Aristegui News: Rainbow, the School Raniere Gave to Children of Carlos Salinas and to Rosa Laura Junco

Emilano and Ceclia Salinas, operators of Rainbow Multicultural Gardens in Mexico City salute their master Keith Alan Raniere on his birthday. [Aug. 26, 2016.]

Yesterday, Frank Report revealed that Emiliano Salinas is under threat of being indicted.  Sources said he is set to flee to Cuba to avoid extradition.

In the meantime, he is being pounded by Mexican media. One of the most distinguished publications, Aristegui News, founded by world-famous journalist Carmen Aristegui, was one of the first of Mexican media to report on Nxivm – prior to Raniere’s arrest.

They have taken up a cause Frank Report has long reported on – the dangerous Rainbow Cultural Garden child experiments, devised by Keith Alan Raniere, and operated by two DOS slaves, Loreta Garzaand Rosa Laura Junco, and Emiliano Salinas.

Kínder Nxivm: la escuela que Raniere entregó a los hijos de Salinas y a Rosa Laura Junco

Here is a translation of some of the Aristegui story, which was written by Juan Omar Fierro and Sebastián Barragánh

By Juan Omar Fierro and Sebastián Barragánh

At least three children enrolled in Rainbow Multicultural Garden face language problems after attending the school that operates under the philosophy of Keith Raniere, leader of Nxivm who was convicted of sex trafficking, fraud, identity theft and forced labor in a New York federal court.

… in Mexico City Rainbow is operated by brother and sister, Emiliano and Cecilia Salinas Occeli, children of former Mexican president Carlos Salinas de Gortari.

The commercial name is Rainbow Cultural Garden, but its corporate name is Multicultural Value Development Center…..

A spokesperson for the Salinas family informed the media that the siblings invested 4.5 million pesos {$235,000] into this project.

In Monterrey, Rainbow operates under two companies created by Loreta Garza Dávila and Rosa Laura Junco de la Vega, the latter, the daughter of the owner of the newspaper Reforma {Alejandro Junco de la Vega].

Both women are members of Raniere’s inner circle [both his first line slaves]. They started with an investment of 50,000 pesos each. [$2,614 each.]

The educational [experimental] system is based on teaching seven different languages to children [one new language each day] who are just beginning to learn their own mother tongue.  This supposedly helps the child understand the world in seven different ways.

… the cost is up to 60 thousand pesos a month [$3,137] and children have to be on a 100 percent vegetarian diet, including children under one year old – with the objective of children experiencing “multiple languages and cultures with the purpose of becoming citizens of the world.”

… parents do not have access to the school or to supervise their children’s learning. They are prohibited from conversing with the children’s teachers.  Not all teachers have teaching certifications…

[Frank Report revealed all this long ago but it is nice to have this confirmation.]

On April 24, 2007, Loreta Garza Dávila and Rosa Laura Junco de la Vega created Rainbow Cultural Garden in San Pedro Garza, Nuevo León….

Jimena Garza and Rosa Laura Junco belonged to  Raniere [First Line] slave group, prosecutors explained in their case which ended June 19th.

In the United States, Rainbow was registered by Loreta Garza Dávila and Michele Tarzia [Tarzia is Clare Bronfman’s employee – which suggests Clare owns Rainbow] under the name “RAINBOW CULTURAL GARDEN” and “RCG Kids International”, two US limited liability companies located in New York and Nevada.

In Mexico City, Rainbow Multicultural Garden …. began operating on February 18, 2013 in Calle Manuel Gutiérrez Zamora 110, Colonia Las Águilas….

The director of Rainbow [Mexico City] is Cecilia Salinas. She is assisted by Fabiola Sánchez de la Madrid, wife of lawyer Federico de la Madrid Cordero, who is the son of the late former president of Mexico, Miguel de la Madrid Hurtado …. the academic director [is], Yvonne D’Harcourt, and the administrative director, Doménica Giordano.

INTERNATIONAL NXIVM SCHOOL NETWORK

According to Rainbow’s official website, there were schools in the United States (Albany, New York and Miami), Mexico (Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara), Guatemala, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

In 2015, [and later] Raquel Perera, wife of singer Alejandro Sanz , opened a branch in Miami…

On May 3, 2018, the Florida Department of Children and Families ordered the closure of the facility due to the arrest and formal charges against Raniere, the Miami New Times reported. [Frank Report revealed this info to the Miami New Times and is named in their report.]

Joseph O’Hara, a consultant to Nxivm between 2003 and 2004, told The Sun that in the United States Rainbow hired people without academic training…

“The so-called curriculum in which they are immersing these children is harmful. We have examples of children who go out and cannot speak in any language, only stammering (…)

“Everything I have read suggests that, in fact, there is psychological damage in children who do not learn languages at an appropriate age,” O’Hara told the Sun.

Raniere placed one of his own sons [Kemar] in Rainbow [actually he placed both of his sons in Rainbow],  according to documents from the  Prosecutor’s Office in New York City. Raniere sent [Kemar] to the Monterrey campus after he fled from the United States authorities.

JOSECITO, THE CHILD WHO SUFFERED MULTICOLOR TORTURE

The damage caused by Rainbow’s method, according to O’Hara, apparently was unknown to Paulina and José – Josecito’s parents {not their real names]…

Their son was in Rainbow for two years and today he must take therapy to overcome the language and behavioral problems he suffered after his stay in Rainbow.

“My son now takes therapy of all kinds, sensory, speech, social adaptation, behavioral… Suddenly, he got mad at nothing…” said Jose, the father of Josecito.

Because the child faced problems learning several languages at the same time, Rainbow recommended the family see a certain specialist to diagnose their child.  The alleged therapist gave the parents a document that contained the name of a girl unknown to them.

“He sent it to me by email and I found that he copy-pasted another diagnosis. …  instead of putting ‘José has such a thing’, he said ‘Marianela has… ‘ “explained Pauline, the mother…

The [bogus] diagnosis of Josecito did not convince his parents that it was accurate as to what was wrong with their child. Paulina and José did not act upon the recommendations. They faced acts of discrimination and mistreatment by Rainbow managers, including Cecilia Salinas, they said.

… they had to face this situation alone. They could not freely enter the facilities of the school, explained Paulina. [Which makes one wonder why they continued to keep their child in Rainbow. But this is how cults work. Paulina and Jose, needless to say, were Nxivm members and believed that Keith Raniere was the smartest and most ethical man in the world and they believed that high-rank followers like Salinas, brother and sister, knew what was best for their child, better than they knew themselves.]

The father said, “I left my son and they did not send me photos of what was good… There was no camera in the school so that, through the internet, I could view my son…, to know if the school was good or not. There were many cases of children abused in other schools and … I wanted to … [view] my son, but I was not allowed.

Things worsened for Josecito and his family until the celebration of May 10 [Mother’s Day], which was the worst Paulina ever had.  Her son had been isolated with another child and her husband was not invited because the school… prohibits the joint participation of men and women in family activities.

The failed celebration of Mother’s Day made her finally make the decision to take the child out of Rainbow school.

“I went out sadly from there because I was looking forward to it; it was the second May 10 that I was going to spend with my son, and I saw that everyone else’s child was doing something while my child was isolated. That was one of the reasons we took him out. He did not want to live with his brother anymore. ”

….Leaving Rainbow represented an immediate improvement for the child.

“When we took him out of the school he made a 360-degree change. He was my happy child again… he was once again the little person I had first left in Rainbow, ” explained Paulina.

RAINBOW AND ITS RULES, NXIVM STYLE

… The fees to study in Rainbow begin at 26 thousand pesos [$1359] per month for hours of 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and increase to 60 thousand pesos for 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

…  there are study plans for up to 100 thousand pesos per month,  [$5,228] an amount that seems high considering the poor facilities and poor quality of food they give children.

Additionally, parents pay a pre-registration fee of 10,000 pesos [$528] for each school year.

The parents are required to sign a contract prohibiting them from hiring any employee of the Rainbow Center, under penalty of a 200,000 pesos fine...

The rules prohibited parents from communicating with teachers “at no time and under any circumstances inside or outside the school.”

According to the “Parent’s Manual”, children must eat in the establishments and the food is 100 percent vegetarian with set schedules.

{All of these parents bought into because they believed in Raniere’s genius.]

After the scandal over the arrest and imprisonment of Raniere, parents’ confidence in Rainbow Multicultural Garden fell. Most of them took their children out of the school, but the project never stopped operating.

It has moved twice and during the month of June. Rainbow settled in avenue Jesus del Monte 4, Colonia Las Palmas Hacienda, in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, about 10 minutes from their old location.

The new name is culturED, Centro Educativo Multicultural… Fabiola Sánchez de la Madrid is still part of the school’s Board of Directors, as is Cecilia Salinas…

***

This dangerous experiment should not be called a school. The Rainbow child experiment is ghastly and should be stopped at once. In addition to the Rainbow experiments listed in the story, Sara Bronfman-Igtet operates a Rainbow child experiment in Provence France. And Kim Constable, a Nxivm devotee, reportedly still operates a Rainbow experiment in Belfast.

Kim Constable poses with DOS slave Allison Mack.

At the end of the day, are there still parents who want their children taught under theories devised by Keith Alan Raniere?

What the fuck does being a ‘vegetarian’ have anything to do with kid’s learning ability?

Vegetarians are idiots and hypocrites.

Humans are part of the food chain just like lions. We are meant to feast on animals.

It’s natural. It’s moral. It’s right. It’s tasty. It’s delicious.

The REAL problem is the fucken Canadians.

Those immoral fuckers actually support a law that permits Canadian hunters to CLUB BABY SEALS over the head and to steal their furs and pelts.

Think about that.

Cute baby seals are probably the cutest things in the world. They are defenseless.

Yet Canadians (like Flowers) actually support clubbing these little babies.

What does that say about the humanity of Canadians?

This is a violation of animal rights. Canadians care more about MONEY than they do about little baby seals.

No access to the school is a red flag for most parents. Whilst most of us do not need a l ive web feed from the classroomjor even a right to go in whenever we like, not being able to talk to the teachers etc is a really bad sign something secret and bad is going on.

I laughed at the do not solicit employees clause however as the “teachers” seem not to have qualifications so not sure why anyone would be wanting to entice them away,

Small children can often learn 2 languages – it is very common where I live in the UK that one parent is from abroad and always speaks to the child in the native tongue whilst the othe rparent uses English and the school is in English – easiest time to learn but even that has been controversial over the decades as to whether bilingual very small chidlren do better or worse for it over all.

It is never easy for states to decide how much to interfere in parental choice – I would respect the rights of parents to agree children have vegetarian diets if the parents want that and some other things but the overall unqualified teachers, and KR connection etc probably means most countries should be looking at tihs very carefully.

The vegetarian meals are to save money. It’s hard to make a profit when you pay the “teachers” $10-15/hour and the tuition is only $10,000/month. Besides, if the DOS/NXIVM groups do so well on a low calorie diet, the growing brains and bodies of youngsters should thrive even better.

When prosecuted, Rosa Laura will face at least three decades in prison. Mexican law is ruthless on child trafficking and molestation.

Rosa Laura Junco is an unfit mother. If an impoverished english woman had plotted to shunt her daughter into the orbit of a criminal pedo, the social services would have taken her child faster than it took an NY jury to convict her Master. Not to mention the LeBaron children brought over to the US to…? Do they have child protection services in Mexico? or is this kind of behaviour considered…meh?

Secondly Junco was a shill for The Knife Media, An arrant Liar who thought she could use Logical Truth as a Rottweiler. Let’s hope that bitch comes back to take her down for the law. It is not Rosa Laura’s fault that she was born into great privilege – but that she used that privilege for evil-doing, most certainly is.

I’m not surprised to hear of a child who had developmental problems, and needed therapy, after being in RCG – I’m only surprised that we haven’t heard of more such cases.

Speaking multiple languages and being a citizen of the world are both great things. From experience I know it is possible to learn 2 foreign languages at once. And, the earlier one starts with foreign language training the better.

I’ve never heard of someone attempting to teach 7 languages at once to young children, especially learning a different language every day of the week. Regular repetition every day is important to learn a new language..

There are many ways to become a citizen of the world. Having a close bond with one’s parents and experiencing empathy are a good foundation. The parents of these children seemed to have forgotten common sense and parenting skills

The Florida article states RCG was shut down because it didn’t have a license, not because of the charges against Raniere.

Does anyone know whether the Los Angeles and Albany schools are still open, and if so, what are the addresses/phone numbers? I’ve reported this problem to both CA and NY state, but didn’t have this information to include in the report.

I’m fairly certain Constable ditched Raniere and NXIVM and the Rainbow Garden crap. She is successful and definitely wasn’t on his diet. She embraces non mainstream ideologies but I found nothing to suggest she was subservient to Kieth or his bullshit

Thank you for posting about this. I hope the US and Mexico can stop this.
This looks like potential child trafficking. Scary also to think Laura Junco was sending young mexican teens to Keith.
Please stop them 🙁

There’s so much information packed into this article that it took a bit to slam bang HIT me that Rosa Laura Junco de la Vega is not getting enough emphasis as one of the primary leaders of Rainbow Cultural Garden since 2007.

The Multicultural Value Development Center corporation has (at least) two frontline Raniere sex slaves with years experience at its head. Its outreach business, Rainbow Cultural Garden, uses the educational ideas, “methods” and persuasions of its founders, who were/are sex slaves, and whose Master was/is Keith Raniere the now convicted criminal.

Rosa Laura Junco is one of the founders of this disaster. The info about her is especially nauseating. Let’s give her a chance to step up to the plate and observe the way that she swings.

Rosa Laura Junco was particularly highlighted during the testimony of FBI special agent Michael Wegner at Raniere’s trial. She was shown by Wegner’s evidence to have offered her underage teenage daughter to Raniere as a sexual partner. That’s all, folks! Here is a quote from the unindicted Rosa Laura, given as evidence by Mr. Wegner.

“I am 100 percent clear that you are what I want for my daughter (and obviously myself.)” She was even worried that her daughter’s school schedule might interfere with Raniere’s fertility, as shown in further quotes from her communication with Raniere.

This is only part of what Rosa Laura has said and done in the name of education.

Yep…she sounds like she would traffic her own daughter. What a terrifying woman!

But, what about Kim Constable’s Rainbow in Belfast and the remaining Rainbows? Are these children at risk as well? Kim said in one article online that she homeschools her own children.

I agree 1000%. Rosa Laura Junco is the Anima Queen wielding sceptors of Knives (Knife Media) and silver or white feathers — such as appear on the “Anima” and “Society of Protectors” Logos. Or, you know, on one’s car seat or at a gas pump or a picture frame anonymously sent or just about anywhere one might least expect it to pop up again and again.

Takes after her dear old Dad when it comes to literary devices.

Love her fresh-faced, Mexican peasant look with the basket —picking fraces.

She’s got some ‘splainin to do big time and I’d be surprised if she doesn’t end up doin’ time.

“Parents do not have access to the school or to supervise their children’s learning. They are prohibited from conversing with the children’s teachers.” Here in two sentences are everything that you need to know. Unless a parent is completely lacking in simple common sense, NO ONE would leave their child in such a secretive environment. It is inherently very, very dangerous. There is never any excuse or justification for that kind of nondisclosure, secrecy. But Raniere’s school cartel has originated its curriculum from the bad seeds of his highly disorganized and predatory mind. Now that is appalling.

Back in the early 00’s parents were suddenly not permitted to be on campus at Malibu schools for a time, except for certain meet and greet days. That was principle Livingston’s new policy. You should see the declaration Jeff got out of her concerning me and my advocation of integrating special needs students into core curriculum classes.

I’m sure Malibu wasn’t the only “progressive” place of higher learning to embrace this standard.

His work to expose and take down NXIVM is featured in books like “Captive” by Catherine Oxenberg, “Scarred” by Sarah Edmonson, “The Program” by Toni Natalie, and “NXIVM. La Secta Que Sedujo al Poder en México” by Juan Alberto Vasquez.

Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” Parlato was also credited in the Starz docuseries "Seduced" for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.

Additionally, Parlato’s coverage of the group OneTaste, starting in 2018, helped spark an FBI investigation, which led to indictments of two of its leaders in 2023.

Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.

Parlato is a consulting producer and appears in TNT's The Heiress and the Sex Cult, which premiered on May 22, 2022. Most recently, he consulted and appeared on Tubi's "Branded and Brainwashed: Inside NXIVM," which aired January, 2023.
