who did the actual crimes and will pay for it. Interesting India was scared that she would be arrested, even though she was a victim too.

From what I can tell, Catherine Oxenberg (Katarine Oksenberg, of the House of Karadjordjevic) only knew of the abuses not from her personal experience with the group’s outer programs, but from what she heard about what was happening to her daughter in the inner circle.

She did apparently get deeply enough into the group’s programs to have questions about what sort of teachings with disturbing implications she may have been exposed to and ignored, though as far as I’m aware, we don’t know exactly what intensives and modules she took, or whether, as part of NXVM’s compartmentalization, celebrities like her might have been prevented from being exposed to some of the more questionable material.

Anonymaker, it just seems to me that Kristin, Grace, Goldie were like most big names like Catherine, they helped with advertising but, that doesn’t get you in the inner circle. All they knew it was some kind self-help program run by some rocket scientist with a high I.Q. And if you had other priorities like a job or career, it made you less a target for upper cult people. Oxenburg was a Mom with other things in her life, that is why it was easy for her to move on from the program. India, on the other hand, was still looking for what she wanted in life, as depicted in the movie. The amazing thing is the cult was still trying to get other celebs recently to join.

In my educated opinion Kristin Kreuk is a an absolute pedophile that preyed upon the young and innocent to pass them on to Keith Raniere.

KRISTIN: YOUR JIG IS UP. Mass media needs to call massive attention to your involvement with NXIVM. Your lame blanket statement regarding your involvement with this horrid cult is so obvious to anyone with common sense. You are the complete definition of injustice in “the system.”

In due time I will bring my own blog against focused solely on you to globally enlighten everyone about you and your nasty crimes. I have the copies of your YouTube videos with the underage girls. There are no words to describe what a disgusting, pathetic excuse of a waste of space that you truly are. May you rot eternally. Kristin has nothing to with DOS, nothing to do with the cult, and she left when she did. This case will be closed at the end of the year and Kristin will be producing and acting for fans for years to come. She might even show up in the CW Superman special. Oxenburg got who she wanted…case closed. Deal with it.

But to help us believe your serious charge, could you quote damning things that KK said in her videos or tell us what other proof you have that will allow the “criminal justice system have its way with her.”?

Many posters here have said they “knew” KK and GDB was used to groom young girls into the sex cult, but mostly they only had anger and speculation.

If you are different, please share what you know.

Having analyzed video footage of Kreuk, I would begin to diagnose her with psychopathy and borderline personality disorder in conjunction with variant degrees of dissociative personality disorder. Notwithstanding, this does not excuse the crimes I believe she committed against young girls. I, as well as many others, following this case, cannot let the YouTube footage with the girls be forgotten (There is more, of course, to serve as proof of burden). Her cohort, Kendra Voth, is guilty too.

As the saying goes: ”What is in the dark always comes to light.” Kristin Kreuk, I hope you are reading this because my sincere promise to you is that I will not go away in your involvement in NXIVM and GBD. In due time, I will highlight your involvement with NXIVM (via online exposure) to a prodigious degree. Your indictment is well overdue.

If you’re truly so interested in the matter, then I’m curious to know why you think Kreuk is particularly deserving of focus compared to say Edmondson, Hildreth, Voth (apparently GBD’s co-founder) and Park. Frank just reminded us that Park had up videos promoting NXIVM until after the branding scandal broke publicly, at which point she scurried to get them taken down.

How many young girls do you know of who Kreuk successfully recruited into NXIVM, and whether any of those actually ended up passed on to Raniere?

AnonyMaker
AnonyMaker

Frank, thanks for that reminder of your insider knowledge of the inaction of those two, which is troubling.

I’m weighing how to put that in context. I can imagine Kreuk thinking that she hadn’t been much involved for years and had no direct knowledge of abuses to speak of, and so didn’t really have anything to contribute. What do you think she really could have done to help bring down NXIVM?

Park seems to have been pretty active until fairly late in the game, though it also doesn’t seem that she was deeply enough involved to speak to any abuses from direct experience. But her videos promoting NXIVM are a reminder that she was involved in NXIVM longer, and in some ways was more active in promoting it, than Kreuk; I can imagine that she thinks that getting them taken down is doing enough, though there’s an argument to be made that she ought to do something more proactive in order to fully compensate for any damage they may have done.

Edmondson was an exceptional example, because she literally bore witness to the most abusive aspects of NXIVM.

Were the others who also refused to help, or were those just the two happened to be asked?

Kristin Kreuk, Grace Park, Goldie Hawn, and the Dalai Lama were part of hundreds of folks who were smart enough to dump program turned cult over time. The lovely and gorgeous Grace Park made them take down her videos on YouTube of her advertising for the program turn cult. None were part of DOS, most were caught by surprise. None were asked to be witnesses, though Kreuk made a public statement that condemned NXVIM, which was given a lot of press. It will be interesting to see the TV movie of this

Clearly Park and Kreuk were trying to save their reputations and careers by downplaying their involvement. Every mention of NXIVM in the press includes the phrase “sex cult” so even though neither actress was in the harem, “sex cult” would be part of their bio.

Maybe the earlier harem before Dos.

What facts? He’s made claims unbacked by any sources. I don’t know how it works in the US under Trump, but here in Canada under Trudeau we back up our claims with actual names of people who go on the record. For example, who are these friends of Kristin that allegedly contacted him? Who are these people who say she remained in the cult for four more years after she left in 2013? Where is the proof that she recruited 12-16 year old girls for Raniere’s “filthy” lifestyle?

“back up claims with actual names of people who go on the record”

This is a blog, not a court of law. I am sure Frank knows the names of those high rankers who say Kreuk took EM’s around 2016, but he doesn’t have to publish their names. Just as he doesn’t have to tell us the names of the high rankers who say that Kreuk left in 2012/13.

Different people in NXIVM have access to different things and claim to know different facts, but any of them still could be mistaken or lying, whether they give their names or not. So different readers can choose to believe different accounts.

What does a court of law have to do with anything I asked? This is the standard for any type of claim. We don’t need to be in a courtroom with a jury and judge.

And that’s exactly what I mean about changing stories. Supposed high rankers and Kristin herself said she left in 2012/2013. Now he’s done a complete 180 and said she didn’t, and that she was recruiting for Raniere’s filthy lifestyle due to other supposed sources. Why should I or anyone believe anything he claims when he’s producing conflicting accounts?Anonymous sources hold no credibility. Anyone could say they’re a source and make up anything.

Also, what purpose does this article serve? If Kristin or Grace did nothing illegal, then this isn’t “investigative” journalism that will lead anywhere. This reads more like a concerted effort to tarnish their reputations because they didn’t do what he wanted them to do. This article sounds like a grudge reflected in print.

—Anonymous sources hold no credibility—

The point you don’t seem to accept is that the sources aren’t anonymous to Frank. He knows who they are. Probably they don’t want their names published, just to satisfy you.

And if their names were published, would you believe them? Lots of exNx have said things using their names; so do you believe everything they said? I don’t. People lie.

Oh it matters a lot if they’re known just to Frank. You see, in investigative journalism, these sources ultimately have to be independently verified and/or publicly proven right. Otherwise, it doesn’t matter at all because then it can just be thrown out as gossip.

Frank could’ve yelled at the top of his lungs for as long as he wanted that anonymous sources told him Raniere branded women, but until it was publicly proven to be true with evidence, it wouldn’t have helped put Raniere behind bars.

We here in the USA feel safe and proud to now be led by a President who is “a stable genius with a big brain who knows words and has the best words.” He said so himself and he never lies.

We are not talking about the criminal liar Obama and the democraps ding-a-ling. As for President Trump an amazing turnaround for this country in 3 short years despite all the evil the demonrats are throwing at him. As opposed to the O-hole regime and the 3rd world path he was leading this nation to. As for liars….. look in the mirror at yourself and your fucking newspapers and news channels you constantly watch and continue to suck up their lying propaganda into your empty head.

Sorry that Trump’s own words upset you so. Don’t get mad, just laugh, like most of the thinking world does. Here’s another—“And Mexico will pay for it.”
What a funny guy!

President Trump’s words don’t bother me at all. He is doing an amazing job. The problem is the left wing nut fools like you who constantly lie and spread disinformation. No wonder you worship the Clintons.

Enjoy another 4 years of President Trump while your lying sack of shit Trudeau gets his corrupt punk ass kicked to the curb.

Why do you like being lied to by your President?
—As of Aug. 5, his 928th day in office, he had made 12,019 false or misleading claims, according to the Fact Checker’s database that analyzes, categorizes and tracks every suspect statement the president has uttered. He has been averaging about 20 fishy claims a day since then. From the start of his presidency, he has averaged about 13 such claims a day.

From what I can tell, Frank revises based on new information he gathers. If I recall, when there was a lot of controversy about Kreuk’s involvement, and I think a claim that it had continued to some extent, he sought out or check back with sources and confirmed further details of her participation.

That’s the way that investigation and research work, sometimes adjustments and revisions are necessary. The culty mindset, in contrast, is to seek out supposedly “certain” answers and then even willfully ignore new information that comes to light, which is why for instance more members didn’t leave after the Times Union expose’ of Raniere’s pedophilia and other misdeeds.

About the Author

Frank Parlato is an investigative journalist.

His work has been cited in hundreds of news outlets, like The New York Times, The Daily Mail, VICE News, CBS News, Fox News, New York Post, New York Daily News, Oxygen, Rolling Stone, People Magazine, The Sun, The Times of London, CBS Inside Edition, among many others in all five continents.

His work to expose and take down NXIVM is featured in books like “Captive” by Catherine Oxenberg, “Scarred” by Sarah Edmonson, “The Program” by Toni Natalie, and “NXIVM. La Secta Que Sedujo al Poder en México” by Juan Alberto Vasquez.

Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” Parlato was also credited in the Starz docuseries "Seduced" for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.

Additionally, Parlato’s coverage of the group OneTaste, starting in 2018, helped spark an FBI investigation, which led to indictments of two of its leaders in 2023.

Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.

Parlato is a consulting producer and appears in TNT's The Heiress and the Sex Cult, which premiered on May 22, 2022. Most recently, he consulted and appeared on Tubi's "Branded and Brainwashed: Inside NXIVM," which aired January, 2023.
