Keith Raniere

Monte Blu: Like Gandhi, Mandela and Martin Luther King, Raniere Will Spend Time in Prison — A Letter to Judge Garaufis

[Our old friend Monte Blu appears again after a long absence. Some say Monte is a troll. Others say Monte is a real devotee of the Master Vanguard. This is Monte’s letter exactly as it was sent to Frank Report on the same email Monte has used in the past. He CC’d us and the email was addressed to Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis]

RE: Keith Raniere

Dear Judge Garaufis:

I’m writing to ask that you show some mercy and restraint when it comes time for you to sentence Keith Raniere, the founder of Executive Success Programs and a man who has spent his entire life trying to help others maximize their human potential.

Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis

I attended several days of the trial, read every available news account, and read the entire transcripts of each day of trial.

I have a very good understanding of what took place during the trial and how you led the jury to find Keith guilty of all the charges he was facing.

In my opinion, most of the trial was nothing more than a protracted character assassination of Keith. Instead of putting on evidence about the crimes he allegedly committed, the prosecution was allowed to spend most of its time making the jury dislike him.

(Why else would you have someone [Nicole] recounting on Allison Mack’s observation that another woman [Michele] had “a beautiful cunt”?).

[Or a whole trial day’s worth of reading text messages between Cami and Keith over his penis size and whether his semen tasted better than stupid Robbie’s? What does that have to do with evidence of crimes? That was purely used to ridicule him and meant to instill hatred against him and was not probative at all.]

And the prosecution’s witnesses had clearly been coached to say, “I don’t recall”, whenever one of Keith’s attorneys asked them a difficult question.

When Marc Agnifilo cross-examined Daniela she answered many questions with “I don’t recall” or “I don’t remember.” Yet during her examination by the prosecution, she had a memory like an elephant recalling even the smallest details and long ago dates.

It was clear from the outset you wanted to see Keith convicted. And your prejudice was evident before and during the trial in your attitude, your demeanor, and your rulings.

Not allowing any of the people who wanted to testify on Keith’s behalf to do so via closed-circuit television (CCTV) or Skype was unfair.

How would that have hurt the case you wanted the prosecution to win so badly?

If any of the witnesses showed up in person, they would have been served with subpoenas on the spot or arrested. Which meant that unless they could testify remotely, they couldn’t testify at all.

Mariana, Camila, and their father, the loyal Hector, all wanted to testify but were told the prosecution was salivating at the chance that they might arrive at court where they would be arrested.

Keith made the unselfish decision to not risk any of his followers testifying – even after spending three whole days prepping Jim Del Negro to explain all the good Nxivm had done for so many.

Jim Del Negro, head of the High Council of the Society of Protectors, was prepared to testify that Keith Alan Raniere is lord. But the noble Raniere advised his attorneys that he could not risk allowing one of his loyal men to risk arrest. He would shoulder on alone and bravely.

The way you treated Keith’s attorneys was shameful.

You made it clear to the jury that you had a low opinion of Marc Agnifilo.

Time and time again, you deferred to that vixen Moira Penza [she quite bedazzled you it seems]. But cutting Agnifilo off when he was about to expose Lauren Salzman as the lying little conniving bitch that she was was totally unfair.

And not allowing him to resume his questioning of her the next day only made things worse.

Lauren Salzman cried up a storm in court and gullible Judge Garaufis, feeling chivalrous, demanded the vital cross-examination stop just when Marc Agnifilo had her on the verge of admitting she was trying to do good, not evil.  It was too much for the old judge to allow some favorable evidence to creep in for Raniere, so he shut it down.

How could you be that blatant in undercutting Keith and his defense? Even if you don’t like him – and I get that you must be extremely jealous of a man who had numerous gorgeous women who wanted to be his lover – how could you be that obviously prejudicial?

People rarely understand how jealous men get of Keith – even a notable judge such as yourself.

Admit it, deep down you harbored resentment that a plain-spoken, decent man like Keith could attract more women in one day than you – even in your bastions of power and your black silk robes – could attract in a lifetime.

Sure, it’s hard to fathom that beauty Is within. And that Keith has it. Inner beauty.

Now, why did you allow these super sexy pictures of Keith Raniere to be introduced in evidence? What evidentiary value do they have? All they did was distract the female members of the jury. And it is a well known psychological fact that when women see a man they can’t have but want badly, they resent him.

This photo of Keith Alan Raniere was used as an exhibit at his trial. It was done to excite the female members of the jury into arousal and make the male members of the jury feel blatantly jealous. Sure, what man on the jury did not feel just a little inhibited in his manhood when he saw these pictures of the bare-chested Adonis?

And you, Judge Garaufis, you were, on some subliminal level, no doubt exceedingly jealous of his charisma.  It was your “issue” but you would not face it and so instead you submarined his chances at a fair trial.

Aren’t you worried about getting overruled by the appellate court? You should be! There’s a reason that you’re still a District Court judge at your age and you’ll likely never advance any higher.

But I am not here to call you names. Or condemn you. You have issues and disintegrations like all men and women do who are not unified.

Still, you will have to live with the infamy of your decision and your place in history – which is a far, far different thing than the news of the moment.

Keith is the bad guy now.  But later, Keith will be enshrined in history. Your name will be alongside his. For better or worse. At the end of the day, you made it impossible for Keith to defend himself. This will go badly in the history books for you.

No wonder Keith didn’t take the stand to explain to the jury who he is and what he stands for.  And how he tried to create a more noble civilization. He preferred to stand mute and let the monsters Penza and Lesko and Hajjar have their day.

“No this is not justice,” Keith said right in front of you. Were you not ashamed?

He did not speak once in court in his defense for he knew you would let the prosecution ask him all sorts of questions that had nothing to do with the charges against him. It’s almost like you were part of the prosecution team rather than the neutral arbiter that a judge is supposed to be during a criminal trial.

Just like Gandhi, Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther King, Keith will likely end up spending some time in prison.  But also just like them, there will be a growing movement to free him. He will use his own supernatural powers to effect world forces to set things in motion which will lead to his freedom – and to greater human freedom everywhere.

Keith Raniere will emerge to be the life-force behind a movement that will replace people like you with people who believe in true justice.

MK10ART’s painting of Keith Alan Raniere seeking the justice he deserves

But though you blundered through the trial and are certainly a judge who is going to down in history as a “hanging judge” – a prosecutors’ delight for a judge – you can still partially atone for your grievous mistakes of heart and ethics.

Think about the sentencing.

Even though Keith never harmed anyone, not a soul, he is facing the kind of penalties that are usually associated with mass-murderers or serial rapists.

It’s up to you, Judge Garaufis, to correct this wrong and ensure that Keith is reunited with his followers in the near future.

Are you going to be like Pontius Pilate – and let the masses decide the fate of their modern-day Jesus? Or are you going be like Solomon and render a decision that is fair and balanced?

Sexual Preferences Are Not Crimes

Sure, Keith had a preference when it came to the women that he had sex with. Who among us doesn’t have preferences?

Keith liked his women slender, with long hair, and unshaven pussies – and without any hint of garlic. So what?

By allowing all this personal stuff in evidence about Keith, you made it impossible for him to get a fair trial.

So, the only thing you can do now is to be fair and judicious in the sentencing of the Vanguard.

Judge Nicholas Garaufis

How about a 3-year sentence with credit for all the time he’s already served?

That sounds like a fair and reasonable sentence – and, most importantly, one that Keith can survive.

While I understand that there is a minimum sentence on the sex trafficking charges, in the interest of justice, it is within your power to dismiss that charge as unfounded.

Do the right thing,  Your Honor.

Sentence him to time served and begin your own long and vital rehabilitation now.

Thank you for your consideration.

  • This is just a troll having fun. Nothing more. Take it as that. No point getting up in arms over someone being an idiot. Clearly this person is joking about everything.

  • I wonder how Monte Blu got his/her name.

The original Monte Blue was an early motion picture star who specialized in Westerns.
He died of a heart attack in 1963 at the age of 76.

The Frank Report’s Monte Blu spells his/her name a little differently than the old time movie star.
Monte Blu has no “e” at the end of his/her name.
I believe that Frank Parlato suggested that Monte Blu might refer to a mountain in South Africa.

But there is another possible source for the name Monte Blu.
In the resort area of Lake Tahoe, near Reno Nevada, there happens to be a casino resort named “Mont Bleu.”

    MontBleu
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MontBleu

Mont Bleu is a 400 room casino resort in Stateline Nevada, right on Lake Tahoe.
MontBleu has had that name sine 2006.

Take the e out of Bleu and put it at the end of Mont.
Now you have “Monte Blu” the name of our friend.

    Now for the crucial question:

Has either Pea Onyu or Yolanda Cortez or Nicki Clyne ever been to Lake Tahoe?
    YES!

In 2017 Nicki Clyne attended a Comic Con type event at Lake Tahoe.
    http://static1.squarespace.com/static/4f2ea160d09ab922976bd619/528ec9a6e4b051993edea09c/5956fbc96b4998e5b09c7b0a/1498873275047/19055612_432236293817

I believe Monte Blu is another pen name for Nicki Clyne.

  • This is the most laughable thing on the page to date, in my opinion! This person doesn’t have a clue how to write a letter to a judge, let alone one begging for leniency! Perhaps if he were a “she” he wouldn’t have ignored and /or excused KR’s behaviour? Tell me, KR lied to you all when he said he was celibate and renunciate, would you qualify that as ethical? Would you have cared if he told you the truth that he was so depraved? Can “depraved” and “ethical” exist within the same individual? Your guru is a fraud!

If you sat in court every day, and still found the fortitude to put together that ridiculous letter, I’m afraid you’re not lacking in spiritual guidance, but plain old common sense!! Don’t worry though, there are plenty of other gurus who’d love to take your money and tell you what to believe. Just google “cults” and I’m sure you’ll find one in your area!!

  • ” “No this is not justice,” Keith said right in front of you. Were you not ashamed? ”

Was this was not said to his lawyer before the verdict when it became obvious he would be found guilty rather than in front of the judge?

  • Er Frank. Are you sure that this is a Monte Blu letter and not a Monty Python script? Someone should tell Monte/Pea that Keith is a dead parrot.

  • The opening of this letter really sounds like the mindset of a true believer, including what seems to be the new followers’ mantra that “this is not justice.”

When it gets down to a couple of things like the reference to garlic at the end, it’s hard to tell whether that is a wink and a nod from a satirist who’s been pulling our leg all along – or just a sign of how delusional the remaining diehards are.

But, yes, our justice system is less than ideal down in the trenches, where prosecutors have to deal with realities like presenting complex cases to juries composed of people from off the street. However, in an ideal world, Raniere. Bronfman and Nancy Salzman would be held to proper account for their conspiracy to manipulate and defraud the justice system to attack their perceived enemies and seek revenge for over a decade, and made to pay for the unjust distress and ruin they brought on others – they’d be facing about as much prison time for that as they are in this case.

    • … “in an ideal world, Raniere. Bronfman and Nancy Salzman would be held to proper account for their conspiracy to manipulate and defraud the justice system to attack their perceived enemies and seek revenge for over a decade, and made to pay for the unjust distress and ruin they brought on others – they’d be facing about as much prison time for that as they are in this case.”

(Repeated for emphasise its absolute truthfulness.)

  • this is a joke – Keith never harmed anyone??? ummm…. coercing people into slavery HURTS THEM – coercing slaves to recruit others HURTS THEM AND the poor fools they recruit…branding people LITERALLY HURTS THEM…convincing people that they don’t need actual medical care when they have cancer HURTS THEM…making the people who adore you into convicted criminals HURTS THEM…and the list goes on & on – – the only justice will be if Keith spends the rest of his life in prison where he belongs

    • He blew it much earlier than that, with this sentence, “I have a very good understanding of what took place during the trial and how you led the jury to find Keith guilty of all the charges he was facing.” Blaming a judge for a conviction is not smart.

  • LOL.

Mr. Claviger just gave Monte Blu — the ultimate troll — the official title of “Correspondent”.

If Monte Blu has risen to being a real “News Correspondent”, then FrankReport has just slid into the toilet.

FYI: Publishing the article is fine (it’s comically troll worthy and good for a quick laugh) but he ain’t no fucken news correspondent, sir.

I can only surmise that Mr. Claviger considers Monte Blu to be in the same caliber of news reporting as Dianne Lipson, a legit Correspondent for FrankReport.

I’m guessing that Pea Onyu and Yolanda Cortez will soon be promoted to FrankReport News Correspondents, by Mr. Claviger himself.

  • Maybe Monte should get an “x” tattooed on the forehead, similar to the Manson followers. If one was thinking “Rational”, you would think that convincing the judge to go easy on Raniere wouldn’t include insults to the judges attitude and intelligence. If Monte is a true product of this “Rationale Inquiry” crap, he’s the automobile equivalent of a Yugo.

  • Monte Blu’s ponderous plea proposition rather resembles randy Raniere’s brilliant brain-fart – the patent-pending “RATIONAL INQUIRY” ™ — laser-focused via his farcically fabulous IQ on a poor intellectually inferior magistrate. (Note: my /sarc key no longer functions in this freaky fantasy land)

But… Blu’s banal babble brings to mind a salient quote from The Green Mile… “I believe this boy’s cheese has slid off his cracker!”

    • Monte Blu’s letter is really counterproductive from his/her point of view.

If Monte were to write similar letters for the other NXIVM defendants, they would all get twenty years in the slammer, which is what they all deserve.

    • Dear Monte Blue or “D”,

The fact that you are back and posting can mean only one thing. You are off your medication again.

Please contact your psychiatrist or primary care physician or a family member.

  • That should really sway the judge… Or allow him to see the simple-minded drones that follow Keith.

Bringing up that other criminals in NXIVM were unable to testify on Keith’s behalf in fear of being arrested for their crimes in NXIVM, which Keith is the crime leader of. Ummm, think about that. Oh yeah, you can’t think, ask someone to explain it to you.

  • Monte Blue:

Did you honestly send this letter to the Judge?
    Honestly??
    Really???

You just guaranteed that Judge Garaufis will throw the book at Keith Raniere!!!!!!!

    LOL
    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
    ROTFLMAO!

“Raniere, the founder of Executive Success Programs” Monte Blue

    Be honest Monte!
The Executive Success Programs were drawn up by the wicked Nancy Salzman after she stole the ideas in them from Scientology.
The same way Nancy Salzman stole Rick Ross’ computer password.

“In my opinion, most of the trial was nothing more than a protracted character assassination of Keith. ” Monte Blue

To be honest Monte it is very easy to assassinate what little character Keith Raniere has.
You see, Monte, Keith has spent at least thirty years gaslighting the world.

“I was talking in complete sentences when I was one year old.” KR
“I was playing the piano and writing musical compositions when I was 5 years old.” KR
“I was the East Coast Judo champion at age 11.” KR
“I held the 100 yard dash record when I was 12.” KR
“I am the world’s third greatest problem solver.” KR
    “I invented teleconferencing.” KR

Forget the fact that there are no records memorializing these accomplishments.

One of the witnesses demolished all of Raniere’s accomplishments in one question.
Someone ordered her to get in touch with Raniere and she answered, “How do I get in touch with the world’s third smartest man?

The whole courtroom, except for Keith Raniere, exploded in laughter!

As Mark Twain said, “Against the assault of Laughter, nothing can stand.”
With that one question that witness destroyed Keith Raniere’s three decades of lies and mendacity.

“(Why else would you have someone [Nicole] recounting on Allison Mack’s observation that another woman [Michele] had “a beautiful cunt”?).” Monte Blue

Nicole’s testimony exposes Allison Mack as the stupid sadistic pervert she truly is.

[Or a whole trial day’s worth of reading text messages between Cami and Keith over his penis size and whether his semen tasted better than stupid Robbie’s? What does that have to do with evidence of crimes? This was purely cumulative and meant to instill hatred against Keith and was not probative at all.] Monte Blue

Keith Raniere’s text messages with Cami expose him to be a juvenile delinquent and a drama queen.

“Not allowing any of the people who wanted to testify on Keith’s behalf to do so via closed-circuit television (CCTV) or Skype was unfair.” Monte Blue

Monte, there is a legal question of whether a person can testify by CCTV from Mexico to an American court room and be held to charges of perjury if they lie.
And since NXIVM members lie non-stop that is a real issue.

“If any of the witnesses showed up in person, they would have been served with subpoenas on the spot or arrested. ” Monte Blue

Monte, that’s because all of NXIVM is a gang of criminals.

“expose Lauren Salzman as the lying little conniving bitch that she is was totally unfair.” Monte Blue

Monte, I hate to say this but if it weren’t for “lying conniving bitches” NXIVM would not exist.

“How could you be that blatant in undercutting Keith and his defense? Even if you don’t like him – and I get that you must be extremely jealous of a man who had numerous gorgeous women who wanted to be his lover – how could you be that obviously prejudicial?
People rarely understand how jealous men get of Keith – even a notable judge such as yourself.” Monte Blue

    WAY TO GO, MONTE!
Insult the Judge while pleading for mercy.
Monte, please write letters to the Judge pleading for Clare, Allison, Nancy and Lauren!
With you on their side the government will reopen Alcatraz to house them all.

“to that vixen Moira Penza [she quite bedazzled you it seems].” Monte Blue

    WAY TO GO, MONTE!
Insult the prosecutor and demean her as a woman.
Monte, please write letters to the Judge pleading for Clare, Allison, Nancy and Lauren!
With you on their side they’ll all get the electric chair!

“Are you going to be like Pontius Pilate” Monte Blue

    Please Monte.
I am not religious but don’t compare Keith Raniere to Jesus Christ.

“So, the only thing you can do now is to be fair and judicious in the sentencing of the Vanguard.” Monte Blue

Yes, Monte call Keith Raniere “The Vanguard” so the Judge can equate him with Il Duce and Der Fuehrer.

All in all a very stunning performance, Monte.

    • “Don’t think he’s a troll, but is a follower.I don’t believe a frank report troll would send that to a judge.”

I suspect that Pea Onyu or her alter ego Yolanda Cortez sent this letter.

  • This letter illustrates just how deep the brainwashing and delusions go in Raniere’s followers.

It truly saddens me that someone would be so impertinent as to address Judge Garaufis in this way.

  • MuhBlue left out an important detail: Vanguard had the opportunity to speak in his own defense and he CHOSE not do that. If Vanguard is smarter, more ethical, etc. than everyone else — surely a few words from the Master’s mouth would have earned him his freedom. Yet he chose to remain incommunicado, save for the hasty trail of post-it notes he rapid-fired to his lawyer.

And MuhBlue’s assertion that everyone has sexual preferences and so what… well, when smelly old men need to have adut women procure children for sexual exploitation — any halfway moral person can see that goes beyond “sexual preference” and ventures into the realm of power and abuse. Let us also remember that the ethical Vanguard chose to punish those who wished to indulge their own sexual preferences by being with someone other than him. Did they not have a right to their own sexual preferences?

The, too, there was the branding. Some say the women freely “chose” to go through with it. Where is the freedom in a “choice” that takes four women to hold down the person being branded? And why wasn’t a brandee allowed to cease the procedure, even when they screamed “stop”? And why was it done without any anaesthetic? Doesn’t sound much like freedom, no matter how vaguely one might define the concept.

MuhBlue makes it seem like the whole trial was heresay and conjecture — seems like there was a lot of physical evidence introduced in that trial, thngs that were called “evidence” and had numercal value assigned to them. Pretty sure the feds didn’t just remove gossip tabloids from the NXIVM property. The defense had plenty of opportunity to examine these items and rebut them. And the person most familiar wth everything that was going to be introduced — yep, Vanugard again — chose to keep his mouth shut.

It’s a surreal conjecture that MuhBlue thinks there will be a growing movement to free the World’s Smartest Man from prison — most people have forgotten all about him now that they have the juicer Epstain drama to titillate them. Epstain had more more money, more girls and don’t forget, better real estate. Epstain’s feet weren’t square, he was better looking, and among his buddes were Harvard alumni and prominent scientists. Yet Epstain never claimed to be the world’s smartest man, even though his brief academic career far outshined the Vanguard’s rather below average accomplishments at RPI.

Finally, MuhBlue, you may wish to re-think telling the judge he “blundered through the trial” and advising him to begn a “long and vital rehabilitation” lest one day, you too, shall be judged.

  • Your observation is spot on Mr. Blu. The judge and other men are just jealous they didn’t have the glory Keith has. Lauren manipulated the judge and jury with her crocodile tears. Allison was just confused. If the girls would have stood by their man, Keith would be better off. It was cruel to speak of his male parts. And shame on Clare for not putting enough money on his books to buy some regular paper to write on. He was subjected to sticky notes. That’s like one word per square. It’s just not fair.

    • Your hand-writing must be very BIG Lya. I know 14-year-olds who can fit an entire essay plan on a post-it for GED revision purposes.

Get a hand-writing practice book and work for at least a minute a day to keep your writing between the narrowest straight lines on the grid, get a grown-up to time you, and check your work. Good luck.
